Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana
Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana, yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Magister Manajemen Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan Januari, Mei, dan September yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi manajemen produksi dan operasional, manajemen pemasaran, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan berbagai hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat , yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and work motivation on the work productivity employees of PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia Pasar Rebo. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of Lotte Shopping Indonesia Pasar Rebo. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression test and simple regression test. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially competence and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on the work productivity employees of PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia Pasar Rebo.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating effect of brand image and brand trust between celebrity endorsements and purchase intention of Instagram users. Respondents in this study were women Instagram users who followed Maudy Ayunda's Instagram as a marketing influencer for the pond's brand, the analytical method used was path analysis. The results of the study stated that the influence of celebrity support on Instagram users' purchase intention through brand image and brand trust was smaller than the direct influence of celebrity support on Instagram users' purchase intention.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how (1) the simultaneous influence devidend policy and earning quality on value of the company of automotive and componens companies, (2) the partial influence of influence devidend policy and earing quality on value of the company of automotive and components companies in the period 2016-2020. This research uses purposive sampling in taking data. The data collected will be analyzed using multiple linear analysis. The result of this research is (1) there is positive significant influence from dividend policy to value of the company, (2) there is negative significant influence from earning quality variable to value of the company, (3) there is a significant effect of dividend policy and earing quality value addedon value of the company simultaneously.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effect of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction at Sicepat Expres Point Agen Jatiasih. The independent variables are brand image and service quality, the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. Methods of data analysis with quantitative descriptive analysis using simple regression analysis and multiple linear regression. Sampling amounted to 100 respondents using the Random Sampling technique because the sampling of members of a population is done randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population.
