Abstract

The integrated report is a complete report that contains the organization’s financial and non-financial information to communicate value to every shareholder. This study aims to examine the sharing factors affecting the quality of integrated reporting on financial companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020-2022. Using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, 20 companies are obtained as samples or as many as 60 observed data. The data analysis method in this study was multiple linear regression using the SPSS Software version 25. The study found that leverage, as measured by Debt to Equity Ratio, has a significant positive effect, while firm age significantly negatively affects the quality of integrated reporting. Profitability and firm growth have a positive and insignificant effect. The firm size had a negative and insignificant effect on integrated reporting quality. For a better result, further research may explore another variable that influences integrated reporting quality.

Abstract

Indonesia utilizes only 2.356 MW, around 8% of its geothermal resources. The government aims to increase geothermal power generation to 5.799 MW by 2030. Numerous geothermal projects, including Bravo, face challenges in achieving promising condition due to unfavorable economic returns. This study aims to find approach to make the Bravo geothermal project financially viable. It analyzes expenditures, financing strategies, revenue projections, depreciation, and taxes. The capital budgeting framework, employing discounted cash flow analysis, calculates economic indicators such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR). Sensitivity analysis identifies the most influential project parameter. The findings provide recommendations for achieving the required economic return. After implementing cost reductions and tax incentives, Bravo's current state reveals unviable equity situation with an NPV of -15.80 million USD and an IRR of 5.91% below the project's discount rate. While meeting lenders' requirements with DSCR of 1.3 and 14-year repayment period, additional efforts are needed. Approaches such as a 115% increase in the stage 1 tariff, 15% reduction in CAPEX, 2-year construction period acceleration, or 20-year license extension helps achieve the desired return. Negotiations with off-taker regulators and industry partnerships are crucial for executing these approaches

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan mampu menggambarkan suatu kesesuaian harapan dan kenyataan suatu kualitas layanan. Desain strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang berorientasi pada kepuasan pasien mampu memberikan keunggulan dalam persaingan yang ketat. Identifikasi kebutuhan pasien sebagai pelanggan menggunakan integrasi metode Service Quality dan Importance Performance Analysis memudahkan manajemen untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pasien sebagai dasar pengembangan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengupayakan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan Puskesmas Pondok Aren dengan analisis Service Quality dan Importance Performance Analysis. Data diperoleh dari pembagian kuesioner pada 96 orang pasien Puskesmas Pondok Aren sebagai responden menggunakan teknik convenience sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Penelitian ini memperoleh sejumlah 27 atribut kebutuhan pelanggan. Data pelanggan diklasifikasikan menjadi 7 atribut pada dimensi bukti langsung (tangible), 4 atribut pada dimensi empati (empathy), 8 atribut pada dimensi kehandalan (reliability), 4 atribut pada dimensi daya tanggap (responsiveness), dan 4 atribut dimensi keamana (safety). Secara keseluruhan menggunakan metode Service Quality atribut memiliki nilai Gap Score rata-rata -0,27 poin. Hasil prioritas atribut dengan analisis Importance Performance Analysis antara lain : peralatan medis tersedia dan siap pakai, area parkir yang memadai, petugas tanggap akan kebutuhan pasien, petugas memantau perawatan sampai selesai, petugas siap membantu dan berempati, petugas melaksanakan pelayanan sesuai jadwal, hadir sesuai jadwal, melaksanakan pelayanan sesuai Standar Operasional Prosedur, sistem komputerisasi di Puskesmas dan kejelasan informasi jadwal pelayanan. Prioritas ini akan menjadi masukan bagi puskesmas sebagai pertimbangan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Accelerated development is a government strategy, this is done to reduce social inequality between regions. The government, through "Presidential Regulation no. 80 of 2019" concerning the acceleration of development encouraged East Java by disbursing Rp 294.3 trillion to realize national strategic projects. This is done to accelerate the economic turnover in East Java.The number of projects that are being worked on, entrepreneurs consider it a good opportunity to try a business in the heavy equipment rental service industry sector. Before an investor makes a decision to invest, he should look at these opportunities from several business sectors so that he can get benefits in the future.The application of the right business model will make the heavy equipment rental business run as expected, from a financial point of view it can be controlled properly. The right business model for running a heavy equipment rental business is Business model cavas, which is a strategic management tool for defining and communicating ideas or concepts quickly and easily. After the business model is created, it is necessary to analyze it from a financial point of view by applying the BMC scheme that has been made. It aims to see whether the business is feasible or not feasible to be realized. However, in starting the establishment of a heavy equipment rental service business entity, it is necessary to focus on certain types of heavy equipment in order to maximize marketing and sharpen knowledge of these knowledge products.In this research, the decision of the type of heavy equipment selected is based on data from the POKJA and observation and compiles the two data. After compiling, the most relevant dump truck type heavy equipment in East Java is obtained, where the heavy equipment is most widely used in project planning in East Java. Furthermore, the establishment of dump truck rental services will be assessed from a financial point of view to find out whether it is feasible or not feasible for the business to run by applying the BMC scheme that has been made. The results of the financial analysis obtained, from the point of view of the level of investment risk, are: NPV of Rp 26,992,279,788 and PI value of 1.29. From the point of view of the rate of return on investment: IRR value of 18.13% and return on investment based on PP for 6 years and 5 months. Therefore, the establishment of a heavy equipment rental service business entity with the BMC approach scheme is "feasible to run".

Abstract

This research will examine the relationship between employee personality traits based on the OCEAN assessment that influence job performance during marketing activities. The approach used in this study is a survey with Likert scale. The population and sample were obtained using probability sampling. Based on the research title, "The Influence of Marketing Efficiency on Job Performance." In this case, the variability of variable Y is determined or influenced by X (exogenous), making Y positioned as the endogenous variable. Marketing Activity Efficiency (X1) and OCEAN assessment (X2) are independent variables that exert their influence on the dependent variable, job performance (Y). This research is analyzed using SEM-PLS. The research method includes the Measurement (outer) Model, Structured (inner) Model, and Partial Least Square (PLS). The study aims to test the relationship between personality traits that result in effective employee job performance, in this case, job performance. The findings from this research indicate that Marketing Activity Efficiency has an influence on the OCEAN assessment, specifically Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, and Neuroticism, except for Agreeableness. Marketing Activity Efficiency has an influence on Job Performance. The OCEAN assessment does not have a direct influence on Job Performance

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of acceptance of the use of the system using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) theoretical analysis on the implementation of a single operating system at the Makassar Container Terminal. A single operating system consisting of a terminal operating system and a customer portal is something new for users at the Makassar Container Terminal, so it is necessary to measure the level of acceptance of this application to get feedback from users with the factors of the technology acceptance model. The research methodology uses a quantitative research method using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. After tabulating the data, then the data is tested statistically descriptive, then analyzed by testing the measurement model (inner model) and testing the structural model (outer model). The results of testing the hypothesis produce that the Perceived Ease Of Use instrument has a positive and significant effect on Perceived Usefulness in the use of a Single Operating System, then the Perceived Ease Of Use instrument has a positive and significant effect on Attitude Toward Using in the use of a Single Operating System. Then the relationship between Perceived Usefulness with Attitude Toward Using and Behavioral Intention also has a significant and positive impact on this study, then Attitude Toward Using produces a significant and positive influence on Behavioral Intention, and in the last hypothesis it is also proven that Behavioral Intention has a positive and significant influence on Actual Usage using a single operating system application at the Makassar Container Terminal

Abstract

In light of the pandemic, there has been a shift in consumer behavior towards online services, particularly food delivery. It is crucial for business professionals to develop a strategy that helps them stand out, especially in the context of cloud kitchens. By incorporating artistic elements, particularly urban art, into the design of packaging, businesses have the potential to receive favorable evaluations from consumers and increase their intention to make purchases. This research study applies the SOR framework, utilizing artwork type and the artist's name as a stimulus. It examines how consumers perceive the product's aesthetics and luxury, as well as their evaluation of the product and intention to make a purchase as responses. The results of experimental research using the SEM method prove the effect of art infusion, which is fully mediated by the perception of luxury and aesthetics simultaneously except for fine art. However, the use of the artist's name does not have a significant effect. The results of the experiment, conducted using the SEM method, confirm the impact of art infusion effect, which is fully mediated by perceptions of luxury and aesthetics. This study paves the way for future researchers to explore the role of urban art in the realm of commerce. While understanding consumer behavior can offer a competitive edge to businesses, the inclusion of art infusion can immediately generate financial value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Current Ratio (CR), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) to stock prices at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and resulted in one company with the 2012-2021 research period. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data through the documentation method. Data was obtained from the company's official website, the length of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), and other supporting periods. This study uses descriptive analysis and verification analysis using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) significantly affect stock price. In contrast, Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) has no significant effect on stock price

Abstract

In today highly competitive market worldwide, the increasing users of the internet make the businesses starting to shift from traditional marketing to modern marketing. Digital marketing used for companies to engage customers and also communicating with clients, PT. Geonet Infomedia face a problem of low customers retention and are looking to find a solution by maintaining communication and increasing awareness towards the social media. While the company tried creating content through social media, the company needed the right content to utilize their brand and resolving their problem. This research examines the condition of internal and external condition of the company to propose a solution for their social media’s account. This research is conduct trough literature review to provide solutions towards the PT. Geonet Social media account, which is done by qualitative method using 7p’s marketing mix, VRIO analysis and content analysis for their internal condition, for the external analysis will be analyse by porter five forces and customers analysis. Data is obtained by in-depth interview with 4 clients and internal of PT. Geonet Infomedia, the result of the interview then analyse using SWOT and Customer Decision journey, throughout the frameworks, the result is use for proposing digital strategies on each social media account to maintain their customer and increasing the retention rate
