Abstract

This main object of this research is to know relation of digital marketing, perception of quality, and brand image to purchase decision of local shoe in marketplace. This research using survey with questionnaire to 111 respondents that ever buy local shoe in marketplace Shopee or tokopedia. Method that use to test the hypothesis is multi linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The result is there is positive and significant impact fr digital marketing, quality perception, brand image to purchase decision of local shoes in marketplace partially and simultaneous. The results show the adjusted R Square value of 0.496, this means that the digital marketing variables, perceived quality, and brand image 49.6% affect the decision to buy local shoes in the marketplace and the remaining 50.4% comes from other independent variables.

Abstract

PT Tenaris Hydril is an Oil and Gas sector company with Pipe threading services for Accessories, Casing and Tubing types from customers with a long product process flow and each process allows defects to occur in the product. Based on PT Tenaris Hydril's Final Inspection data for the period January to December 2020, the most common defects encountered were peel off defects, to minimize defects in the product, risk management was carried out using the House of Risk (HOR) method which showed the HOR phase 1 based on ARP calculations, ranking risk and the Pareto diagram of the 80:20 principle, the results are in the form of 4 dominant risk triggers for preventive action to be taken. As well as HOR phase 2, there are 14 preventive action strategies with ratings to see which actions are taken first according to the level of ease and effectiveness.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted many sectors including the Islamic Banking sector. This study aims to analyze the profitability of Islamic banking before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, a case study at Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI). The research indicators used are banking financial ratios in the form of ROA (Return on Assets), ROE (Return on Equity), BOPO (Operating Agency to Operating Income), NOM (Net Operating Margin), and EPS (Earning Per Share). The research method used is a comparative study with a quantitative approach using data from Quarter I to IV financial statements for 2019 - 2020. The results show that there is no significant difference in the profitability of BMI before and during the Covid-19 pandemic seen from ROA, ROE, BOPO, NOM, and EPS.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the most numerous forms of business in Indonesia. This creates high competition among business actors. The conditions of Covid-19 pandemic are increasing the business competition with restriction on community activities including restriction towards business activites set by the government. Many business fields such as food, beverage, and creative industries are affected by this circumstance. MSME actors are trying to survive the business in the midst of a pandemic. Digital marketing is a form of marketing effort by MSMEs so that they can still operate their business. The role of digital marketing is not only to market produts, but also as a means of communicating with customers, disseminating information, and providing convenience for transactions. The purpose of this research is to analyze digital marketing adoption by MSMEs in the era of Covid-19 pandemin in Indonesia. The approach applied in this research is the Technology Organization Environment (TOE) model with quantitative research method. The total of 244 MSMEs are the respondents in this research. The results of this study show that the context of technology, organization and environment has a positive effect on digital marketing adoption by MSMEs in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The impact of the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 199 concerning Customs, Excise, and Tax Provisions on the Import of Consignments in 2019 which was enacted since January 30, 2020 is a decrease in online sales in Batam. As a result, MSMEs in Batam City have to change their market share to only focus on the people of Batam as a strategy in maintaining their business. Based on the results of interviews with several people selling goods whose consumers are in Batam City, they basically prefer local couriers. However, there are some problems, namely the position of goods cannot be tracked in real-time as is the case with e-commerce applications. Where local courier companies have not been integrated with information system applications. The purpose of this study was to analyze the local courier information system of Batam City and to design the local courier information system of Batam City. The first method used is to collect and data through observation, interviews, and literature studies. Then design an information system by analyzing the running system, analyzing system needs, and designing a website interface that combines 3 points of view, namely local courier companies, sellers and consumers. The conclusion of this study is that this research has produced a draft information system for shipping goods for local couriers in Batam City. The information system developed has used data integration through the delivery database of goods available in data management. This information system can help customers to carry out the process of tracking goods that so far cannot be done if using a local courier in Batam City.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to look at the relationship between intellectual capital and earnings quality in Indonesian banks. Intellectual capital is measured by using EVAIC+, where the indicators consist of Human Capital Efficiency (HCE), Structural Capital Efficiency (SCE), Relational Capital Efficiency (RCE), and Capital Employed Efficiency (CEE). Earnings quality is measured using discretionary accruals and earnings persistence. Furthermore, this study also looks at whether there is a difference in the effect of intellectual capital on earnings quality based on the type of bank, in this case, State-Owned and Private Banks. The objects of this study were eight banks, consisting of four state-owned banks and four private banks, and this study examines a total of 112 banking samples in Indonesia. The researcher used the Partial Least Square Multigroup technique to analyze this study, with research data for 2006 - 2019. The results showed that intellectual capital was essential for influencing banking earnings in Indonesia. This study also shows that the intellectual capital analyzed separately between state-owned and private banks has a significant and positive effect on earnings quality, meaning that the type of bank does not moderate the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable in this study. This study recommends more budget allocation to intellectual capital to create quality profits in banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

Transaction value at digital banks grew by around 50.3 percent to 34.3 trillion rupiah when compared to April 2021, digital banks increased deposit interest rates to 7%. This figure is higher than commercial banks which are only 0-4%. This study examines more deeply whether East Indonesian millennials consider LPS Lebel in using and saving at digital banks. East Indonesia was chosen because the number of financial literacy is quite low. The data analysis method uses SEM-PLS and uses a gender and regional/domicile multigroup test, a use analysis of 125 respondents spread across 12 provinces in Eastern Indonesia. The results of the analysis explain that the LPS label variable (LL) and the deposit interest rate (TB) have a positive effect on the interest of Eastern Indonesian millennials in saving at digital banks. However, 88% of Eastern Indonesian millennials do not know exactly what percentage of interest is guaranteed by LPS. In addition, multigroup analysis explains that gender is not an influence on the interest of East Indonesian millennials in saving at digital banks. Meanwhile, the domicile or place of residence between respondents on the island of Sulawesi and outside the island of Sulawesi also does not have a difference

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena dilema wisatawan terkaut dengan kenaikan harga tiket pesawat yang terjadi secara signifikan belakangan ini. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam strategi inovasi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya penurunan signifikan pendapatan sektor wisata sebagai dampak dari naiknya harga tiket pesawat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, metode ini dipilih karena dianggap paling sesuai untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih dalam dan langsung dari informan yang memahami situasi yang sedang terjadi. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dengan sejumlah informan serta menggunakan beberapa dokumen untuk memperkuat hasil. Pengambilan data dilakukan di Kota Denpasar, Bali. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setidaknya harus ada alternatif terkait dengan transportasi yang lebih murah, akomodasi yang sesuai dengan budget dari wisatawan, dan upaya pengembangan paket wisata agar pendapatan para pelaku bisnis parawisata tidak menurun drastis dan sektor parawisata dapat tetap bertahan ditengah naiknya harga tiket pesawat.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumen wanita memiliki ragam kebutuhan dan keinginan dalam melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari perilaku pembelian konsumen wanita secara impulsif yang dalam hal ini adalah produk UNIQLO, dengan mengetahui pengaruh dari Gaya Hidup Belanja dan Motivasi Belanja Hedonis dengan Emosi Positif serta dampaknya terhadap Pembelian Impulsif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode asosiatif dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik nonprobability sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 108 responden dari konsumen wanita produk UNIQLO. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini hanya mendukung tiga hipotesis diantara seluruh hipotesis yaitu variabel gaya hidup belanja dan motivasi belanja hedonis signifikan dalam memengaruhi emosi positif, serta pengaruh variabel emosi positif secara positif signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif menjadi tingkat hubungan tertinggi dengan nilai original sampel sebesar 0,559 atau 59%, sedangkan dua hipotesis yang diajukan ditolak dengan nilai original sampel hanya sebesar 0,028 atau 28% yaitu gaya hidup belanja dan motivasi belanja hedonis tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif. Pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa konsumen wanita di Kota Samarinda lebih mementingkan produk yang ingin dibeli sesuai dengan kebutuhan bukan dengan gaya hidup berbelanjanya dengan menghabiskan waktu dan uangnya serta tidak ada motivasi hedonis ketika berbelanja produk UNIQLO dengan pengalaman seperti berpetualang saat berbelanja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Self-Determination, Self-Esteem, Self-Efficacy, Optimisme, dan Dukungan Sosial, terhadap Resiliensi Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Karena populasi dalam penelitian ini terlalu besar, maka sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 UMKM yang tersebar di 15 Kecamatan di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan metode Stratified Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Kuesioner sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Self-Determination, Self-Esteem, Self-Efficacy, Optimisme, dan Dukungan Sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Resiliensi Pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi pada masa pandemi Covid-19, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,738. Dengan demikian, Resiliensi dipengaruhi sebesar 73,8% oleh variabel Self-Determination, Self-Esteem, Self-Efficacy, Optimisme, dan Dukungan Sosial, sementara sisanya sebesar 26,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam model penelitian ini.
