Abstract

A conservation area that has cultural-based fisheries activities, traditional leaders play a role as activity controllers and have a vision to conserve and provide protection in the area around this customary lake. On the other hand, ecologically, Bakuok Lake is very worrying. Based on the rules regarding the prohibition on Lake Bakuok, not all of these rules were carried out and implemented properly, even though there were already monitoring, there were still violations that occurred. The number of institutions involved in the development of Lake Bakuok have so far been temporary or temporary in nature, and have run separately and have not yet formed a systematic collaboration. This study aims to see how to strengthen local institutions in the sustainable management of Lake Bakuok. This research uses qualitative research methods that aim to obtain a holistic (holistic) picture of a phenomenon in Lake Bakuok. The results showed several important items that the institutional strengthening of lolak in the management of Danau Bakuok was not optimal. As seen from the dimension of human resource development that has not been maximized where there is no training or technical provisioning in order to increase skills. The dimension of organizational strengthening is also not optimal even though there is support for several activities but it is only temporary and unsustainable. Meanwhile, in the institutional reform dimension, it was found that several rules and regulations that had been made by ninik mamak were still violated.

Abstract

5 in recent years, employees of company earnings in foodhall in Jakarta fluctuations have relatively high. This condition is caused by problems about the intention of earnings, The organization, and the company. The purpose of study is to examine the effect of employee organizations and culture in earnings intention, both directly and indirectly through the organization to an enterprise in foodhall in Jakarta. This method uses a method descriptive and explanations at least 200 samples from the survey respondents from 25 outlets in Jakarta that foodhall. Structural Equation Model data verified by lisrel 8.80 modeling methods of using. The results show that cultures of organization a lively and have high impact significant directly to organizations commitment but has a negative and significant effect directly in circulation intention, commitment organization negative and had an impact a significant impact on earnings intention, the culture of organization negative and had an impact a significant impact on earnings intention through commitment organization. Organization culture and organization commitment simultaneously affect earnings intention. The commitment the organization has more the role of dominant in reducing the level of dropping in and out of employees intention and other based on the survey results was the partial organization mediation about the effects of an organization’s culture in circulation intention.

Abstract

Provincial tourism development Lampung is the leading tourist destination in Indonesia the locomotive of development and provide increased welfare on Public. This research aims to determine GenPi’s strategy in developing a policy digital tourism destination towards Lampung go digital. The method in this research is qualitative, the location of this research is Tahura Market, Teluk Pandan District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. Data were collected through interviews and FGDs, The informants in this study were the administrators of GenPi Lampung, two administrators of Tahura Market, and two visitors to Tahura Market tours. Based on the research results GenPi’s startegy, it is known to encouraging the development of tourism in Lampung, GenPI Lampung plays an important role in developing tourism in Lampung by carrying out vigorous promotions on social media, one of which is by sending content on tourist destinations in Lampung to thep latform GenPi.co. GenPI Lampung also carries out activities offline, one of which is by creating a digital tourism destination in the form of a market. Digital tourism destination is the result of demands of era the digital considering the dominated today’s travelers generation, millennials tend to like the visit to destinations that provide new and fun experience. The concept of digital tourism destination refers to a destination that is creative, has photogenic spots to upload on social media, and goes viral on social media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine student’s digital literacy competences in improving the problem-solving skills in facing the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, which is conducted on students at several state and private universities in Bandung. This study is expected to contribute to determining student’s digital literacy competences. The methods used in this study are descriptive and verification methods, in which the data obtained will be turned into numbers, converted into percentages, and then described. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique, namely students at colleges and universities, both public and private in Bandung. In this study, the sample used is 300 students. The analytical tool used is regression analysis with the SPSS program. Based on the results of the study, it is found that the digital literacy competences of students in Bandung can be categorized as Good, and the problem-solving skills of students in Bandung can be categorized as Good. The results of regression analysis shown that t-count (10,902) > t-table (1,967). This means that the digital literacy competences have an effect on problem-solving skills, in which every change of 1 (one) unit in the digital literacy competences can increase the problem-solving skills by 720 units. Therefore, it can be concluded that the digital literacy competences significantly influence the problem-solving skills.

Abstract

Environmental problems that require serious handling are the problem of land and forest fires, especially on peatlands which cause losses, especially economic and environmental aspects. Peatlands are a natural resource that has the potential to be utilized for the welfare of the community. Utilization of peatlands is not only for agriculture, plantations and residential land, but can be used as peat ecotourism. The large number of peatlands that were initially not utilized, and most of them became unproductive idle lands, can be managed properly and are able to contribute samsirto improving the welfare of the surrounding communities through the company’s CSR program. This paper aims to analyze the management of the CSR program in the development of peat ecotourism in Bukit Batu DistrictPakning River.Researchers collected field data through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the company’s CSR program is directed at developing various community empowerment programs, aiming for the community to have the power, strength or ability in physical and material aspects, as well as economic aspects.Utilization of post-fire peatlands with community empowerment in the process of developing peatland ecotourism through the Peat Typical Tree Planting program on burned land, the development of the Environmental-Based School Curriculum program and the Peat Arboretum Development program. The management of the CSR program is carried out through the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The management of the CSR program is analyzed throughCommunity Based Tourism (CBT) Model which is a tourism development planning strategy.

Abstract

Higher education in increasing competition needs to provide excellent quality services for students to college. Students satisfaction will be encouraged to disseminate their campus information through electronic word of mouth (eWOM). EWOM is a form of consumer willingness to voluntarily provide recommendations for others to buy or use products from companies through the internet. This research was conducted to analyze the quality of service, promotion, brand image and motivation towards eWOM. The research was quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The data were analyzed using SEM Lisrel (Structural Equation Modeling). This study was conducted of student  from Faculty of Nursing Garut class who actively carry out lecture with total sample of 309. The findings of this research showed that there was a significant relationship between service quality on brand image, there is a meaningful relationship between the promotion of brand image, there is no significant relationship between service quality on eWOM, brand image has a significant to eWOM and motivation has a significant relationship to eWOM.

Abstract

The Zamrud Area is designated as a National Park through the Decree of the Minister of Environment and Forestry No. 350/ Menlhk/Setjen/PLA.2/5/2016 Year 2016. Within this area there are two lakes namely Pulau Besar Lake and Bawah Lake and have a diversity of flora and fauna. In the area of the Zamrud National Park, there are fishing communities who have been fishing for generations since the 70s, “mandah” and living in the area, and are involved in guarding and protecting the area from the threat of illegal logging and protected bird catching. The research approach used is qualitative. Research informants were taken based on criteria, namely to obtain a complete picture of the actions of traditional fishermen in securing and protecting the Zamrud National Park. The results showed that the forms of security measures taken by traditional fishermen in preserving the Zamrud National Park were: 1) Conducting river patrols, 2) Disseminating regional regulations, 3) Reprimanding visitors who violated the law, 4) Reporting violations and special incidents to the Forest Police. and BKSDA Riau. In an effort to maintain and maintain the sustainability of fishing activities in the Pulau Besar and Bawah Lake areas, traditional fishermen do: 1) Limit the use of fishing gear, 2) Limit the number and types of catches (not catching fish that are prohibited), 3) Maintain Lakeside Vegetation, 4) Not clearing land and taking forest products in the form of wood, and 5) Cooperating with various parties such as the local government.
