Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 caused the performance of the pharmaceutical subsector to fluctuate. From these results, it can be seen that the Return on Assets of pharmaceutical subsector companies has decreased and Working Capital Turnover has also decreased. The low working capital turnover was due to a decrease in current assets and an increase in current debt used to finance company projects. A low working capital turnover ratio means that working capital processing is not running well, whereas a high working capital turnover ratio means that the company's working capital is functioning effectively. This research aims to know the influence of Working Capital Turnover and debt-debt-equity ratio on Return on Assets in companies' subsector pharmacy period 2017-2022. Data analysis techniques used that is analysis Descriptive and Verifiable using the Assumption Test Classic, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Analysis Coefficient Correlation, Analysis Coefficient Determination, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this research show that the Working Capital Turnover Variable has partially no influence on the Return on Assets and the Debt to Equity Ratio variable has Partial influential negatively on the Return on Assets Overall Simultaneous Working Capital Turnover and Debt to Equity Ratio affect the Return on Assets.

Abstract

The impact of globalization on cross-country portfolio investment is the high flow of stocks and bonds with the primary goal of taking high yields from rising prices without aiming to own a company. Emerging markets have generally been net recipients of foreign capital in recent decades, including the countries in Southeast Asia consisting of Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. The Fed Fund Rate is believed to be the most influential factor in portfolio flows to various emerging market countries. This study will model portfolio equity flows to Southeast Asia over the last 20 years. Model testing uses the moderation analysis process model 4 by Andrew F. Hayes. The findings of this study indicate that the Fed Funds Rate has a greater effect on Southeast Asia's Equity Flows Portfolio than Internal Gross Domestic Product, which indicates the economic strength of a country in Southeast Asia.

In this research, 54 companies listed on the IDX that had published sustainability reports for 5 consecutive years were used. In addition, the study collected secondary data from the selected companies' annual, financial, and sustainability news from 2017 to 2021. Abstract

The cooperatives in Indonesia have hundreds of thousands, but not all are active due to several factors, including member participation, revenue, assets, and external capital. The purpose of this study is to provide the dominant factors that affect the operating profit of cooperatives. This research is quantitative causality, with data from 2001-2021 and multiple regression as an analysis tool. The data source was obtained from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. The analysis results show that the variables of own capital and sales volume simultaneously affect the remaining operating results, while partially owned capital does not affect cooperative profits. This research can evaluate increasing cooperative profits through policies that can be applied to cooperatives.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the creative economy has garnered significant attention from the government. The Kelom Geulis industry evolved its designs, incorporating airbrush and batik elements. Despite achieving recognition nationally and internationally, artisans struggled to diversify their designs, sustain innovation, adapt to changing consumer preferences, and standardize pricing. This research investigates the influence of creativity and innovation on competitive advantage through price within the Kelom Geulis Creative Industry in Gobras Village, Tasikmalaya City. An explanatory research approach was employed to elucidate causal relationships among variables through hypothesis testing. The study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis to analyze the data. Data was collected from a purposive sample of 200 customers who purchased Kelom Geulis products. The findings demonstrate that creativity (t = 3.071, p = 0.002) significantly influences competitive advantage. Similarly, innovation (t = 8.177, p = 0.000) significantly affects competitive advantage. Additionally, price (t = 4.268, p = 0.000) plays a substantial role in shaping competitive advantage. Indirectly, creativity significantly influences competitive advantage through price (t = 2.299, p = 0.022), while innovation also significantly influences competitive advantage and Price as a mediating variable (t = 3.403, p = 0.000).
