Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the potential and opportunities for the application of e-learningapplications at IAI-N Laa Roiba; explore differences in perceptions of student-lecturer status, gender,faculty, campus location, and age group in implementing Google Classroom as an e-learning model at IAINLaa Roiba. The research method used is a combination of descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis(average difference test) with primary data from the October-November 2019 survey. The analysis resultsconclude:The use of Google Classrom has good potential to support inexpensive and practical learning. LaaRooiba's IAI-N academic community generally has a good perception of the adoption of Google Classroomas an inexpensive and practical e-Learning model. The difference in campus location does not significantlyaffect the different perceptions of using cyberspace media in learning at IAI-N Laa Roiba. However, thereis a potential (standard error of 10%) that differences in location affect the perception of cognitive andaffective aspects. Faculty differences have a real impact on the perception of the application of GoogleClassroom in learning. The perception of the academic community of the Syriah faculty is relatively betterthan that of the tarbiyah faculty. Especially in the affective and conative aspects, but not significantlydifferent in cognitive aspects. The difference in age as a whole does not affect the change in perception ofthe study sample. But, partially, the age difference only has a significant impact on the conative aspect, noton the cognitive and affective aspects. Differences in student-teacher status differ only in significance inthe conative and total score aspects of the session. While in cognitive and affective aspects, students andlecturers did not differ significantly. Gender differences are correlated with differences in the perception ofthe adoption of Google Classroom at IAI-N Laa Roiba. Especially in cognitive and conative aspects.Significant affective aspects if the standard error is raised to 10%.Keywords: Cyberspace, Google Classroom, Inexpensive, Lecture, Practical

Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee performance is an organizational key to achieving company goals. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance of the Al-Muawanah Integrated Islamic Foundation. The research method used is a mixed method descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach with multiple regression. The results showed that organizational commitment, employee performance generally went well. There is a strong correlation between organizational commitment and employee performance with the Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.869. There is a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and the performance of Foundation employees. Abstract

This research aims to obtain an overview of rentals characteristic business ornamental plant of the scale of households and small scales and knowing the contribution rentals ornamental plant of the scale of households and small scales against income producers ornamental plants. The determination of the location of the research done deliberately (purposive) that is implemented in the city of Malang and Batu city with the consideration that location is an ornamental plant production center to continuously ornamental plants rental. Methods of data retrieval method using Census data, the analysis carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. The result of qualitative analysis : First , in the matter of pricing, where the scale of ornamental plants rental households, no price on the basis of plants, but based on the sized manufacturing, while on a small scale in addition to rental based on size is also based on the type of plants. Second, the targert market or tenant. Where on a small scale, ornamental plants rental market target is broader this is due to the partnership business, based on the result, the contribution of revenue each tenancy. Abstract

Organizational culture is a set of assumptions or belief systems, values, and norms developed within the organization that are used as guidelines for employees to act in overcoming various problems and become a differentiator between one organization and another. Every company will certainly expect a good performance from each of its employees as a benchmark for the achievements obtained. A good organizational culture will certainly bring the company to the expected conditions. This study aims to determine the close relationship between organizational culture and the performance of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Bogor branch by using survey methods, interviews and questionnaires to 65 respondents. The data analysis method used is the product moment correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of research using the product moment correlation coefficient, the result is rs = 0.822, meaning that organizational culture with the performance of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Bogor branch has a very strong relationship, the coefficient of determination on organizational culture is 67.56% which shows the magnitude of the contribution of variables organizational culture on employee performance variables. While the remaining 32.44% is influenced by other factors that are not measured. The results of hypothesis testing are obtained tcount > ttable with a value of 11,456 > 1.6694 then accept Ha reject Ho, meaning that there is a real relationship between organizational culture (X) and employee performance (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia Bogor branch Keyword: culture organization, employee performance.

Abstract

TQM is one of the modern management concepts that strives to respond appropriately to any changes. TQM method is a method that is carried out in an effort to improve the quality, one of which is in the performance of hospitals in improving the quality of services in order to improve the quality of public hospital services, the management should try to carry out and synergize the hospital's integrated quality management based on the availability of facilities and services medical equipment supported by medical personnel who are quite reliable in their fields. Steps taken by the hospitali, among others, working with the government, opening up opportunities for relationships partnership for foreign investors to develop this hospital to be better in the future. Abstract

The term integrated manufacturing is currently vogue and yet because of its poor definitation it is a concept which is difficult to apply. A strategic levell view of integrated manufacturing can provide a framework and some tools will be useful to the operating manager in thinking about integration. Meanwhile another way explaining the TQM revolution is to say that it focusses attention once new sense of time and relationship. Doing job right the first time requires investing resources in understanding system and enabling people to improve processes continually. TQM asks to focus an increasing quality of what is produced. The result of this different sense of time is usually a larger qualy and better quality. The new same of time goes hand in hand wuth a rethinking most important in organizations first and fore most, the relationship with employees must be rethought. Employees, according to TQM want responsibility, want to learn and improve and to demonstrate self-mastery and achievement. This is a far cry from treating employees as than who need to be helped and motivated to produce quality goods and services.

Abstract

Religion plays an important role in a family life. As a Muslim family, we should continuously apply Islamic values as a foundation in pursuing the family life. This foundation functions as a guidance and direction for them to solve the problems of life so that peaceful (sakinah) family can be achieved. When religious values are well implemented in the family life, the following conditions will be attained: every family member will have a sense of affection, be closed to, have no prejudice, trust, regard, and advise one another, as well as apply problem oriented perspective in playing their roles and functions in the family.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character education through habituation which includes planning, implementing, evaluating the results of character education, supporting factors and inhibiting the implementation of character education through habituation in Bintang Kecil Kindergarten Bogor. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were conducted by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the process of character education through habituation is carried out by students according to the stages, namely planning, implementation, evaluation and results as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The planning of children's character education is carried out through daily habits in accordance with 9 of the 18 values ​​of the nation's character, namely religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, creative, curious, friendly/communicative, fond of reading and caring for the environment.
