Sampling using all leprosy patients who were recorded at the registration at 4 Public Health Centers in the South Jakarta area. The total population is 157 people with leprosy. The method of data collection is carried out by interviews and questionnaire.   Results: This study provides results that self-care does not stand alone in influencing disability in leprosy patients. But there is an interaction between self-care with the attitude of the patient in performing self-care and the reaction to the treatment given to leprosy sufferers. The variables of self-care, attitudes and reactions to leprosy are variables related to disability in leprosy patients at the Public Health Centers in the South Jakarta area. The most dominant variable related to disability in leprosy patients was self-care (p=0.001 and OR=3.381). The OR value for self-care is 3.38, so people with leprosy who do not perform self-care have 3 times the risk of disability. Conclusion: The need for self-care carried out by leprosy patients both individually and in groups to prevent disability.

The research sample was 34 hemodialysis patients members of Komunitas Pasien Cuci Darah Indonesia Jawa Barat (KCPDI West Java) with consecutive sampling techniques. Bivariate analysis using paired t-test. Respondents were asked to squeeze a stress ball for approximately 20-30 minutes in eight successive dialysis sessions. The instruments used are the Distress thermometer (DT) and Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI). Results: Stress ball intervention affects stress and anxiety levels in HD patients with each P-value of 0.000. The average difference between pre-test and post-test stress levels is 1.55 with the at-count value of 6.95 > t-table 2.03. At the same time, the difference between the average pre-test and post-test anxiety levels is 5.74 with an at-count value of 6.25> t-table 2.03. Conclusion: Stress ball has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety levels in hemodialysis patients. Suggestion: Stress balls can be non-pharmacological therapy to reduce stress and anxiety problems for hemodialysis patients.

Result: From these 6 articles, it was founde that there were several perceived benefits of using technology as an additional intervention, such as medication adherence, involvement in recovery and symptom control, and early detection of cognitive function in schizophrenic patients. Conclusion: Interventions using technology such as telehealth, telenursing, and telemedicine can be supportive interventions for the care of schizophrenic patients, especially to assist recovery or rehabilitation. Nursing Implications: The existence of this study can provide an overview to nurses regarding what technology-based support interventions can be given to schizophrenic patients along with their benefits.

Abstract

Aims:  To determine the level of knowledge of pre-conception mothers on breast self-examination (BSE) as prevention of pre and post-breast counseling in Karang Mukti Village, Karang Bahagia District, Bekasi Regency. Methods:  Research Methods: Quasi-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. Quasi-experimental research is a form of experimental research that does not have a control group (Notoatmodjo, 2018). Results:  It is known that the BSE Correlation value is 0.923 with a p-value of 0.000, so it can be said that there is a relationship between the Pre-Test Conscious and Post-Test Conscious variables. And the Breast Cancer Correlation is 0.668 with a p-value of 0.000, so it can be said that there is a relationship between the variables of Pre-test for breast cancer and Post-test for breast cancer. Conclusion:  There is a relationship between the frequency of conscious measurement with breast cancer before and after the intervention with a p value of 0.000
