Abstract

Pembelajaran ekonomi mikro di perguruan tinggi menjadi mata kuliah yang sulit bagi sebagian besar mahasiswa di Indonesia. Rendahnya pemahaman mata kuliah ekonomi mikro ini juga menjadikan mahasiswa tidak menyukainya. Banyak upaya telah dilakukan untuk membuat pembelajaran ekonomi mikro menjadi lebih menarik, namun tidak mudah melakukannya. Penelitian ini mencoba menawarkan cara mengajarkan ekonomi mikro di perguruan tinggi dengan mengaitkan perwujudan wirausaha ekonomi kerakyatan dan local wisdom yang ada di Indonesia agar lebih menarik bagi mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian litelature review. Populasi terdiri dari 24 artikel yang terbit di jurnal internasional. Sampel diambil secara purposive. Terpilih 5 artikel yang diambil berdasarkan materi yang dibahas dalam perkuliahan yaitu teori harga dan struktur pasar. Hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan artikel yang dirujuk adalah mengajar ekonomi agar lebih menarik dan mudah diterima oleh siswa dengan mengaitkan kehidupan mahasiswa sehari-hari. Implikasi terpentingnya yaitu mahasiswa tidak salah lagi dalam menebak kurva permintaan karena telah dikaitkan dengan budaya Indonesia jika meminta suatu barang dengan tangan kanan.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct research mapping with the topic of discussion of change management (change management) in family companies (family business). This research includes a discussion of the research focus, research methods and types, and publication trends by country and time. This study uses a qualitative research method using the Systematic Mapping Study (SMS) to see the development of the research. Search data using the Scopus database and science direct with the results of 29 articles. Based on the mapping results, it is shown that the research focuses that are most often discussed are corporate governance, entrepreneurial, firm capability, and organizational development. The research method that is widely used is qualitative, namely 20 articles (69.0%). The dominant paper type used is the evaluation research category, namely 14 articles (48.3%). The publication trend of countries that do a lot of research is Italy, which is 4 articles (13.8%) and the peak of publication is in 2021 with 7 articles (24.1%). So that the results of this study can provide an overview and opportunity to explore new research topics related to change management and family companies

Abstract

This study explores the effect of transformative transactional leadership style on employee performance, with work motivation as an intervening variable. The respondents of this survey were the population of the Riau Islands National Narcotics Agency, which amounted to 68 respondents. Using the sampling method is intended by the sampling method. In this survey, data is collected through a survey in the form of Google Forms. Descriptive and route analysis were used as data analysis techniques. The results of the three independent variables are 1. The transformational leadership style variable has a positive and important effect on work motivation. 2 The transaction leadership style variable has a significant negative effect on work motivation. 3. The transformational leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4. Transactional leadership style variable has a negative effect on employee performance. 5. Fluctuating work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh antara strategi bauran pemasaran (4P) yang terdiri dari produk & jasa, proses, bukti fisik, sumber daya manusia, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan dengan keputusan mahasiswa memilih Jurusan Manajemen Bisnis Politeknik Negeri Batam. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori tentang strategi bauran pemasaran dan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 180 mahasiswa dan penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling.. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan strategi bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih jurusan Manajemen Bisnis pada Politeknik Negeri Batam

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan institusional dan profitabilitas terhadap penghindaran pajak dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderating. Populasi penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 17 perusahan. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk pengujian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan regresi moderasi (uji interaksi) dengan program SPSS versi 20. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh negatif terhadap penghindaran pajak. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap penghindaran pajak. Ukuran perusahaan tidak mampu memperkuat dan atau memperlemah kepemilikan institusional terhadap penghindaran pajak. Ukuran perusahaan tidak mampu memperkuat dan atau memperlemah pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap tax avoidance.

Abstract

School cooperatives do not have a legal entity but are considered as cooperative associations consisting of students, while teachers and school principals act as coaches. School cooperative activities are buying and selling goods and services. Therefore, school cooperatives are one of the media for learning entrepreneurship practices. The purpose of this study is to conduct a study to identify the role of cooperatives as forming entrepreneurial character. The research methodology used is to use a literature review or systematic literature review (SLR). The article was obtained from the search results on Google Scholar with the keywords school cooperative and entrepreneurial character. The results showed that entrepreneurial characteristics can be formed through the role of school cooperatives.

Abstract

The growth in the number of internet users in Indonesia continues to increase, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) takes advantage of this by releasing KAI Access to improve service quality and also as an anticipation in reducing the number of queues at train station counters. However, after being introduced, the application obtained a 3.4/5 rating from KAI Access users, prompting PT KAI to enhance e-service quality on KAI Access. The degree of service delivered to consumers over the internet is referred to as e-service quality. In this study, the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) technique is utilized to examine the link between KAI Access application expectations and performance. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Overall, the expected value of e-service quality in the KAI Access application is in the important category with a percentage of 82 percent, while the performance value of e-service quality in the KAI Access application is in the good category with a percentage of 72 percent, according to the results of descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), PT KAI can divide the strategy formulation into four parts by paying attention to the main priority aspects (Quadrant I), which has six statement items, then the aspects that should be maintained in its performance (Quadrant II), which has sixteen statement items. The low priority aspect (Quadrant III) has five statement items, and the aspect that is considered excessive (Quadrant IV) has six statement items. According to the findings of this study, KAI Access must improve system performance in the program being run so that loading, error/freeze, or force closes do not occur when KAI Access users use it. Abstract

Fashion is one of the characteristics of a person showing his lifestyle (life style), especially for women who are more concerned with appearance than men. The fashion trend that is back in popularity in 2020 is the knitted fashion trend, where the age range who likes knitting fashion starts from teenagers to the elderly. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has made knitted fashion trends have an effect on sales of Kampoeng Radjoet products because it is seen based on product innovations launched by Kampoeng Radjoet using the concept of handmade manufacture, as well as quality materials so that this knitted product becomes a positive value among the public. society, especially among young people who no longer view knitting as clothing for the elderly or the elderly, but make this knitting a fashion that has high value and is beautiful to look at. In addition, the existence of less intense competition has made Kampoeng Radjoet products a unique product so that sales during the Covid-19 period have increased compared to before. This research aims to analyze the content marketing strategy of Kampoeng Radjoet that has been carried out and its effect on the level of sales. The research method used is qualitative research methods. The data collection technique used is using 4 kinds of data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation/combination. The triangulation/combined technique used consists of 3 techniques, namely, participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the content marketing strategy carried out by Kampoeng Radjoet has had an influence on sales, but there are still many shortcomings that need to be corrected, especially in the content marketing on social media that it uses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan digital marketing pada media sosial terhadap volume penjualan UMKM fashion di Kota Batam. Variabel bebas yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Umpan Balik Pelanggan (X1), Komunikasi (X2), Berbagi Konten (X3) dan Hubungan Pelanggan (X4), sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Volume penjualan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis desktiptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian in menunjukkan bahwa Umpan balik pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan, Komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap volume penjuelan, Berbagi konten berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan, Hubungan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan dan umpan balik pelanggan, komunikasi, berbagi konten dan hubungan pelanggan berpengaruh secara simultan terahdap volume penjualan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan referensi pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan bagi pelaku usaha dalam penggunaan digital marketing pada media sosial.

Abstract

This research seeks to accomplish two goals: to identify a statistical difference between the three financial distress models—Altman, Zmijewski, and Springate—and to describe which model proves to be the "Most-Valuable-Predictor" in terms of the accuracy with which it can predict the insolvency conditions of state-owned enterprises in Indonesia's construction industry. In this study, the purposive sampling approach was used to select the study's objects. With the aid of documentation techniques, financial data samples were gathered and put through the test of the difference analysis. This paper found a significant difference between the calculations of Altman, Zmijewski, and Springate models in predicting the financial difficulty in the SOE’s construction sector. The most accurate forecast for the industry's financial problems came from the Zmijewski model. The most influential contribution of this study is that it helps investors understand the financial risks before making an investment in the construction industry.
