Abstract

Tujuan – menghasilkan kajian tentang peningkatan kinerja publikasi ilmiah dosen melalui pengaruh berbagi pengetahuan. Desain / metode / pendekatan – Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan metode survey, alat uji menggunakan uji rata-rata untuk hipotesis deskriptif dan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) untuk hipotesis verivikatif. Orisinalitas / nilai – berdasarkan beberapa kajian penelitian terdahulu, belum pernah ada penelitian tentang kinerja publikasi ilmiah dikaitkan dengan berbagi pengetahuan. Novelty - Peningkatkan Kinerja Publikasi Ilmiah Dosen di Indonesia khususnya di Jawa Barat dapat terwujud apabila berbagi pengetahuan terlaksana secara efektif.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana tingkat produktivitas perbankan di Indonesia dengan menggunakan Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI) yang merupakan suatu pendekatan non parametrik dengan menggunakan indeks bilateral. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 84 bank di Indonesia selama tahun 2005 hingga 2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua model untuk variabel output yaitu model pertama total pinjaman, investasi sekuritas, dan pendapatan lainnya, sementara itu model kedua menggunakan pinjaman lainnya, investasi sekuritas dan pendapatan lainnya. Untuk variabel input dilihat dengan dengan menggunakan beban administrasi dan umum, aset tetap, total simpanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diantara kedua model ouput yang digunakan, model pertama cenderung lebih baik, meskipun hasil pengujian menunjukkan kurang optimalnya tingkat penggunaan teknologi. Hasil pada model pertama juga menunjukan nilai rata-rata produktivitas yang lebih tinggi. Keyword: Perbankan, Produktivitas, Malmquist Index Productivity Abstract This study was conducted to see how the level of banking productivity in Indonesia using the Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI), which is a non-parametric approach using a bilateral index. This research was conducted at 84 banks in Indonesia from 2005 to 2016. This research was conducted using two models for output variables, the first model is total loans, investment securities, and other income, while the second model used other loans, investment securities and other income. For input variables seen by using administrative and general expenses, fixed assets, total deposits. The results showed that between the two output models used, the first model tended to be better, although the test results showed less optimal use of technology. Abstract

This study intends to examine the factors that influence production in the research object area in Tambakdahan District, Subang Regency. In this study, we tested and analyzed the data through the primary descriptive quantitative analysis method where the required data collection data came from rice farmers in Tambakdahan District, Subang Regency. This study focuses on the independent variables, namely land area, number of workers, number of seeds per kilogram, amount of fertilizer per kilogram, and technical irrigation (irrigation) and the dependent variable is the yield of rice production in Tambakdahan District, Subang Regency. The results showed that the variables of land area, fertilizer, and technical irrigation (irrigation) had a partially significant effect, while the labor and seed variables had no significant effect on rice production. But on the other hand, the relationship between variables of land area, seeds, and labor has a negative relationship, while the variables of fertilizer and irrigation technically (irrigation) have a positive relationship.

Abstract

Penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan yang dimiliki oleh pelaku UMKM, sehingga usaha yang dijalaninya tersebut dapat menjadi semakin berkembang. Peserta dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat adalah pelaku UMKM di Kab. Ciamis dan Pengandaran Provinsi Jawa Barat. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelaku UMKM di Kab. Ciamis dan Pangandaran Provinsi Jawa Barat yang berjumlah sebanyak 50 orang. Ini merupakan penelitian yang dikategorikan sebagai penelitian asosiatif kausal yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan di antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Untuk olah data dan analisisnya teknik yang digunakan berupa metode analisis regresi liniear sederhana yang perhitungan menggunakan program SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil yang diperoleh, diketahui bahwa peningkatan kompetensi berwirausaha memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis atau usaha. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa seiring dengan semakin meningkatnya kompetensi kewirausahaan yang dimiliki oleh para pelaku UMKM dalam menjalankan usahanya, maka semakin berkembang pula usaha yang dijalaninya tersebut yang ditandai dengan kinerja usahanya yang semakin lebih baik, baik itu secara finansial, yang dilihat melalui peningkatan omset atau pendapatan usahanya, maupun non finansial, yang dilihat melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam menjalankan bisnisnya tersebut.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan – Menghasilkan kajian tentang kinerja publikasi ilmiah dosen melalui penciptaan iklim organisasi yang kondusif, dukungan organisasi dan berbagi pengetahuan.Desain / metode / pendekatan – Gabungan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif, alat uji menggunakan uji rata-rata untuk hipotesis deskriptif dan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) untuk hipotesis verifikatif. Sedangkan untuk penelitian kualitatif dengan FGD dan wawancara. Orisinalitas / nilai – berdasarkan beberapa kajian penelitian terdahulu, belum pernah ada penelitian tentang kinerja publikasi ilmiah dosen dikaitkan dengan iklim organisasi, dukungan organisasi dan berbagi pengetahuan. Sehingga penelitian ini dapat dijadikan literatur dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja publikasi ilmiah dosen di Indonesia, khususnya di Jawa Barat.  Temuan -  Peningkatkan Kinerja Publikasi Ilmiah Dosen di Indonesia khususnya di Jawa Barat dapat terwujud, apabila fakultas dan universitas dapat menciptakan iklim organisasi yang kondusif, meningkatkan dukungan organisasi dan terjadi proses berbagi pengetahuan diantara para dosen dan pimpinan.Kata kunci: Kinerja Publikasi Ilmiah Dosen, Iklim Organisasi, Dukungan Organisasi, Berbagi Pengetahuan.  ABSTRACTThe purpose - Generate study of scientific publications faculty performance through the creation of a conducive organizational climate, organizational support and knowledge sharing. Design / method / approach - The Association of qualitative and quantitative research, test equipment used to test the hypothesis average descriptive and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) for hypothesis verification. As for the qualitative research with focus group discussions and interviews. Originality / value - based on some previous research studies, there has never been a scientific publication of research on the performance of lecturers associated with the organizational climate, organizational support and knowledge sharing. So this research can be used as literature in improving the performance of scientific publications lecturers in Indonesia, especially in West Java. Findings - Increasing Performance Scientific Publications Lecturer in Indonesia, especially in West Java can be realized, if the faculty and the university can create a conducive organizational climate, increasing the organizational support and a process of sharing knowledge between teachers and leaders.Keywords: Performance Scientific Publications Lecturer, Organizational Climate, Organizational Support, Knowledge Sharing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of Subjective Well-Being and Trust in the Employer on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Industrial Employees in the industrial revolution era. This research method is quantitative through surveys, data obtained by distributing online questionnaires which are distributed via social media. Respondents in this study were 300 permanent manufacturing employees with a minimum working period of three years, status as permanent employees. The selection of research subjects was carried out nonprobability by using purposive sampling technique because it is based on predetermined characteristics. This study uses a Likert model scale of 1 to 7 as the main instrument in obtaining empirical data from organizational citizenship behavior, subjective well-being, and trust in the employer. Data analysis used structural equation modeling (SEM) with data processing tools using SmartPLS 3.0. The stages of data analysis were validity, reliability, termination coefficient and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that subjective Well-Being has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Trust in The Employer has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Subjective Well-Being has a positive and significant effect on Trust. in The Employer.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between leader member exchange (LMX) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), leader member exchange (LMX) on performance, organizational commitment on performance and OCB on performance. This study used a quantitative method and the respondents to this study were 370 SMEs owners in Jabotabek who were selected using a simple random sampling method. Research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires online through social media. The questionnaire was designed using a Likert scale from 1 to 7. Data analysis used a structural equation model (SEM) with the data processing tool SmartPLS 3.0 software. The stages of testing the data are validity, reliability and hypothesis testing. The independent and dependent variables in this study are LMX, OCB, Organizational Commitment and performance. The results of this study indicate that leader member exchange (LMX) has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), Leader member exchange (LMX) has a positive and significant effect on performance, Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance, OCB has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of transformational leadership on employee job satisfaction, work environment on employee job satisfaction, transformational leadership on employee performance, work environment on employee performance. This research is a quantitative causality study that aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership and environmental variables. work on employee performance through job satisfaction. In addition, the research also aims to predict and develop theory. Seeing the shape of the model and the number of endogenous variables that are more than one, the appropriate analysis technique used is structural equation modeling (SEM) based on variance or partial least squares (PLS) with smartPLS 3.0 software tools. The respondents of this study were 270 hospital employees who were determined by the simple random sampling method. Data were obtained from distributing online questionnaires via social media. The questionnaire was designed using a Likert scale of 1 to 7. The independent variables in this study were transformational leadership, work environment and job satisfaction. The dependent variable in this study is the performance of Hospitals Employee. The stages of data testing are validity test, reliability test, termination coefficient test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, transformational leadership has an effect on employee performance, the physical work environment has an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Guru-guru MTS Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Qirotussab'ah Garut saat ini masih menerapkan model pembelajaran konvensional, sementara peserta didik merupakan generasi yang lebih tertarik dengan pengajaran berbasis teknologi. Sehingga perlu adanya upaya untuk memperpendek jarak tersebut melakui pelaksanaan pelatihan. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada para guru-guru MTS tentang penerapakan metode pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi Canva dan Kahoot dan berbasis Teknologi Informasi, sehingga metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru-guru di sekolah lebih menarik. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan secara langsung di kawasan MTS Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Qirotussab’ah Garut, diikuti oleh 25 guru MTS serta turut dihadiri oleh pihak Yayasan, kepala sekolah dan sejumlah Dosen serta dibantu oleh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Telkom University. Pelatihan kepada para guru-guru MTS Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Qirotussab’ah Garut akan memberikan pengetahuan dan metode pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Pelaksanaan Pendidikan yang didukung penerapan teknologi Informasi menjadi kebutuhan penting masyarakat saat ini karena memberikan kemudahan dalam mengakses informasi dan dapat menjangkau semua lapisan masyarakat.
