Little one's head, but for the fact that the first three years of little one's development are golden periods in the formation of his smart brain. Because the brain grows very rapidly and will reach 70-80% in the first 3 years of your child's life. Based on the nutritional status of children under five (weight/age) in Sragen regency in 2011 there were 84.03% normal nutrition, 1.89% undernutrition, and 0.01% poor nutrition Preliminary study conducted in Nglangak Kwangen village, Gemolong Sragen, namely there are 55 toddlers, there are 4 toddlers who experience developmental disorders. Abstract

The nutritional status of pregnant women before and during pregnancy can affect the growth of the fetus in the womb. The purpose of this study was to look at the risk factors of  LBW events based on nutritional status based on the MUAC size of pregnant women. This research is analytical with cross sectional study design by sampling using the total sampling technique of 98 pregnant women in Kubang Village, Sukaresmi District, Cianjur Regency. Analyze data using Chi Square. Univariate analysis results from 98 respondents have good nutritional status (MUAC≥23.5 cm) which is as much as 78 (80%) and normal birth weight 64 (65.3%) pregnant women. The results of bivariate analysis there is a meaningful relationship between the nutritional status of pregnant women based on LBW and the incidence of LBW value P value = 0.006 (P value<0.05). In conclusion there is a meaningful relationship between the nutritional status of pregnant women based on MUAC and the incidence of LBW value P value = 0.006 (P value<0.05) value (OR=3.345, CI 2.234-8.562), respondents who have a history of malnutrition status while pregnant have a risk of 3,354 times giving birth to babies with LBW

range of 10 to 19 years. Adolescents are the population in the age range of 10-18 years. Rapid physical changes and hormonal changes are triggers for sexual motivation. Stimulation from the environment such as TV and the internet about sexual behavior and nutritional factors causes sexual hormones to appear earlier so that adolescents tend to experience sexual development more quickly. The rise of adolescent sexual behavior at this time is increasingly concerning and tends to increase both in terms of the quantity and sharpness of cases that occur.Method: This type of research is an observational analytic with a cross-sectional study design, to analyze the exposure to reproductive health information on adolescent sexual behavior in Sleman Regency. Samples were taken from adolescents who were in class XI SMAN 2 Ngaglik with a purposive sampling technique of 198 students. Data collection using a questionnaire via google form. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyzes. Results: There is a relationship between reproductive health information from parents with adolescent sexual behavior (P value 0.00), there is a relationship between information from peers and adolescent sexual behavior (P value 0.00), there is a relationship between media access and adolescent sexual behavior ( P value 0.06) Adjusted RSquare value = 0.541.Conclusion: Of the three variables, information from parents and from peers has the same relationship with sexual behavior in adolescents, and media access is smaller than the other two variables.

Abstract

Research Background : In the process of childbirth, there is often a tear in the birth canal, especially in the perineum, which is known as a ruptured perineum. Some herbal ingredients that are thought to be healing wounds are nyamplung seed oil/tamanu oil (Calophyllum inophyllum L.), red ginger oil (Zingiber officinale var rubrum) and marigold flower oil/calendula oil (Calendula officinalis). Calendula ointment has the benefit of healing episiotomy wounds faster than the use of povidone iodine.Research Objective: To determine the effectiveness of giving calendula oil herbal ingredients to wound healing in female white rats.Research Methods: Laboratory experimental research using a completely randomized design using the Post Test Only Control Group Design pattern. The population in this study were female white rats (Rattus norvegicus). The sample selection was used by simple random sampling. Univariate analysis of wound healing was performed to obtain the mean ± SD and bivariate analysis using one-way ANOVA using computer software. The results of the study: The results of statistical tests showed that the One way Anova test obtained p value = 0.000 with a value of = 0.05 (p < ) where the administration of Calendula Oil on white rat wounds was more effective than without treatment. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that giving calendula oil to female white rats is effective in healing wounds.

Abstract

According to Survey Demografi Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) at 2018, it is said that adolescents who have knowledge about reproductive health are still lacking with a percentage of 35.3% of female adolescents and 31.2% of male adolescents aged 12-19 years. Individuals have reached a developmental transition that is closer to adulthood. This growth and development is not only experienced by normal adolescents but also experienced by adolescents with disabilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of family communication and adolescent sexual behavior in the UDP community in Bukittinggi City. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional design. The population of this study were all youth with disabilities (deaf) who were in the Umbrella Disability Project (UDP) community as many as 30 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out by total sampling. The results of this study were almost half (43.3%) of respondents had poor family communication levels and less than half (33.3%) of respondents had poor sexual behavior. After carrying out the Chi-square analysis test, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the level of family communication and the sexual behavior of adolescents with disabilities in the UDP community in Bukittinggi City (p < 0.05). Based on this research, it is concluded that adolescents with disabilities during their growth and development need special attention, especially parents and families to prevent risky sexual behavior so that it is not difficult for them to discuss efforts to prevent negative sexual behavior in society

Abstract

Background: Postpartum depression (PPD) is a psychological disorder experienced by mothers at 4 weeks to 6 months postpartum. One of the risk factors for postpartum depression is the type of delivery. The mode of delivery in its effect on postpartum depression has been studied extensively with conflicting results whether vaginal delivery or cesarean section (CS) that can affect postpartum depression (Rauh et al., 2012). Methods: This is a systematic literature review with a research question using PICO standard namely "What is the correlation between mode of delivery and postpartum depression?". 325 literature were obtained from five different databases. The screening was carried out according to PRISMA flowchart and bringing in a total of 21 literature to be reviewed. Results: Most of the literature reported that mothers with CS have higher EPDS scores than mothers with vaginal delivery. One literature stated that mothers with CS were more protected and less prone to PPD, and other studies stated that the method of delivery was not associated with PPD. Conclusion: Delivery mode is associated with postpartum depression in most studies. Mothers with CS are more at risk of exposure to PPD than mothers with vaginal delivery

Abstract

Introduction: This study was conducted to show that early prevention and treatment of cervical cancer can save on treatment costs. Cervical cancer is one of the biggest threats to women's health. This is related to the low awareness of women who have had active sexual relations in carrying out early detection of cervical cancer so that it can increase the incidence of cervical cancer. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social support and client satisfaction on IVA service satisfaction by public health center officers. Methods: This study used an observational analytic study with a retrospective cohort design. The sample size used was 70 respondents with the same distribution in each control group and the exposed group, each using 35 respondents. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling. Univariate analysis using Chi-Square test. Bivariate analysis using Spearman correlation test. Results: The results of Univariate analysis in the control group and the exposed group showed that age (p= 0.4), education (p= 0.136), occupation (p= 0.622), length of marriage (p= 0.073), number of sexual partners (p= 0.073). = 0.602) and the number of children (p = 0.151). The results of bivariate analysis showed that husband's support (p= 0.735), mother's support (p= 0.984), health cadre support (p= 0.320) and peer support (p= 0.725). There is no relationship/correlation between social support and service satisfaction. Conclusion: There are other factors that can affect the satisfaction of women of childbearing age with early detection of cervical cancer (VIA) apart from social support.
