Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. This research uses quantitave descriptive method. The sample in this study was 150 employees of Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia Ltd, using non-probability sampling - saturation sampling. The collection of information in this study was conducted by providing questionnaires to employees and analyzed by using descriptive analysis, correlation, regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership affects organizational citizenship behavior by 31,5% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Analysis results show that transformational leadership has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Creating a climate of an organization capable of bringing the employees in a company to create a high performance is not an easy thing. This is because basically, humans have different characteristics according to his needs. Although those cases, human resources should have a good performance. One way to improve the performance of employees is to pay attention to organizational climate. This study aims to determine the organizational climate on employee performance office of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company. Organizational climate measurements include the dimensions of the structure, standards, support, recognition, responsibility, and commitment. While the measurement of employee performance using the dimensions of the work, work behavior, and personal qualities. The study uses quantitative methods and involved 126 respondents drawn from employees of the office. Data was collected by questionnaire were then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The analysis includes the analysis of assumptions used classic, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Based on the research results, the level of organization climate is in the category of "good" because it has the average (mean) 3.95. So too for the performance level of employees in the category of "good" because it has the average (mean) 4.10. The results of this study indicate that organizational climate can contribute to employee performance (²) by 64%. Organizational climate is predicted to improve employee performance (positive). It can be seen from the results of the regression analysis is Y = 0.476 + 0,800X which means that if the model the characteristics of employment increased by one, the organizational commitment of employees will increase by 0,800. In addition, the organizational climate can significantly improve employee performance, it's based on figures significance probability of 0.000 smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

As a big city, Bandung needs sports area and facilities. However, in fact, just a little land available to be utilized. Seeing this potential market, some people who are keen to catch this opportunity are competing to set up the necessary sports facilities for residents. Futsal is one of the most famous. As a new business model, management needs various tactics and strategies to attract customers such as marketing mix strategy, yet the suitable marketing mix for sports business is still undiscoverable. For that reason, this study tries to find the dominant marketing mix that determines the success of a sports business venture, especially futsal, using the quantitative descriptive method. Collecting data from a total sample of 62 business units scattered in Bandung, the data from this sample then processed by the regression testing. The results prove that not all variants of the marketing mix futsal determine business success, critical success factors futsal sports business is largely determined by the quality of the product (futsal field) and supporting accessories.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to analyze the effect of return on asset, return on equity, net profit margin on profit growth partially of consumer goods industry companies that were listed in Indonesia stock exchange period 2010-2015. Data used in this research was secondary data as 31 samples with saturated sampling. Multiple linear regression, classical assumption test and determination coefficient used to analyze the relation between independent and dependent variable. The findings of this research identified that return on asset on profit growth was significance and negative of -2.115 and p-value of 0.034. Then, return on equity on profit growth was no significance of 0.684 and p-value of 0.186. While net profit margin on profit growth was significance and positive of 2.349 and p-value of 0,036.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh return on asset, return on equity, net profit margin terhadap pertumbuhan laba sebagian perusahaan industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2015. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder sebanyak 31 sampel dengan sampling jenuh. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen adalah regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan koefisien determinasi. Temuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa secara parsial, return on asset pada pertumbuhan laba signifikan dan negatif pada -2.115 dan p-value sebesar 0,034. Kemudian, return on equity pada pertumbuhan laba tidak signifikan pada 0,684 dan p-value 0,186. Sedangkan net profit margin pada pertumbuhan laba signifikan dan positif pada 2,349 dan p-value 0,036.

Abstract

A risk is not an odd thing which is encountered in the business activities. Therefore, risk management is becoming a serious concern within the company. To anticipate the impact of risk on the company and in order to create the Firm Value, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) has been developed. ERM is not just aimed at the creation of value for the company, ERM is believed to be able to manage the risks facing the company better and integrated through the business organization. However, in 2008, the financial crisis in the United States become consideration of the impact of the implementation of ERM in the firm, particularly in the financial sector. An unsuccessful management of the firms in the financial sector could have a major impact on the economy of a country that resulted in the financial crisis occurred and many of those who argue that this is due to an irrelevant and improper implementation of ERM. In order to examine this, this research conducted on the financial sector in Indonesia, especially the listed banking companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, the samples are 37 banking firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchanges to examining the differences Firm Value means between the banking firms which implement ERM and banking firm which do not implement ERM. The Results show that among the bank companies, there is no significant difference of the magnitude of the Firm Value of an existing company. In essence, the financial sector especially the banking industry in Indonesia, the implementation of ERM is not an appropriate solution of efforts to increase the value of the firm in order to increase the potential growth of the investment.

Abstract

Service quality is a form of activity undertaken by a company that aims to meet the wants and needs of customers by providing good service. Customer loyalty is a consumer's assessment of the quality of the product or service it receives based on existing expectations in the mind. Loyal customers will always tend to only one brand even though there are many similar brands. Sample in this study amounted to 135 respondents, is the people of Bandung who have or often use online transportation. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of service quality on online transportation customer loyalty. The result obtained shows that service quality influence significantly customer loyalty by 24,1%.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is the key to the success of every company, especially in business to business (B2B) markets where the company has a long-term orientation business. Due to the importance of maintaining the quality of service to create customer loyalty, this research was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty on business to business. This research uses 117 business to business customers as respondents. The results of this study illustrate that service quality has an effect of 54,6% on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Store atmosphere is one of the important strategies in the field of marketing, especially for retail outlets because the atmosphere of the store can affect the emotions and feelings of customers to take action such as impulsive purchases. In addition, some Indonesian consumers have an unplanned character in purchasing (impulsive buying) caused by emotional and spontaneous attraction to a particular atmosphere, and often no longer involve rationality in the decision making process. This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere on impulsive buying made by customers from Miniso retail outlets in the city of Bandung. Store atmosphere is a store arrangement that is carried out in such a way as to create an overall emotional effect on customers through the five senses so that it can attract customers to come and finally make purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of internet provider service to customer satisfaction, using linear regression analysis. The population in this study is the people of Bandung who use or subscribe internet access. Sampling technique used is non-probability sampling by taking samples using quota. The sample of research is 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation techniques and questionnaire. The amount of influence service quality to customer satisfaction that is equal to 0,538 or 53,8% change of customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality variable, while the rest equal to 46,2% explained by cause or other factor not examined.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of business strategy in increasing competitive advantage. Selected population is the Creative Industry SMEs in the fashion sector in Bandung, amounting to 507 population in the period 2010-2017 and the number of samples of 223 SMEs fashion business in Bandung. Data collection using questionnaires with Likert scale. Data analysis using Regression Linear with SPSS 22.0. The result of data analysis shows that the research model can be accepted with goodness of fit test, that is effect positive and significant to competitive advantage.
