Abstract

This study aims to determine student’s digital literacy competences in improving the problem-solving skills in facing the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, which is conducted on students at several state and private universities in Bandung. This study is expected to contribute to determining student’s digital literacy competences. The methods used in this study are descriptive and verification methods, in which the data obtained will be turned into numbers, converted into percentages, and then described. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique, namely students at colleges and universities, both public and private in Bandung. In this study, the sample used is 300 students. The analytical tool used is regression analysis with the SPSS program. Based on the results of the study, it is found that the digital literacy competences of students in Bandung can be categorized as Good, and the problem-solving skills of students in Bandung can be categorized as Good. The results of regression analysis shown that t-count (10,902) > t-table (1,967). This means that the digital literacy competences have an effect on problem-solving skills, in which every change of 1 (one) unit in the digital literacy competences can increase the problem-solving skills by 720 units. Therefore, it can be concluded that the digital literacy competences significantly influence the problem-solving skills.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perception of Perhutani brand honey products' attributes, brand image, and their influence on consumer purchasing decisions. To achieve this, both descriptive and explanatory survey methods were utilized to understand the behavior of variables and test hypotheses. The research type adopted was causality-based, focusing on establishing a causal relationship between product attributes, brand image, and buying decisions. Individual analysis was conducted on consumers of Perhutani brand HONEY at Ahmad Yani and Setiabudi outlets in Bandung. With a cross-sectional approach, this research collected empirical data to gauge the majority population's opinion. The study found that product performance attributes and reference groups have a considerable impact on the products' selling price trend. The product mix performance and the influence of reference groups play a crucial role in shaping brand image. They also significantly impact purchase decisions. Interestingly, the relationship between brand image and the selling price trend is closely linked. Similarly, the performance of the product mix is also dependent on the reference group.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model pembelajaran kewirausahaan kreatif yang didalamnya menggunakan metode learning by doing yaitu melalui praktek usaha dalam menumbuhkan kreatifitas dan inovasi mahasiswa. Dimana diharapkan mahasiswa memiliki kreatifitas dan inovasi dalam berwirausaha kedepannya serta mengetahui bagaimana kreatifitas dan keinovatifan mahasiswa dalam membuat usaha yang dipraktekkan dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Sehingga diharapkan menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan para mahasiswa dan dapat meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa yang berwirausaha dan dapat mengurangi jumlah pengangguran terdidik di Indonesia yang jumlahnya masih sangat tinggi saat ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Winaya Mukti khususnya alumni mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dimana data yang diperoleh akan diangkaan dan diprosentasekan lalu dideskripsikan. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling yaitu hanya alumni dan mahasiswa manajemen yang mengikuti mata kuliah kewirausahaan 5 tahun terakhir. Dalam Penelitian ini sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 75 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM dengan program Lisrel 8.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan menggunakan analisis SEM di peroleh nilai t hitung variable kreatifitas mahasiswa sebesar 7,70 dan nilai t hitung variable inovasi mahasiswa sebesar 8,46 lebih besar dari t kritis 1,96 dengan tingkat kekeliruan 5 % diputuskan untuk menolak Ho sehingga Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran kewirausahaan kreatif berpengaruh terhadap kreatifitas dan inovasi mahasiswa Universitas Winaya Mukti Bandung.

Abstract

Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) is one of the types of vegetables that are widely grown in Indonesia. This study aimed to find out the prevalence of potato farming, the income value from potato seed farming through the calculation of farming costs and revenues, and the level of efficiency of potato seed farming in the head of the Mekar Setia farmer group. This research used the case study method and the analysis technique used is the descriptive analysis with a qualitative and quantitative approach with the sampling technique using primary data. In potato farming, the cost incurred on a land area of 1 ha is IDR204,242,044.00. The total revenue from the sale of consumption potatoes, seed potatoes, and rejection potatoes amounted to IDR512,000,000.00 so the income obtained was IDR307,757,956.00. The revenue/cost ratio obtained is 2.5 and with this value, it can be interpreted that the granola potato seed cultivation carried out by the Chairman of the Mekar Setia Farmers Group is profitable because from every one rupiah spent, it will get a revenue of 2.5 rupiah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana kejenuhan belajar dan minat belajar mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNWIM dalam mengikuti perkuliahan secara daring pada masa pandemi Covid 19, serta mengungkap besar pengaruh kejenuhan belajar terhadap minat belajar. Pada masa pandemi perkuliahan daring merupakan salah satu solusi untuk melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar, internet menjadi salah satu media pembelajaran untuk menampilkan kegiatan pembelajaran baik melalui bentuk presentasi modul kuliah, rekaman video, audio atau tulisan dari dosen yang bersangkutan. Metode yang digunakan berupa deskriptif verifikatif dengan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester 3 sebanyak 80 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa merasa jenuh dalam melaksanakan kegiatan perkuliahan secara daring disebabkan masalah diantaranya sulit mengerti materi yang disampaikan, sinyal yang kurang baik, serta lingkungan rumah yang kurang mendukung sehingga mahasiswa hilang fokus belajar. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa kejenuhan belajar berpengaruh negatif terhadap menurunnya minat belajar. semakin tinggi tingkat kejenuhan belajar mahasiswa maka akan mengakibatkan menurunnya minat belajar mahasiswa terhadap perkuliahan secara daring.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the performance of employees at the De Paviljoen Bandung hotel. This problem is thought to have arisen because the leadership style applied has not met expectations. The method used in this study was an explanatory survey, in which the population measured was De Paviljoen Bandung hotel employees, totaling 92. Then a sample of 48 was taken using the Proportionate Random Sampling method. This study shows that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. That is, leadership style is one of the factors that can encourage increased employee performance at Hotel De Paviljoen Bandung. Increasing leadership styles, especially transactional leadership styles, can improve employee performance, especially on employee job knowledge. The good thing about the leadership style at Hotel De Paviljoen is the level of firm decision making. Meanwhile, the performance that has been good and can be maintained is the level of ability of employees who can always cooperate with colleagues. On the other hand, the leader's ability to govern employees, the level of encouragement for the development of subordinates, and the level of clarity of task structure at work need to be improved. In terms of performance, it is necessary to increase the ability to complete work in accordance with the amount of work, skills, ideas and creativity. Another thing that needs to be improved is attendance and how to work according to a predetermined work schedule.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Cash Management on Liquidity in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operating in the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector in Bandung City, while investigating the moderating effect of Product Type. The investigation employed a quantitative methodology, using simple linear regression analysis techniques for Model 1, and multiple linear regression for Model 2, which incorporates interaction variables. The findings show that Cash Management exerts a positive and statistically significant influence on Liquidity, as evidenced by the R Square value of 0.363. In addition, the inclusion of the interaction variable of Cash Management and Product Type in Model 2 resulted in an increased R-Square value of 0.420, thus reflecting the increased capacity of the model to explain variations in Liquidity. The interaction variable of Cash Management with Product Type was also shown to have a significant effect, thus strengthening the relationship between Cash Management and Liquidity. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that proficient cash management is critical to improving the liquidity of F&B MSMEs. Moreover, the nature of the products sold serves to moderate this relationship; consequently, it is important for cash management strategies to be tailored to the specific attributes of the products. This research provides practical contributions to MSMEs by facilitating the optimization of their financial management practices.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of innovations in human resource management (HRM) instituted by PT. Agro Niaga Abadi, with the aim of fostering an adaptive and inclusive organizational culture. The methodology used in this study is qualitative, utilizing a case study framework that combines extensive interviews with human resource development (HRD) managers, department leaders, and direct observation techniques within the company environment. The findings of this investigation reveal that PT. Agro Niaga Abadi has successfully implemented various innovative practices in HRM, including the adoption of digital recruitment methodologies, progressive training initiatives, and competency-based performance evaluations. In addition, the organization has effectively fostered an adaptive work culture through the implementation of internal innovation projects, the facilitation of regular deliberation forums, and the provision of adaptive leadership training programs. Initiatives aimed at building an inclusive work culture are exemplified by the implementation of equality policies and the guarantee of fair access to career advancement opportunities for all personnel. However, the organization faces several barriers, including resistance to transformative change, constraints in digital infrastructure, and the need for continuing education training.

Abstract

Construction companies in carrying out their activities require management information systems and technology in decision-making. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the impact of information technology, knowledge management, and internal control on the quality of management information systems, which implies the effectiveness of decision-making for construction companies in West Java, both simultaneously and partially. This study employs a quantitative, cross-sectional research method. The research population is 1160 construction companies in West Java, with a sample of 150 construction companies in West Java consisting of 3 observation units, namely project managers, site engineers, and site managers. The research findings reveal that information technology not only supports but also significantly enhances the quality of management information systems. Furthermore, knowledge management directly influences the improvement of a good quality management information system, which means that knowledge management has a direct and significant positive impact on the quality management information system. Information technology, knowledge management, and internal control can enhance effective decision-making through quality management information systems.
