Abstract

The emergence of the term Islam Nusantara invites many pros and cons from the community, including from academics. Islam that was revealed is Islam for all Muslims everywhere from this hemisphere. If it is labelled as Nusantara, it will give the impression of a partial understanding of Islam from among the Muslims themselves. There is nothing wrong with the term "Islam Nusantara". For this reason, it is necessary to have an educational understanding of the concept of Nusantara Islam which is lifted from local wisdom for Islam in the archipelago, namely Islam for the people of Indonesia. The definition of Islam Nusantara itself is Islam Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah which is practised, preached and developed according to the characteristics of society and culture in the archipelago by its preachers. One of the goals is to anticipate and fortify the people from radicalism, liberalism, Shi'ism, Wahhabism and other ideas that are not in line with Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah. There are two ways in education to understand Islam Nusantara, namely through: Education of Tolerance Values Between Fellow Muslims and Education of Tolerance to Tradition or Culture. Abstract

The religion of Islam revealed by Allah SWT has a goal, namely to realize the benefit of human life individually and in society. So are the laws. Islamic law emphasizes the final goal, which is to realize the human benefit. This function can include social engineering functions. Islamic law is produced to realize the benefit and progress of the community. To realize this and in a larger capacity, it can be through the siyasa syariyyah process, with the product of qanun or legislation, changes for a better purpose. This means that it is very likely to change if the consideration of the benefits for the community arises. Broadly speaking, the nature and characteristics of Islamic law are Arrabbaniyah (Divinity) Asy-Syumûl (Universal) al-Jam'u Baina al-Murûnah wa Tsabath (Combining flexibility and stability), Al-Yusru wa Raf'u al-Haraj fî as -Syariah al-Islâmiyah (Islamic Shari'a makes it easy, and eliminates difficulties).Keywords: Evaluation, Accuracy of Distance Learning Media Selection.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of online learning of Arabic writing materials (kitabah) with creative thinking during the covid-19 period. In general, online learning is good, but to find out students' views on the reality of learning during COVID-19 in terms of impact. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to 110 active students from classes A, B, and C Semester V 2019-2020 Academic Year majoring in Arabic Language Education STIQ Amuntai South Kalimantan. The result of the study is to explain the impact of online learning of Arabic writing material (kitabah) with creative thinking during the Covid-19 period, there are 2 categories, namely the category of the impact of learning strategies and the category of the impact of learning experiences. The impact of the learning strategy is in the form of learning by analyzing and completing tasks with sufficient time, network preparation, role models, note-making, time management, learning environment, following the direction of lecturers, attending online seminars, active learning, self-evaluation. The impact of the learning experience are independent learning, familiarization with technology, repetition, decreased motivation and interest in learning, unstable network conditions, more efficiency. Abstract

The author analyzes social studies learning using the Two Stay Two Stray strategy and the Card Sort strategy in the Thematic Book of Class V Theme 6 Human and Animal Organs. The underlying foundation is the lack of engagement strategies with a HOTS mindset. Social studies material in collaboration with these 2 learning strategies is oriented to the HOTS mindset. Methodology This research uses qualitative research with an inductive approach. Data was obtained by observation and interviews as well as important notes. The research location is at MIS Al Islamiyah Bangkar, Muara Uya District, Tabalong Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The subject in this study was the homeroom teacher of MIS Al Islamiyah Bangkar. The application in learning the two-stay-two-guest strategy is asking to form groups of 4 people. Their task Two people visit another group while the other two stays in the group to entertain other visiting groups. while the card sort strategy uses 2 media, namely cardboard as a sorting medium and a magic bag to shuffle the material when it comes to the fore. The implication is in interesting learning activities and a HOTS-oriented mindset. Strategy Two, there are only two guests and the Card sort strategy has a good correlation with basic competencies and indicators in the thematic book Theme 6 Human and Animal Organs, sub-theme 1 Human Body learning 1. Applying these 2 strategies has advantages in responsibility, cooperation, solving problems, learning motivation, and learning evaluation. These two strategies have the advantage of creating high thinking so that students are active in thinking. Students can develop their abilities or ways of thinking so that they can master higher-order thinking skills (HOTS). Abstract

Knowledge integration has been studied as the process of incorporating new information into a body of existing knowledge with an interdisciplinary approach. Language is not only the object of the scientific study of linguistics but also the object of study of other related disciplines. The importance of language in many studies and disciplines of knowledge has led to its status as a condition sin qua non to a true understanding of other scientific objects of disciplines of knowledge. The mastery of the Arabic language for example is a must for the study of Islamic religious texts. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perception of the Banjarmasin ulema towards the BNI Emas iB Hasanah product offered by BNI Syariah. This research is qualitative field research with a case study approach. The authors collected primary data through structured interviews with five Banjarmasin scholars, to be analyzed using descriptive techniques. The results showed that one of the five scholars who became the object of this research stated that the product was haram because gold is a usury item that cannot be the object of buying and selling installments, while four of the five scholars agreed that the use of installment buying and selling contracts in gold transactions as practiced by BNI Syariah on the BNI Emas iB Hasanah product, the law is permissible because the gold in this product is a commodity item that can be an object of buying and selling according to the direction of the DSN Fatwa Number 77 of 2010 concerning the Sale and Purchase of Gold in Cashless.Keywords: BNI Syariah; BNI Emas iB Hasanah; Banjarmasin Ulama's Perception.

Abstract

Homeroom teacher's efforts in building emotional bonds with new students during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Muhamadiyah1Banjarbaru require various tricks and efforts by homeroom teachers in building emotional bonds with new students so as to create a comfortable atmosphere in learning and children can quickly adapt with the new school environment even though with a different atmosphere that has never happened before and is unimaginable in the minds of students, parents, and teachers about online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Muhammadiyah 1Banjarbaru. The role and effort of the homeroom teacher as the central party responsible for the smooth learning process in the online classroom requires maximum effort in building emotional bonds with new students so that they feel comfortable learning in new situations and new ways. Besides that, as a homeroom teacher, it is necessary to carefully examine the possible supporting and inhibiting factors in an effort to build emotional bonds so that learning can take place optimally even with uncomfortable situations and conditions that require adjustments that are not easy and also not cheap because they have to prepare equipment. IT, where both schools and the community, in this case, parents and students, do not all have adequate facilities in responding to and dealing with the COVID-19 situation.The homeroom's efforts in an effort to build emotional bonds with new students at SMP Muhammadiyah Banjarbaru can approach new students in order to create emotional bonds between homeroom teachers and students through specialization class programs, FORTASI (Ta'aruf and Information Forums), podcasts, cadets of jasmine BK assistance, approach through social media and class associations, and zoom sharing. The program has to support and inhibiting factors, while the supporting factors are teachers, students, and parents who are already familiar with technology, as well as adequate facilities. Parental concern for children's education. While the inhibiting factor is the existence of these programs, the homeroom teacher must work extra outside of his duties as a homeroom teacher.Keywords: Effort, build bonds as well as emotional.

Abstract

The sense of tribal fanaticism that is still thick in society makes a reference in marriage because according to them, ethnic background is related to one's religious characteristics and understanding. Migration flows for economic activities brought the Banjarese to the city of Palangkaraya, which eventually mingled with the Dayak tribes in the area. Marriages between these two tribes also occur a lot, be it because of economic, social, and theological factors. Each of these two tribes contrasts sharply in marriage culture. This difference can be seen from the strong influence of Islam on Banjar culture and Dayak culture which is still thick with Kaharingan teachings.This study aims to examine the cultural assimilation between the Banjar and Dayak tribes that have occurred in the city of Palangkaraya, and its implications for the lives of the Banjar and Dayak couples in married life with the research focus covering: (1) how the cultural assimilation of the Banjar and Dayak people in the city Palangkaraya Islamic law perspective and positive law. (2) how is the cultural assimilation of the Banjar and Dayak tribes in Palangkaraya from the perspective of social exchange theory, (3) what are the implications of the cultural assimilation of the Banjar and Dayak tribes in domestic life from the perspective of legal compliance theory.This research is classified as field research, with a sociological-empirical approach. Data were collected using in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation techniques. Technical data analysis with data collection, data reduction, synthesis, and data verification. Research information was obtained from religious leaders, traditional leaders, academics, cultural observers, cultural practitioners, and couples from the Banjar tribe with the Dayak tribe.There are three findings in this study. First, the cultural assimilation of the Banjar and Dayak people in Palangkaraya City from the perspective of Islamic law and positive law, not all of the culture is in line with Islam, but Islam acts as a filter for anything that deviates from its teachings so that it has a positive impact on awareness. To positive law, these two assimilations in the perspective of social exchange theory are a mix that has long existed, due to economic, social, religious, philosophical, and marriage relations themselves, with a balance of costs, rewards, and profits that make this assimilation continue to be harmonious. . Based on this study, the mutualism symbiosis created was due to good economic relations, mutual respect for both customary values and norms with a high tolerance attitude, even though they felt that there was a shift in ancestral values due to friction with the new culture. These three implications of cultural assimilation from the perspective of legal compliance theory, state that the legal compliance of this inter-ethnic couple is at the identification level because they are not maximal in carrying out what is not their custom, this is due to contradictory family doctrines, but there is still solidarity between them. they are even in the midst of these differences.Keywords: Banjar Tribe, Dayak Tribe, Customs in Marriage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the education of five daily prayers with the reward and punishment method for civil servant children, due to the tight work schedule that will affect interactions with children. So education for the five daily prayers with the reward and punishment method will show the efficiency of activities with the results obtained to keep paying attention to the problem of praying five times for their children. Data collection techniques used in this study were documentation, interviews, and observation. The subjects in this study were parents who worked as civil servants who had children and carried out prayer discipline education for children. While the object of this research is the discipline of five daily prayers with the reward and punishment method for the children of civil servants who were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of the study on the discipline of praying five times with the reward and punishment method for children of civil servants. The implementation of disciplined education with the reward method from the MF family is 1) verbal, 2) nonverbal, 3) buying what you like. Families D and A are also the same 1) giving rewards, 2) verbally. Meanwhile, the implementation of disciplined education using the punishment method from the MF family did not carry out the punishment because the child obeyed. Abstract

Da'wah is an activity that calls and invites people to the path of truth, the phenomenon of da'wah is currently developing so rapidly and dynamically with the presence of information technology and the internet, so that da'wah can be carried out in cyberspace. This study aims to describe how the phenomenon of da'wah occurs in cyberspace, especially on YouTube. It is important to do research to see how the influence of the experience of communication and information on the development of da'wah in cyberspace. Data collection techniques were carried out by reading and collecting related literature and theoretical references related to research problems from various sources such as journals, books, articles, and other data on the internet. The results show that da'wah through YouTube is an effective digital da'wah media because it can transform religious knowledge to the community, and it can collaborate with other media, and alternative media to disseminate audio content that both individuals and institutions can be accessed safely and comfortably.Keywords: Da'wah, Youtube, Communication and Information
