Abstract

Pergerakan Net profit tergantung dengan Kecukupan Modal (CAR) dan Risiko Pembiayaan (NPF) suatu bank syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kecukupan modal atau Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) dan risiko pembiayaan atau Non Perfoming Financing (NPF) terhadap pertumbuhan Net Profit. Objek penelitian ini yaitu Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Perfoming Financing (NPF), dan Net Profit. Net Profit merupakan faktor penting dalam mengukur keberhasilan suatu bank. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam peneliti ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPPS. Pengambilan data menggunakan data sekunder dengan publikasi dari OJK, yaitu data statistik Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), data statistik Non Perfoming Financing (NPF), dan data statistik Net profit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial CAR tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan Net Profit dan NPF berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan Net Profit. Sedangkan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan Net Profit. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah pentingnya manajemen keuangan yang bijaksana dalam mengelola modal dan risiko. Perusahaan perlu memperhatikan struktur modalnya untuk memastikan kecukupan yang tepat guna mengatasi risiko bisnis. Selain itu, pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap risiko pembiayaan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi yang lebih cerdas.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how customers' inclination to purchase local skincare products is affected by social media marketing and electronic word-of-mouth. The major objective of this study is to ascertain whether electronic word-of-mouth and social media marketing significantly affect local skincare consumers' propensity to buy items, either individually or collectively. Quantitative research is used, and measures are made using a Liker scale. The population in this study are users of local skincare products in Belopa District with an undetermined population size. 100 respondents made up the sample, which was selected using a straightforward random sampling method and the Lemeshow algorithm. By handing out questionnaires and disseminating them online and in person, survey data was collected. SPSS is used for data processing and analysis methods 24 program tools. The findings of this study demonstrate that there is a significant simultaneous influence between electronic word of mouth and social media marketing on buying interest in local skincare, with a T_count value of 5.331 > T_table 1.985, a partially significant influence of social media marketing on buying interest in local skincare, and a T_count sig value of 5.183 > T_table 1.985.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of products, services and religion on the gold pawning services of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tomoni. This research aims to partially describe the influence of services, products and religion on the gold pawning services of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tomoni; and also describe the influence of services, products and religion simultaneously on the gold pawning services of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tomoni. The type of research is quantitative research. The population is customers using the gold pawning service of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tomoni. Meanwhile, the sampling technique in this research is Quota Sampling with a sample of 77 customers using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique in this research is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of this research show that: 1) The service variable has a positive and significant effect on the gold pawning service of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tomoni. 2) The product variable has a positive and significant effect on the gold pawning service of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tomoni. 3) The religious variable has a positive and significant effect on the gold pawning services of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tomoni. 4) The variables of service, product and religion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the gold pawning service of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tomoni.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of communication competence and professionalism partially and simultaneously on the quality of service for officials at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registry Service. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. The research sample consisted of 79 respondents. Sampling uses saturated/census sampling, meaning the entire population is used as a sample. The data analysis methods used are data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that communication competence partially has a positive and significant effect on the quality of apparatus services, professionalism partially has a positive and significant effect on the quality of apparatus services, communication competence and professionalism simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the quality of apparatus services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the difference in Abnormal Return stock price of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk by conducting short-term and long-term testing before and after the geopolitics between Iran and Israel and to find out whether there is an impact on the share price of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk due to Geopolitics. So the research used is an event study with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is a normality test using kolomogorov testing if the data is normally distributed and hypothesis testing with paired samples t-test testing with a short term of 10 days and a long term of 30 days. The results showed that the short-term and long-term normality tests showed no difference in abnormal returns, while the hypothesis test also showed no difference in abnormal returns. So this shows that there is no difference in the average abnormal return before and after geopolitics and does not affect the share price of PT Pertamina Tbk. Another factor is also the geographical location of Indonesia, Iran, and Israel far from the continent, so the Indonesian stock market is not affected by these events.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze more deeply the extent to which environmental awareness (Green Awareness) influences purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products among KFC consumers in Palopo City. Palopo City has a diverse group of consumers with different levels of environmental awareness, so it can be explored differences in consumer preferences and behavior. This research is categorized as associative quantitative research, where the research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this research is KFC consumers in Palopo City. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The samples taken in this research were 100 samples. The measuring tool is proven to be valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. The results of this study show that: (1) there is a positive and insignificant influence of awareness of the environment on the decision to purchase environmentally friendly products, (2) there is a negative and insignificant influence of awareness of environmentally friendly products on the decision to purchase environmentally friendly products (3) there is positive and significant influence of price awareness on purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products (4) there is a positive and significant influence of brand awareness on purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products, (5) consumer concern for the environment, awareness of environmentally friendly products, price awareness and awareness Brands simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products at KFC Palopo City.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of financial performance on stock returns in manufacturing industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. With a population of all manufacturing industries registered on the Indonesian stock exchange using porpusive sampling. The results of this research show that based on the results of data analysis and discussion in the previous chapter, this research resulted in the following conclusions; Most manufacturing industries listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange produce negative EVA. This indicates that the industry does not create added economic value because the company does not take into account the cost of capital for the invested equity. ROA, ROE, and EVA do not have a significant effect on stock returns in the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This happens because it turns out that company profits are one of the indicators for calculating ROA, ROE and EVA are not the only indicators in making stock price decisions. The cost of capital, which is a component of EVA calculations, is greatly influenced by interest rates. Apart from that, there are differences in technical calculations, company size, conditions of the Indonesian money market, the existence of internal factors other than economic fundamentals, interest rates, devaluation, economic growth, government spending and money supply, sales, sales growth, costs, cash dividends, social, political and economic conditions are factors that must be considered in determining stock returns.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant influence of Artificial Intelligence and Product Innovation by linking it to Customer Interest. This research uses a quantitative approach method using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and producing a sample of 100 people. Analysis of this research data uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS 26). The research results show that Artificial Intelligence does not have a positive and significant influence on Customer Interest. These findings also show that Artificial Intelligence has a significant positive effect on Product Innovation and Product Innovation has a positive effect on Customer Interest for the MSME industry. The findings of this research also show that Customer Interest has a simultaneous influence on Artificial Intelligence and Product Innovation in the scope of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana penerapan strategi ­service quality maupun e-service quality dalam upaya mempertahankan kepercayaan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Makassar Veteran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan maksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian misalnya perilaku, persepsi, motivasi, dan tindakan dengan cara deskriptif. Dengan pendekatan fenomenology dan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Disamping itu, peneliti menggunakan data-data sekunder yang diperoleh dari menelaah buku-buku, jurnal, artikel, dan pendukung lainnya. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diuji keabsahannya menggunakan metode triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa, 1) penerapan strategi service quality dalam upaya mempertahankan kepercayaan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Makassar Veteran yaitu dilihat berdasarkan standar pelayanan yang terdiri dari 6 dimensi, yaitu kepatuhan (compliance), jaminan (assurance), keandalan (realibility), bukti nyata atau bukti langsung (tangibles), empati (empathy) dan daya tanggap (responsiveness). 2) penerapan layanan elektronik banking (e-service quality) dalam upaya mempertahankan kepercayaan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Makassar Veteran yaitu melalui beberapa dimensi pelayanan digital yang meliputi Efficiensy (efisiensi), Fullfillment (pemenuhan produk), Sistem Availablity (ketersediaan sistem), Privacy (keamanan), Responsiveness (ketanggapan), Compensation (kompensasi), dan Contact (kontak).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of digitalization strategies on the development of MSMEs which are moderated by technology. This research uses quantitative research with an accident sampling technique where the selection is made by chance. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) method. The research results show that the Digitalization Strategy and Digitalization Strategy for the Development of MSMEs Moderated by Technology have a positive influence on the development of MSMEs. However, technological moderation shows that there is no influence on the development of MSMEs.
