Jurnal Maksipreneur: Manajemen, Koperasi, dan Entrepreneurship (JMP) is a periodical scientific journal published by Universitas Proklamasi 45 (UP45) Yogyakarta, Indonesia, twice a year on December and June. This journal is intended to collect and publish a summary of research results, scientific development writings, book reviews, as well as original ideas those are fresh and challenging related to the study of development in management, cooperatives, and entrepreneurship. The era of globalization is demonstrated by technology that is developing very rapidly. Almost all sectors of life adopt technology in their operations. No exception in the financial sector, people need a payment method that is efficient, fast and safe. One example of financial technology that is widely used by Indonesian people for daily transactions is DANA, a form of digital wallet service. Digital wallets allow users to make electronic transactions without using physical cards or cash. This article aims to determine the factors that encourage users to use the DANA application repeatedly by analyzing online consumer behavior variables which include perceptions of service quality, perceptions of ease of use, and perceptions of usefulness which influence their satisfaction, as well as the influence of satisfaction on sustainable use intentions are based on the intention, adoption and continuance models. The sample used in this research was 100 DANA users who live in West Java Province. This sample was determined using the convenience sampling method and collected data through distributing online questionnaires. The results of this study found that there was a significant influence of perceived service quality and perceived convenience on satisfaction, while perceived usefulness did not have a significant influence on satisfaction. This research also found that there is a significant influence of satisfaction on the intention using it continually.

The Creative Economy Agency noted that in 2020 around 60% of MSMEs in the culinary sector in Indonesia were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic which made the wheels of the business economy temporarily stop. On the other hand, some MSMEs can still survive and rise ready to live the new normal even though they have been hit by a pandemic. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of Entrepreneurial Marketing in maintaining Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during the pandemic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data source was taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection uses active participative observation techniques, semi-structured interviews, and document studies. Data validation using source triangulation and techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out using the constant comparative method. The results showed that Bakulanvia business people implemented entrepreneurial marketing which was reviewed through an opportunity focused on the implementation of joining Jakpreneur and expanding relationships. Innovation-oriented is by innovating attractive packaging different from others. Value Creation is through satisfaction and customer input suggestions that are constructive. Calculated risk-taking is by making strategies through promos and utilizing social media. Research limitations and suggestions for subsequent research are provided.

The business continuity of a company is supported by the level of achievement of performance targets that have been set. This study aims to determine the influence of oragnization commitment, employee competence, and the role of organizational commitment moderation in influencing competence on customer complaint handling (CCH) performance at Regional Office 7 East Java Surabaya 60004. The population is all customer service employees at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) which amounts to 130 people. Sampling uses the total sample method, which is the entire population. This research uses a quantitative approach using deductive methods. The data analysis technique used is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method using the SPSS For Windows program. The results of this study found that partially the competence and commitment of the organization had a significant positive effect on CCH's performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional Office 7 East Java 60004. In addition, it was found that the organization's commitment was able to moderate the positive influence of competence on CCH performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional Office 7 East Java 60004.

Health-supporting equipment and infrastructure affect how well medical services are delivered in hospitals. Other resources cannot replace human resources in an organization. This shows that the success of a hospital's health services depends on the quality of the health workers owned by the hospital. Research on the topic of service quality with the addition of the independent variables of work-life balance and job satisfaction in health workers with a background in the health sector is still rare in Purwakarta Mother and Child Hospital, where the existing literature has not been explained. This study was to determine the effect of work-life balance, job satisfaction, and work-life balance and job satisfaction on the quality of care for nurses. The sample in this study was 200 female nurses at the Purwakarta Mother and Child Hospital. The hypothesis was tested by structural equation modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 88.0 software. The result of the research is that job satisfaction has a significant effect on service quality. Work-life balance and job satisfaction have an important role in determining the improvement of the quality of nurse services at the Mother and Child Hospital in Purwakarta, West Java Province. This research study implies that hospitals can improve the work-life balance and job satisfaction experienced by nurses at the Mother and Child Hospital in Purwakarta, West Java Province, so that the quality of nurse services can continue to improve.

The exchange rate value of the rupiah against the US dollar fluctuates and tends to depreciate throughout the year. So it is very important to analyze the factors that influence the exchange rates to maintain its stability. The relationship between several macroeconomic factors such as inflation, interest rates, GDP, and trade openness as well as political stability factors and world oil prices on exchange rates are the main topics of discussion in this study. Monthly data in time series 2010-2020, processed using the Eviews 12 and tested using the multiple linear regression method. There is a significant positive effect between interest rates, GDP, and world oil prices for the type of WTI on the exchange rates. Meanwhile, trade openness, political stability, and world oil prices for the Brent type have a significant negative effect on the exchange rates. As for the inflation variable, it does not have a significant effect on the exchange rates. The government as a policy maker is expected to be able to regulate macroeconomic factors, maintain political stability, and control the supply of crude oil properly to maintain the exchange rate stability.

In 2020, Indonesia experienced a period of deflation or a drop drastic in the development of the economy caused there is a Covid-19 pandemic. At the moment, the Indonesian government has various policies for community and actors' efforts to restore return Indonesian economy. The destination of the study is to help analyze development efforts in determining a strategy for the business post-pandemic through the canvas model business. The research object is the Smartplus Training and Management Consultant actors. The business model canvas method is used to develop business models to increase competitiveness. The results from this research showed that the need exists to change targets and add customer segments. So that could increase the value proposition, namely change target revenue streams with optimizing revenue in sales. It also adds to the customer segment obtained from online media, and with the existence change key resources will change key activities, and to support development efforts consultants need additional investment funds.

This research aims to ascertain the work environment, work motivation, and employee performance at CV Britanindo Bandung and to find out how much influence the work environment, work motivation, and employee performance at CV Britanindo Bandung. Since the location is in an industrial area, where the weather is quite hot and there is a high risk of air pollution that can cause illness for employees, CV Britanindo is considered to be inappropriate. The work motivation of the employees at CV Britanindo Bandung tends to be low since the employees get a work environment that follows the amount of production that can be generated and the income earned by the company, so employees feel unmotivated to work. It impacts the achievement of production produced by employees who cannot achieve production targets properly. The research method used is descriptive-verificative. The sample used in this study was all employees of CV Britanindo Bandung. Data processing is conducted using multiple linear regressions, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that influence does emerge in the work environment on employee performance at CV Britanindo Bandung and there is an influence between work motivations on employee performance at CV Britanindo Bandung; and there is a mutual influence between work environment and work motivation on employee performance at CV Britanindo Bandung.

The development of technology, computers, and telecommunications supports the development of internet technology at this time, especially for business people. The convenience of the internet in doing business serves as a tool for exchanging information electronically into an application tool as a business strategy. With the ease of using the internet in business, especially in companies, it is undeniable that there are advantages. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of self-control and cyberloafing on employee performance. This study uses primary data by taking the population used in the study to select a company. CV Galiya Corp. which is located in Bekasi City uses 40 respondents who work in the company. The method used is a type of quantitative research with survey methods. Data collection techniques by using questionnaires to respondents' employees' CV Galiya Corp lives or offline. The data processing method in this study uses SPSS 25 software which is used in testing the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, t-test, and f test. The results show that the self-control and cyberloafing variables simultaneously affect the employee performance variable. The self-control variable is the most dominant in influencing employee performance in CV Galiya Corp.

This study intends to find out the impact of information quality, celebrity endorsements, and consumer attitudes on flash sale programs on purchase intention in the TikTok application, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques which was carried out using the help of the SPSS 25 program. Data collection used a questionnaire, samples were consumers who are domiciled in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and used the Tiktok application with a total of 100 respondents. The results of this study concluded that partially the quality of information, celebrity endorsements, and consumer attitudes in flash sale programs have a positive impact on purchase intention.

This study aims to analyze and understand the influence of Transformational Leadership and Employee Placement on the Work Engagement of Millennial Generation Civil Servants. with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This study employs survey research techniques along with a descriptive and quantitative verification strategy. The population in this study consisted of 813 Millennial Civil Servants of the Ministry of Finance in Bandung City, and a sample size of 269 persons was used. A questionnaire was employed for primary data collection, and SmartPLS 3.2 software was used to analyze the data using a structural equation model (SEM) based on variance or partial least squares (PLS). According to the study's findings, transformational leadership significantly and favorably impacts job satisfaction. Job happiness is positively and significantly impacted by employee placement. Work engagement is positively and significantly impacted by job satisfaction. Engagement at work is positively and significantly impacted by transformational leadership. Work engagement is significantly and favorably impacted by employee placement. Through job happiness, transformational leadership dramatically and favorably influences work engagement. Through job satisfaction, employee placement has a favorable and considerable impact on work engagement.
