Abstract

Consuming animal protein, especially ATIKA (Ati, Telur dan Ikan) is an effort to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. This study analyzes the implementation of ATIKA (Ati, Telur dan Ikan) observations on increasing HB levels in pregnant women at the UPTD of the Sidomulyo Health Center. Experimental research design with a pre-experimental study, one group pre-test, post-test. Population of 20 pregnant women with total sampling technique. Data collection by observation. The results of the study showed that the average hemoglobin level before consuming ATIKA was 9.6 gr/dl, while after consuming ATIKA for 3 weeks the average Hb was 10.6 gr/dl. The analysis test uses the Wilcoxson sing test with a significance of 0.001 < ? = 0.05. There is an effect of implementing Atika consumption on increasing the Hb levels of pregnant women. Regular consumption of Atika in pregnant women can increase Hb and prevent pregnancy anemia.

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2020), the global prevalence of diabetes is estimated to affect around 422 million people. Foot exercise is a therapeutic practice performed by individuals diagnosed with diabetes mellitus with the aim of reducing the risk of injury and increasing blood circulation. The purpose of this study was to analyze journal findings regarding foot exercise activities in individuals diagnosed with diabetes mellitus. The method used in this study is a literature study approach. Sources of information in this article were searched through researchgate and google scholar using the keywords foot exercise and diabetes mellitus. Based on a comprehensive review of 15 scientific sources, it is known that leg exercise activities can improve blood circulation. This, in turn, results in the expansion of the capillary network, thereby increasing the availability and activity of insulin receptors. Consequently, these physiological changes contribute to reduced blood glucose levels in individuals diagnosed with diabetes.

Abstract

Perineal rupture is an injury to the perineum that is caused by natural tissue damage due to pressure on the fetal head or shoulders during delivery. To determine the factors that influence the incidence of perineal rupture in mothers giving birth at BPM Mesrida Simarmata, Am Keb in 2022. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a retrospective approach. The population of this study was pregnant women who experienced perineal rupture in 2022. The total population was 30 people and with a total sampling technique. The instrument uses a checklist and the data analysis technique uses analysis. The majority of respondents had grade 2 perineal rupture. The mother's age was 20-35 years as many as 27 people (90%), the majority of parity were multiparous as many as 18 people (60%). BBL 2500-3500 grams was 26 people (67%) and pregnancy interval > 2 years was 16 (53%). The majority of respondents are in normal condition, it is necessary to investigate things that cause perineal rupture, such as pushing techniques and efforts to make the perineum elastic. The parity of multiparous respondents needs to be researched with the variable history of previous perineal rupture.

Abstract

Detection of risk factors in pregnant women both by health workers and the community is one of the important efforts in preventing maternal death and morbidity The ability of pregnant women to find out whether they are at high risk or not is very helpful in early detection so that treatment can be carried out quickly and appropriately. However, the ability of pregnant women is often an obstacle in knowing whether she has a high risk or not. Method Descriptif Design, 30 Samples, analyze distribution frequency. Result shows the attitude of mothers regarding early detection of complications in pregnancy. About 11 people (36.7%) want to be able to detect pregnancy complications themselves. About 15 people (50%) want their family to be able to detect pregnancy complications. About 17 people (56.7%) want to know where to get their pregnancy care according to the condition of their pregnancy. 53.3% (16 people) want to know where to give birth. About 46.7% agreed and 46.7% strongly agreed to know if my condition included caution, danger and low risk. Future Research to Study What Dominant Factor to early detection Complication Pregnant Women.
