The population in this study were 20 teenagers who experienced menstrual pain who were divided into two groups and observed for 4 days starting from the first day of menstruation. In this study, the effect of treatment was analyzed using the Non-Parametric Independent Sample T test (man Whitney U) in SPSS with version 17, the result was p = 0.001 where p < 0.05, which means there was a difference in pain reduction in the control group and the treatment group, where In the treatment group, almost all or 78.6% of the pain was reduced on the 2nd day of menstruation. The research output will be published in a reputable national journal and the expected results in this research will be a reduction in the scale of pain in adolescents during menstruation so that there are no longer obstacles to activities in adolescents caused by pain during menstruation

The difference in the average level of knowledge about fall prevention was less than 4 respondents, 16 respondents experienced an increase in knowledge and it remained the same. knowledge of 6 respondents with a Wilcoxon test result of 0.0003 (p<0.005). From the research results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of using a module on fall prevention on the knowledge of elderly people

Abstract

Implementing Antenatal Care (ANC) is a critical step in monitoring and maintaining the health of pregnant women to prevent the risk of maternal and neonatal complications. The regularity of ANC visits has a significant impact on maternal and infant health. Identifying factors that influence the regularity of ANC visits is important for improving the maternal health service system. This study aims to determine the relationship between parity and age and the regularity of ANC visits. The research design used was a cross-sectional observational study to evaluate the relationship between parity, age, and regularity of ANC visits. The population and sample in this study were pregnant women who received ANC services at BPM Dinda during the research period. The research variables measured were parity, and maternal age as the independent variable, and regularity of ANC visits as the dependent variable. The results showed that pregnant women with higher parity had a higher level of regularity of ANC visits due to previous experience and awareness of the importance of prenatal care, while the age variable did not have a significant relationship with ANC visits.

Abstract

The prevalence of anemia in all age categories in the country is 21.70%. Women are more likely to experience anemia compared to men, with a rate of 23.90% for women compared to 18.40% for men. Based on the place of residence, anemia is more prevalent (22.80%) in rural areas than in urban areas (20.60%), and it is more common (22.70%) in women aged 15 and above. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of beetroot juice administration in increasing hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls with mild anemia in the PMB S working area in 2023. The research method is a case study literature review that measures before and after the intervention, allowing the assessment of effectiveness between the situations before and after the intervention and obtaining a more accurate overview of the intervention results. The results showed that the hemoglobin levels of the respondents increased after receiving the intervention for 7 days with the administration of 100 grams of beetroot juice per day. There was a significant difference in the increase in hemoglobin levels between adolescent girls 1 after receiving beetroot juice and adolescent girls 2 after receiving counseling and health education in adolescents with mild anemia in PMB S Cianjur District in 2023. The difference between the two respondents was quite significant, with respondent 1 showing an increase in Hb levels of 1.1 g/dl, and respondent 2 showing an increase in Hb levels of 1.3 g/dl

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see the relationship between oil massage performed on babies and their sleep quality. The type of research carried out was quasi-experimental with a pretest posttest one group design approach. Research was proposed to determine the relationship between baby massage and the quality of baby sleep. The population in this study was all babies aged 0-6 months who received massage for 2 weeks. The sample used used a total sampling technique so that the number of respondents used was the same as the population, namely 30 samples. The research results obtained an average pre-test score or mean of 1.40, while for the post-test score the average sleep quality score was 2.57. Because the average sleep quality score on the pre-test is < that of the post-test, this means there is a difference in the average sleep quality of the pre-test and post-test. The table above shows that the significant number (0.000) is much lower than the significant standard of 0.05, meaning there is an influence of massage on the sleep quality of babies aged 1-6 months.

Abstract

The complex challenges in these environments demand extraordinary skill and resilience from nurses. This research aims to explore the influence of resilience on the performance of nurses at Mutiara Sukma Psychiatric hospital. The research method used a quantitative approach with a sample size of 110 nurses. Sampling was carried out using the Slovin formula and quota sampling technique. Data on nurses' resilience and performance were collected through questionnaires whose validity and reliability were tested. Data analysis involves inferential statistical techniques, such as independent t tests and simple linear regression. The independent t test was used to compare the average performance between low and high resilience groups, while simple linear regression was used to assess the linear relationship between resilience (independent variable) and performance (dependent variable). Data was processed using the SPSS program. The results of data analysis show that nurses with a high level of resilience tend to have better performance. Independent t tests revealed significant differences in performance between the low and high resilience groups. In addition, simple linear regression shows that resilience has a positive effect on nurse performance. The practical implications of this research provide a basis for developing training and support programs to increase nurse resilience, with the aim of improving service quality. This research provides an in-depth understanding of individual psychological relationships with a direct impact on mental health services. Despite these limitations, these findings have significant relevance for human resource management in hospitals and can serve as a basis for future research.
