Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah kegiatan perdagangan dari konvensional menjadi online. Penjualan secara online memiliki jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas dan membuka peluang usaha bagi penyedia jasa pengiriman barang. Salah satu perusahaan penyedia jasa pengiriman barang di Indonesia adalah Anteraja. Masih ditemukan keluhan pelanggan mengenai kualitas layanan. Pengalaman pembelian di masa lalu dapat menjadi dasar bagi pelanggan untuk melakukan pembelian kembali berdasarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan kualitas pelayanan dan minat beli ulang konsumen serta bagaimana pengaruh diantara keduanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 230 pelaku usaha e-commerce pengguna jasa pengiriman Anteraja menggunakan isntrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan minat beli ulang berada dalam kategori baik. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh sebesar 63,2% terhadap minat beli ulang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and discuss the factors that influence customer switching behavior to other products and/or institutions with respondents consisting of customers of Islamic banks in the Surakarta area using the convenience sampling technique. The results are: (1) there is a positive effect between service quality on customer satisfaction and customer trust, between religiosity on customer trust, between customer experience on customer satisfaction and customer trust; (2) customer satisfaction has a negative effect on customer switching behavior; (3) a mediating role of customer satisfaction on the effect of service quality and customer switching behavior. Whatever the outcome, managers and/or employees must periodically expand their efforts to achieve customer satisfaction and customer trust through increased service quality excellence, sharia value conformity, and the excellent customer experience to anticipate possible customer switching behavior. The theoretical and practical implications, as well as the limitations of research, will be later discussed.

Abstract

The retail industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid progress as indicated by the expansion of modern retail in various regions. Nanostore is one form of traditional retail that is affected by the growth of modern retail. Nanostores number of rows according to the population in an area. The city of Bandung is experiencing an increase in population every year, indicating the large number of nanostores that compete with modern retail. The existence of modern retail has resulted in consumer expectations of high service quality. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service quality on consumer repurchase intention nanostores in Bandung. Data obtained as many as 414 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The research method uses descriptive quantitative and analytical techniques using descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. The results of the study influence of service quality on consumers showed that the nanostore repurchase intention was 28%.

Abstract

Many people think improving everything always has to do with material things and neglects spiritual things. Even though spiritual matters also significantly influence something in life, including something related to employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of creating a conducive spiritual environment in the workplace on employee performance in achieving organizational goals. A total of 300 targeted questionnaires were distributed to employees in the Jabodetabek area using simple random sampling and obtained 379 complete responses from respondents. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical methods, correlational, and regression with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that the conducive spiritual environment in the workplace contributes positively to employees' performance. This research is expected to contribute in the form of positive conclusions and recommendations, for the academic world and the industrial world.

Abstract

The financial payment system has changed along with technological developments. One of them is electronic money or e-money. The benefits of e-money are considered important, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic where it is recommended to reduce physical contact in suppressing the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The level of use of e-money continues to increase, and even so, consumer trust, one of which is data security and e-money finance is still a matter of concern. This study aims to determine the trust of e-money users in the Greater Bandung area. Consumer trust is measured through four dimensions, namely benevolence, ability, integrity, and willingness to depend. The quantitative descriptive method is the research method used in this study by distributing questionnaires to 220 respondents. The results of this study suggest that the trust of e-money users in the Greater Bandung area is high.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability (NPM, ROA) and leverage (DER) on tax avoidance (ETR) in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2019. The data used is secondary data. The regression model used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study using a t-test showed that both net profit margin and return on assets had an effect on the effective tax rate, but the debt to equity ratio had no effect on the effective tax rate. The F (simultaneous) test states that the net profit margin, return on assets and debt to equity ratio simultaneously affect the effective tax rate, with the coefficient of determination showing a simultaneous effect of 28.6%. While the remaining 71.4% is influenced by other factors not included in this study, such as return on equity, and sales growth.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) had an important role in the national economy, as the social economy, the SMEs played a role in absorbing employment, economic service, equity process, increasing income, economic growth, and national stability. Although in practice the development efforts have been carried out, in reality, these SMEs had not been fully free from problems or constraints faced. The objective of this study was to find out the relationship between entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial value and business self-reliance. Primary data were obtained through answers to questionnaires from 250 respondents who were randomly assigned and processed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The conclusion obtained was both entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial value directly had positive effects on the business self-reliance. Through variables in the form of entrepreneurial behaviour, entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial value also influenced positively. The results of the analysis provided explanations that all research hypotheses were acceptable.

Abstract

On May 26, 2021, fans of the idol group BTS were surprised by McDonald's which innovated by collaborating with the famous South Korean boy band by launching the "BTS Meal" product. The euphoria of the presence of the BTS Meal was quite horrendous and led to the closing of McDonald's outlets in several places. This study aims to analyze the purchasing decisions of BTS Meal in Bandung. The study used quantitative methods with a total sample of 200 people taken using the purposive method. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, regression analysis and T test. The results showed that respondents gave high ratings on several aspects of BTS Meal products such as product selection, brand, and distributor. Furthermore, product selection, brand, dealer, purchase quantity, time of purchase, and payment method also have a significant positive effect on purchasing BTS Meal in Bandung City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh program inkubasi bisnis di Rumah BUMN Bandung yang mencakup dimensi incubator selection performance, resource munificence, business assistance intensity dan professional management service terhadap kinerja organisasi usaha mikro bidang kuliner yang mencakup dimensi kinerja keuangan dan kinerja non-keuangan pada anggota Rumah BUMN Bandung. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 pelaku usaha mikro dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode yang dipakai yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil dari analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa setiap adanya peningkatan dalam program inkubasi bisnis sebesar 1%, maka akan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi sebesar 0.685. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan program inkubasi bisnis berkontribusi sebesar 46,9% terhadap kinerja organisasi. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini mengungkapkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari program inkubasi bisnis di Rumah BUMN Bandung terhadap kinerja organisasi usaha mikro bidang kuliner.

Abstract

Purchasing activities that have switched from offline transactions to online have advantages and disadvantages. From the seller's and buyer's point of view, online transactions provide a number of benefits, including saving time, effort and costs. On the other hand, the main drawback of buying online is the difficulty of consumers to see the physical goods. To overcome this weakness, consumers seek reviews from other consumers, including influencers. In this context, influencer credibility plays an important role. This study aims to examine the effect of influencer credibility on consumer buying intention. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey to 181 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis. This study proves that influencer credibility has an effect on consumer buying intention. Credibility comes from from expertise and experience as well as the ability of influencers to provide product reviews.
