Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in the activities of the CCN-PPM South Galesong inTakalar Regency are: (1) increasing the knowledge and skills to assemble theconverter kit Fuel Gas (BBG), (2) increasing knowledge and skills of performingrepairs and maintenance of the engine (motor) fishing boat, and (3) increasing therevenue generated after the problems of the partners completed. Activity methodsused include: observation, illumination (theory), training (practice), discussion andevaluation. Absorption material mastery by participants on average well and provedat the time of training, 60% can assemble a tool kit with converter good and canserve as the tool converter FUEL to BBG. This training without the constraints ofmeaning and can be carried out in accordance with the expected target. It's just ontraining machine repair, only about 35% to successfully perform diagnosisaccurately, so the majority of trainees are still hard-pressed to find an issue or asource of damage to the machine. This is normal because the machine does requirea lot of practice in other words could not directly fitting just do exercises two orthree times only.

Abstract

Social Psychology been very meaningful in its application for aperformance management accounting for progress and greatness of a companythrough the theories that relate to the motivation and information supported withits preliminary theory/derivatives is very meentukan for the passage of a healthcare company. These writings reveal theory of levels of Aspiration,PenetapanTujuan Theory, a theory of cognitive dissonance Theory,Organizational Considerations, the theory of Attribution Theory, Expectancy, andthe theory of Person-environment Fit, all of which support the anticipation ofthose effects in companies that can degrade the performance of the company.This article concludes that the practice of management accounting judgmentand decisions affect not only by providing information, but also by influencinghow boundedly rational individuals search and process this information andmentally represent their organization and environment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), the NonPerforming Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin, BOPO (NIM) and Loan to Deposit Ratio(LDR) towards Return On Assets (ROA) of PT. Bank Sulselbar the period 2001-2010. Theresults showed that the variable CAR and NIM positive effect against ROA, while theNPL, NIM and influential BOPO negative against ROA. Then the five variablessimultaneously affect a variable is bound (ROA).Strategies for keeping consistency CAR: (1) maintaining credit quality, (2) purchaseof shares, (3) deposit additional capital for the company's operations, (4) Perform rightissue, (5) conversion of profits/retained earnings into a capital and delaying the Divisionof bonuses and dividends. How to lose as well as maintain the NPL: (1) did the principleof prudence in every channeling credit, (2) more intensive charging to the debtor, (3) adebt restructuring Offer, (4) the Himura Kenshin Performs warranty and sell thecollateral, (5) withdrawals capital reserves of banks, (6) improving the quality of creditanalysis. To maintain quality BOPO, then operational efficiency in absolutely should bekept. To improve the NIM: (1) to reproduce the distribution of productive sector credit,(2) Provide high interest rates on consumer credit as well as being at high risk, (3)maintain the credit quality. And Lastly, to maintain the stability of LDR: (1) expansion ofcredit, (2) increase the value of third party funds, (3) maintain the composition betweenchanneling credits and gathering together the funds (were in the range of 80 – 100%)

Regional autonomy policy as one that related much with this research is aboutthe leadership style in Regional Secretariat of municipal government of Tidore Isles.Start out from such thing particularly type of leadership of a Mayor as chief ofgovernmental is very important to be applied in bureaucracy scope. Then focus andaim of this research to know how extensive of the leadership style in RegionalSecretariat of Municipal government city of Tidore Isles. Type of this research isqualitative descriptive, and research location that is Regional Secretariat (SEKDA)of Municipal government city of Tidore Isles. Data collecting process done usingobservation technique, interview, and documentation. While data analysis that usedwith data simplification reduction phase, data presentation and data conclusion.Data validation technique through persistence improvement, loyalty andprecise.Result of this research indicating that style leadership of a Mayor isoutstanding and applied in Regional Secretariat of Municipal government city ofTidore Isles are paternalistic, get participated in other leadership type namelycharismatic, transformational, and situational. Implementation type of a Mayorleadership is very influential for success of Municipal government city of TidoreIsles.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to observe the use of Dentong Language as minoritylangage of Bugis and Makassar tribes, and acknowladge the status of Dentonglanguage in Bugis and Makassar langage. The populations of the research werespeaker community of Dentong language. Samples were collected with stratifiedsampling method from which the populations were grouped into sub-populationbased on certain criteria of the population. The reshults of the research indicatedthat the use of Dentong and Makassar language tended to be more frequentlyused by speakers of certain ages of adolescents, adults and old. Some reasons whyDentong and Makassar language were used such at the love for anf the fride ofthe languages, so that communication flows smoothly, and references they talkabout were more easily comprehendible.

Abstract

Professional ethics is a guide for a judge to the task it has also been statedin the policy direction of the field of law in points (5), as contained in MPRDecree No. II / MPR / 1999 on the Guidelines of State Policy, which increasesmoral integrity and professionalism of law enforcement officers, includingpolice state police of the Republic of Indonesia to foster public confidence byincreasing the effective welfare.Prosfesi ethics contained in the judge's ethics are the rules, standards, orlaws that should be adopted and hold fast by the judges, in appreciation of theirprofessions as law enforcement and justice. It will also be used to put on a goodor bad acts of judges in performing their duties even be a moral criterion in lawenforcement.While the issues discussed in this paper is how the function and role of thelegal profession ethics for judges in law enforcement? Abstract

The program has an important contribution to national KB in an effort toimprove the quality of HUMAN RESOURCES through education contributionprogram national KB. Renstra MPS (plan national strategies MakingPregnancy Safer) aims to decrease maternal mortality amounted to 75% by2015, from AKI in 1990 and neonatal mortality to less than 35 per 1000 livebirths by 2015. On the implementation of the program of Making PregnancySafer (MPS) in Indonesia 2002-2010 is that every pregnancy should be adesired pregnancy. To realize these key messages, KB is the efforts of preventivehealth services to the most basic and primary.This type of research is observational approach cross sectional study i.e. toknow factors related to participation in family planning couples of fertile age inKelurahan Watang Subdistrict Suppa Suppa Pinrang Regency 2014 areobserved in the same time period. This research was carried out in KelurahanWatang Subdistrict Suppa Suppa Pinrang Regency Year for 30 days starting onOctober 1 – April 30, 2014 by taking a sample of 50 pairs of fertile age.Results of the study found that the level of education associated with theparticipation of family planning in the fertile age couples in Kelurahan WatangSubdistrict Suppa Suppa Pinrang Regency 2014 as much 72.2% and the value ofp (0,017), revenue associated with the participation of family planning in thefertile age couples in Kelurahan Watang Subdistrict Suppa Suppa PinrangRegency 2014 as much 81.5% and the value of p (0.002), distance related to theparticipation of family planning in the fertile age couples in Kelurahan WatangSubdistrict Suppa Suppa Pinrang Regency 2014 as much 79.4% and the value ofp (0.000), support the husband related to participation in family planningcouples of fertile age associated with the participation of family planning in thefertile age couples in Kelurahan Watang Subdistrict Suppa Suppa PinrangRegency 2014 as much as 87% and the value of p (0.001). For the mother thefertile Age Couples (PUS) that have low education in order to improveinformation resources as well as the participation of the husband to knowcontraceptive tools suitable to wear, is expected to bring the insight andknowledge of the fertile age couples (PUSSY) and participation of the husbandabout the selection of contraceptives. Fertile age for couples who have a lowincome in order to keep abreast of the family planning programs that have beendianjur by the Government. Fertile age for couples who have a place to live farfrom health services to keep participated in the family planning program. To thehead of the family or husband to give support or participate to mother to consulton contraception was used.

Abstract

Paria village is one of the villages of the District Majauleng, Wajo, SouthSulawesi. The majority of the population is farmer and the Civil Service, has a page /home gardens that grow coconut trees. These conditions will certainly provide manyopportunities coconut production of every household in the region. If at any householdstore coconuts falling on their inventory in the warehouse, then made the traditionalcooking oil on the end result will produce blendo. The utilization of this limited blendostill need to be handled to be made into confectionary are more varied andeconomically better than any housewife group in this region.Standard manufacture of one kilogram of cooking oil traditional / kelntik and 500grams blendo produced from coconuts seven medium-size (1: 7). For the re sep makeschips "Black Coconut" requires 250 grams blendo.
