Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the effect of product, price, promotion, distribution channel, and service partially on the purchase decision for brick craft at one of MSMEs named UD Maju Terus in Giri Sasak and to finding out the variabel which having the most dominant effect on the purchase decision. This study used an associative research model. The population in it were all customers of UD Maju Terus. The sampel of this study was as many 60 respondents. The sampel was drawn using purposive sampling technique. The data were gathered by distributing closed questionnaires using Likert scale. They were analysed using multiple liniear regression method. The partial effect were tested by using t-test while the most dominant effect were tested by using Dominant Test (Standardized Coefficient Beta). The result of study tested partially showed that Product (X1), Price (X2). Promotion (X3), Distribution Channel (X4), Service Quality (X5), had significant effects on the purchase decision at UD Maju Terus. This was shown by t-test results where each variabel had a t-count value greater than t-table value. The distribution channel (X4) was the most dominant variable affecting the purchase decision for brick craft at UD Maju Terus, Giri Sasak. The result of the regression equation in this study was Y = 0,0358 + 0,0181 X1 + 0,252 X2 + 0,213 X3 + 0, 284 X4 + 0,165 X5

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam Asuransi Bumi Putera Cabang Mataram upaya dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan pada nasabah dibedakan menjadi dua yaitu dalam ruang lingkup perusahaan dan diluar lingkup perusahaan. Pemberian pelayanan yang baik sangat penting dilakukan oleh setiap perusahaan. Karena dengan pemberian pelayanan yang baik maka secara otomatis akan meningkatkan citra dan dapat dipercaya oleh para pelanggan atau para nasabah. Guna meningkatkan kualitas serta keberhasilan yang ingin dicapai oleh Asuransi Bumi Putera Cabang Mataram selain upaya dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan pada nasabah juga perlu diketahui cara-cara Asuransi Bumi Putera Cabang Mataram dalam memberikan pelayanannya pada nasabah. Dalam hal ini karyawan dan juga penagih harus berusaha dengan baik dalam meningkatkan pelayanan bagi nasabahnya. Penagih dan pegawai harus berkomunikasi dengan baik karena mereka yang biasa berhadapan langsung dengan para nasabah. Cara pemberian pelayanan Asuransi Bumi Putera Cabang Mataram dapat dilakukan melalui pelayanan yang diberikan secara langsung dan pelayanan yang tidak langsung diberikan kepada nasabah. Abstract

This study aims to development a SWOT analysis and strategies for improving the performance of MSMEs based on a SWOT analysis. This type of research is descriptive which describes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by MSMEs in Loyok Village, Sikur District, East Lombok Regency. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data collected by means of documentation, interviews, and in-depth interviews. The research population is all MSMEs actors who are craftsmen, ranging from making baskets, jars, bamboo fans, hats, to skewers and bags whose prices vary. The sample is determined by proportional random sampling. Data were analyzed qualitatively and SWOT analysis. The results show that the strengths of MSMEs are: the availability of raw materials and labor at relatively cheap prices, the quality of the product is very good, the weaknesses of MSMEs are: the number of qualified workers is still low, product designs are less innovative and market information limited opportunities, the opportunities they have are: obtaining capital assistance in the form of soft loans from Village-Owned Enterprises, attention from the government, especially training and assistance and the threats faced by MSMEs are: intense competition and low economic conditions. Four strategies are used to improve the performance of MSMEs based on the results of the SWOT analysis, namely: first, the SO strategy by maintaining product quality by utilizing the assistance of Village-Owned Enterprises and government training, both the WO strategy in compiling online marketing programs and increasing product design innovation and creativity, three strategies ST optimizes the availability of raw materials and relatively cheap labor to win the competition and the four WT strategies increase product design creativity and seek new market share.

Abstract

Islamic financial literacy is important because it has an influence on financial planning and investment decisions. This study aims to determine the Islamic financial literacy index of the people of Surabaya, the influence of socio-demographic factors on Islamic financial literacy, the influence of Islamic financial literacy on financial planning and investment decisions. The data analysis technique that used in this research is partial least square (PLS). The results of this study are demographic factors and education level have no effect on Islamic financial literacy. Sharia financial literacy also has no effect on financial planning. Another result is that Islamic financial literacy has a significant effect on investment decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the learning process of Islamic Financial Management courses has been effective in improving students’ Islamic financial literacy and Islamic financial behaviour. This study is a qualitative research, using an ethnomethodological approach, to be more specific this study employs an Islamic ethnomethodology analysis tool, namely "amiiin". The Islamic ethnomethodology "amiiin" has several stages, they are: deed, knowledge, faith, information revelation and ihsan. Previously, the data were primary data which obtained by observation, interviews, documentation and focus group discussions. The results of this study indicate that Islamic financial management courses are effective in improving students’ Islamic financial literacy and Islamic financial behaviour. Likewise, the "amiiin" ethnomethodology analysis after studying Islamic financial management, their financial management behaviour leads to ihsan behaviour, which is to obtain blessing.

Abstract

The capitalization rate is an important factor and must be presented in order to valuing a property applying income approach and direct capitalization method. This paper attempt to measure the capitalization rate on residential sector in district of Mataram through the overall capitalization rate theory developed by the International Association of Assessment Officers. Measurements of central tendency and dispersion were conducted to find out early indications related to the characteristics and tendencies of the capitalization rate. In addition, regressivity and progressivity test was conducted through simple regression analysis and Spearman rank test correlation to determine the lease pattern. Utilizing purposive sampling as many as 70 samples were divided proportionally according to number of sub-district. This research showed that average capitalization rate in district is 4.39%, while average capitalization rate for each sub-district varied widely from 3.7% to 5.31%. Individually, the highest capitalization rate is 6.15% and the lowest is 3.33%. Higher capitalization rate indicated higher percentage return than lower capitalization rate. Regression and correlation analysis showed that capitalization rate tends to regressive against market price or there is a regressive relationship between capitalization rate and market price. The interesting result of this paper is a property with higher market price has lower percentage return than a property with lower market price, and vice versa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi Banking Service Quality (BSQ) terhadap minat nasabah PT. Bank BNI Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 4 proksitas dari 6 proksitas dimensi BSQ yaitu keefektifan dan jaminan (Effectiveness dan Assurance), akses (Access), portofolio jasa (Services Portofolio), dan keterwujudan (Tangible) memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat nasabah. Hal ini mengindikasikan semakin banyak jumlah ATM, kualitas teller, kecepatan antrian, keakuratan laporan keuangan, laporan rekening, kebersihan fasilitas, kenyamanan fasilitas, kelengkapan fasilitas serta peningkatan dan menitikberatkan pelayanan jasa bank seperti tabungan, giro, deposito, proses penarikan dan peningkatan pelayanan lainnya seperti pembayaran rekening listri, PDAM serta pembiayaan lainya maka akan meningkatkan minat nasabah.

Abstract

Introduction: From time immemorial, the policy emphasis has always been on Gross Domestic Product (GDP) since it is the measure of wellbeing. Every country's budget is intended to move the economy in the right direction by promoting economic development. Objective: The study is performed to analyse the long-term impact of select economic indicators from available literature review on economic growth of Malaysia. Methodology: For meeting the research objective a panel data is famed through data collection from official website of world bank. After collecting data of selected indicators, research tools namely- mean, standard deviation, ANOVA and regression are applied. Value: The study will lead to an understanding of which important element affects GDP and allows the policymakers to focus their attention on factors relevant to the goal of raising GDP.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the fair value of stocks and stock conditions in banking companies using dividend discount model (DDM) and free cash flow to firms (FCFF) during the 2016 – 2020 period. The population is in research in as many as 70 companies. Determination of samples with purposive sampling techniques, so that the samples obtained by 2 companies. The data used is secondary data and calculations by using Microsoft Excel 2016 application. The results showed that of the 2 banking companies listed in JII, bris and BTPS shares have different intrinsic values. Valuation Results using DDM show that the intrinsic value of BRIS Shares is in an Overvalued condition, for BTPS shares are undervalued. While the valuation result using FCFF obtained intrinsic value of BRIS shares is undervalued, for BTPS shares is in an Overvalued condition.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to estimate the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak on firm performance in Indonesia on a sectoral level. According to BPS data (2020), Indonesia's GDP fell in Q2 and Q3 2020, even falling to a negative level. The drop in GDP, on the other hand, was not homogenous across all sectors. In Q2 and Q3 2020, there are sectors with positive GDP and sectors with negative GDP. This research looks at three sectors with positive GDP and three with negative GDP. This research uses secondary data, namely financial report data published by each of the firms. STATA software was used to process research data using panel data regression. This research provides results that the Covid-19 outbreak had a positive impact on firm performance in sectors with positive GDP growth during the outbreak and a negative impact on firm performance in sectors with negative GDP growth during the outbreak. As sectorally, the Covid-19 outbreak had a positive impact on firm performance in the health sector. The Covid-19 outbreak had a negative impact on firm performance in several sectors, these are the transportation and logistic sector, car and motorcycle trading sector, and the construction sector.
