Every consumer who comes to a store or service place will want to get the best service as expected and the service environment is the first aspect that consumers will feel. PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja has the largest outlet named Yogyatourium (Yogya Tourism Laboratourium), in this case Dagadu must be able to present a service environment that can make consumers feel satisfied considering that Dagadu is a creative industry company that has been established for quite a long time and has achieved many achievements. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a positive influence of the service environment dimension (servicescape) on customer satisfaction at Yogyatourium outlets. The method used in this study is nonparametric statistical analysis to test hypotheses. The sample data of this study was taken by non-probability sampling techniques using incidental and purposive sampling techniques. This means that anyone who visits the Yogyatourium outlet and coincidentally meets the researcher and is considered to fit the predetermined criteria can become a research respondent. The population in this study is all consumers of PT. Aseli Dagadu Djogdja who visited Dagadu Yogyatourium outlet, while the target sample determined was 60 samples. This study uses CFA as a validity test with alpha 0.5 and is declared valid if it has a loading factor value of > 0.5 and the indicator forms one component. Research reliability tests use Cronbach's alpha formula and are declared reliable if they have a reliability coefficient of ≥ 0.6. The results of the analysis in this study state that all variables in the service environment dimension (servicescape) have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. This means that if the better the quality of the servicescape dimension formed, the higher the level of customer satisfaction at Yogyatourium outlets. This research is expected to be useful for readers and for companies to always improve the quality of their service environment.

The rapid development of information technology causes consumers to easily find out information about the whereabouts of a product. This condition requires companies to respond to consumer desires and provide clear information about their products in order to get a positive response from consumers. This study aims to determine the influence of celebrity endorsers, digital marketing and consumer trust on purchasing decisions either partially. This type of research uses quantitative research. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between Celebrity Endorsers on Purchasing Decisions. This shows that the increasing celebrity endorser variable, the influence on purchasing decisions is getting higher. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between Digital Marketing on Purchasing Decisions. This shows that the increasing digital marketing variable, the higher the influence on purchasing decisions. The results of the study show that there is no positive and insignificant influence between Consumer Confidence on Purchasing Decisions. This shows that the decreasing consumer trust variable, the influence on purchasing decisions decreases

The purpose of this study was to identify and obtain information about the risks faced by social workers when working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study used the bow tie analysis method to analyze all the risks and mitigation plans that these social workers will take in doing their daily work. Researchers also took qualitative and quantitative samples of 15 correspondents to take data on what risks they faced during work. Correspondents in this study are staff and tutors of child workers and educators at the Child Development Center in Jayapura Regency. The initials of each correspondent will be kept secret using codes R1, R2 and so on. As a result of this research, researchers will get a full picture of the risks and mitigation plans to support child labor to continue to work well and achieve the targets set by the organization

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of stock liquidity and capital structure on stock returns in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Companies with capital structures that are dominated by debt tend to be shunned by investors, because high debt is a burden they will bear when they become shareholders. Companies with a capital structure dominated by debt certainly provide smaller returns to shareholders due to the large cost of interest and debt so that the use of debt in the company gives a negative signal to investors. This study uses a quantitative research approach where researchers measure variables, test hypotheses, and draw conclusions from findings so that they can be generalized. Furthermore, it was concluded that stock liquidity has a significant positive effect on stock returns. This shows that the greater the liquidity of the company's shares, the higher the return on shares in the company. Capital structure has a significant negative effect on stock returns, this shows that the greater the capital structure in the company, the smaller the stock return obtained by the company. Company size (SIZE) does not have a significant effect on stock returns. This shows that the size of the company (SIZE) does not affect the return of shares in the company. The age of the company (AGE) does not have a significant effect on stock returns. This shows that the age of the company (AGE) does not affect the return on shares in the company. Growth Opportunity has a significant positive effect on stock returns, it shows that the greater the company's growth opportunity, the higher the stock return on the company

The real estate industry in Indonesia has been a key driver of the country’s development and economic growth and has seen sustained growth throughout the years. However, challenges do exist in the industry, ranging from oversaturation of products in the market, to temporary lowered demand due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Despite these challenges, the sector is still very promising and expected to grow rapidly in the coming years. Investing into this industry could be a viable venture, and one of the ways to do it is to invest in one of Indonesia’s real estate developers such as Sinarmas Land Ltd, one of the largest development corporations in Indonesia. Before investing into the company, it is vital to study and do due diligence on the market and the company itself, and that is the goal of this journal, which presents a comprehensive valuation analysis of Sinarmas Land Ltd (A26:SGX), which employs financial ratio analysis, absolute valuation using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method, and relative valuation using the Price to Equity Ratio (PER) and Enterprise Value to EBIDTA (EV/EBITDA) method. In the competitive landscape of video streaming platforms, Vidio company recognizes the importance of implementing effective strategies to enhance users loyalty. The study utilizes both primary and secondary data to analyze the impact of personalization content, satisfaction, trust and commitment on users loyalty. The primary data for this study were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to consumers who use the Vidio application platform. Additionally, secondary data from a literature review were used to analyze internal and external factors. The findings of this study support the corresponding hypothesis by showing that pleasure and trust have a favorable or substantial impact on users' loyalty to the Vidio application platform. However, according to PLS analysis, personalisation, commitment, and content seem to have little or a positive but insignificant impact on users' loyalty. In contrast, factor analysis and linear regression analysis, on the other hand, show a considerable impact. These results provide valuable insights for Vidio and similar platforms to focus on enhancing users satisfaction and building trust as key drivers of users loyalty. Further research is recommended to explore alternative strategies to improve personalization content and commitment in the Vidio application platform, as well as investigating additional factors that may influence users loyalty. By addressing these aspects, video streaming platforms can better understand and cater to users’ needs, ultimately fostering stronger users loyalty and long-term engagement.

The sharia economy has gained traction in Indonesia, and Bank Indonesia has been promoting this sector through various strategies, including the Indonesia Sharia Economic Festival (ISEF) event. However, ISEF has faced stagnant visitation levels in recent years. This study examines the marketing strategies used by Bank Indonesia to address this issue. A literature review provides insights into the sharia economy's concept, growth in Indonesia, and ISEF's visitor challenges. Bank Indonesia's marketing strategies for ISEF, such as social media and industry community collaborations, are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The effectiveness of these strategies in addressing stagnant visitation levels is assessed using SWOT analysis and TOWS matrix. The study proposes marketing strategies, such as a new STP and strengthening customer engagement strategies, to attract visitors to ISEF. This study contributes to the understanding of marketing strategies for promoting the sharia economy in Indonesia

The purpose of this study is to compare the performance of two Honda service companies with the Balanced Scorecard method. The research locations are Aneka Motor Denpasar and Niki Baru Motor Denpasar. The results of the financial perspective analysis of Aneka Motor Denpasar's ROA was 8.74% and Niki Baru Motor Denpasar was 4.14%. NPM of Aneka Motor Denpasar is 9.73% and Niki Baru Motor is 1.97%. The Current Ratio of Aneka Motor Denpasar is 353.73% and Niki Baru Motor Denpasar is 211.08%. TATO Aneka Motor Denpasar by 89.89% and Niki Baru Motor Denpasar by 210.13%. Customer retention of Aneka Motor Denpasar in 2021-2022 is 2.23% and Niki Baru Motor Denpasar is 1.02%. Customer acquisition of Aneka Motor Denpasar in 2021-2022 is 2.30% and Niki Baru Motor Denpasar is 1.73%. Customer satisfaction of Aneka Motor Denpasar is 83.51% and Niki Baru Motor Denpasar is 85.19%. Manufacturing Cycle Efficiency of Aneka Motor Denpasar is 0.950 and Niki Baru Motor Denpasar is 0.925. Aneka Motor Denpasar's employee retention for 2021-2022 is 0.00% and Niki Baru Motor is 12.24%. The productivity of Aneka Motor Denpasar employees in 2021-2022 is 0.00% and Niki Baru Motor Denpasar is 92%. Performance results, financial perspective, profitability and liquidity ratios of Aneka Motor Denpasar are superior to Niki Baru Motor Denpasar, while the activity ratio of Niki Baru Motor Denpasar is superior to Aneka Motor Denpasar. Aneka Motor Denpasar's customer perspective is superior to Niki Baru Motor Denpasar. The perspective of Aneka Motor Denpasar's internal business processes is superior to Niki Baru Motor Denpasar. A person's performance can be influenced by many important factors. One of them is the extent to which the work environment and transformative leadership style affect employee performance. Good leadership is a way to improve employee performance. Effective leaders help organizations achieve their goals. Without a proper organizational culture, delivery of optimal and timely performance from every member of the organization is not possible. Therefore, organizational culture plays an important role in any company or organization. The better and stronger the organizational culture, the better the performance. The purpose of this research is to explain whether there isthe influence of transformational leadership, work environment, and organizational culture on improving employee performance at PPN Karangantu.The novelty in this study is that it has not been found in previous studies that discuss sizethe influence of transformational leadership, work environment and organizational culture on improving employee performance at PPN Karangantu. The limitations in this study are only to carry out the magnitude analysisthe influence of transformational leadership, work environment and organizational culture on improving employee performance at PPN Karangantu. The survey method is a quantitative description method (10 point evaluation) using a questionnaire supporting tool, and the sampling method is based on simple random sampling. The number of samples used to test the three identified hypotheses was 65 people.The results showed that the influence of transformational leadership, work environment, and organizational culture on improving employee performance at Karangantu PPN showed a significant positive effect between transformational leadership, work environment, and organizational culture on employee performance. We show that the most important variable affecting employee performance at PPN Karangantu is organizational culture (X3). This is because the organizational culture variable (X3) has the largest regression coefficient value compared to the change leadership (X1) and work environment (X2) variables, and the three hypotheses are positive and significant. That proves something. affected value.

The State Civil Apparatus plays an important role in achieving the success of organizational goals. Performance appraisal is a very important activity because it can be used as a measure of the success of an organization in achieving its mission. With the employee performance appraisal, performance improvement will be achieved in a better direction. State civil servants who do their jobs on time and quickly definitely have high performance. Employee performance is also a determining factor in efforts to improve service to the community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of employees in the Housing and Settlement Area Office of Southeast Minahasa Regency. By using descriptive qualitative methods and data collection using observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the performance of employees at the Housing and Settlement Area Office of Southeast Minahasa Regency is already in the good category. Performance indicators are tools or media used to measure the level of success of an agency in achieving its goals and objectives. Employee performance is influenced by indicators based on quantity, working time, quality and work assessment. It can be concluded that employee performance has an important role in increasing the work results of employees at the Housing and Settlement Area Office of Southeast Minahasa Regency.
