Abstract

Travel websites are the choice of tourists to plan trips efficiently. One of the most popular travel and tour websites in Indonesia is Traveloka.com. Many obstacles and problems occur in an online business especially in terms of online consumer trust, Traveloka.com is no exception. This study aims to assess the information quality of reviews on the website, the quality of the website, customers' trust in the website, and finally the effect of information quality and website quality on online trust. This research uses a quantitative approach. The research questionnaire was distributed to 272 Traveloka.com consumers. The results found that the quality of information, website quality, and online trust of Traveloka.com consumers are at a good level. Moreover, there is a simultaneous and partial influence of the information quality in online reviews and the website quality on the customers' online trust of the Traveloka.com website by contributing a value of 29.6%.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused disruptions in demand and sales of mining materials. The aftermath of the event affected world mining production. This will certainly affect the Share Price of mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study aims to determine the influence of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS) on Share Prices. The population in this study is mining sector companies registered in IDX period 2020 as many as 49 companies. The data collected comes from the interim financial report data published by IDX every month from March 2020 to December 2020. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 software. The results showed that NPM, ROA, ROE, and EPS had a significant impact on the share price.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the innovations that have been built by culinary SMEs and the level of competitive advantage after the disruption due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and to reveal how big the role of innovation is in building competitive advantage. The research method used is a quantitative method, the sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach of 100 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data were processed by SPSS, and used descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, partial determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the level of innovation built by culinary SMEs is included in the sufficient category and the level of competitive advantage is high, and innovation has a significant role in building a competitive advantage of 46.2%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kinerja PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk. menggunakan rasio keuangan sebagai alat ukurnya. Rasio keuangan yang digunakan adalah likuiditas (current dan quick ratio), solvabilitas (DER dan debt to equity ratio), dan profitabilitas (ROI dan ROE). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komparatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan periode 2016-2019. Analisis data menggunakan rumus yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. PGN mampu membayar utang lancarnya dengan atau tanpa memasukkan persediaan. PT. PGN memiliki aset dan modal yang dapat digunakan untuk menjamin hutangnya, nilai DAR dan DER yang diperoleh cukup tinggi sehingga adanya kemungkinan perusahaan mendapatkan profit yang berkurang karena meningkatnya biaya bunga yang harus dibayar. Laba bersih yang dapat diperoleh oleh PT. PGN sangatlah kecil jika dibandingkan dengan nilai total aktiva dan ekuitasnya sehingga perusahaan memiliki nilai ROI dan ROE berada dibawah rata-rata industri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors which influence an individual in making a purchase in online stores. It investigates the factors of technology acceptance (theory of acceptance model), personal (lifestyle and trust), product quality, and price in an online store. There are 180 who have bought products in the online stores. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model based on Partial Least Square. The results prove that from the technology acceptance explained by TAM indicates that only perceived usefulness significantly influential toward attitude. Then, it also denotes that attitude, product quality, price, lifestyle, and trust can influence purchase decisions in the online store applications by explaining the relation among technology acceptance models, personal factors (lifestyle and trust), product quality, and price.

Abstract

The characteristics of the property as a product that does not depreciate raises speculation that property as a product will not end up as consumption, but an investment. However, sales that occur are not automatically recognized in the recording of financial statements after the application of PSAK 72. The application of PSAK 72 will at least affect the profits and debt levels of property companies because sales that have not been recognized will be included as current liabilities. In this study, the GPM (gross profit margin) ratio is used to determine the profit margin, ROA (return on assets) to determine the return on investment, and DR (debt ratio) to determine the amount of debt to total funding. The research methods used in this study include descriptive analysis, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that debt ratio has a negative effect on profitability.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh harga barang terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada ritel tradisional kelas nanostore di Kota Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kuantitatif, data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 410 orang responden serta analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa harga berpengaruh sebesar 58,2% terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Ditemukan juga bahwa harga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen sehingga semakin baik harga yang ditawarkan oleh pedagang nanostore maka semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan konsumen setelah melakukan pembelian.

Abstract

The performance of SMEs determine the level of gross domestic product. The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the performance of MSMEs but it can be improved through product innovation. This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on product innovation and firm performance. The research method used is explantory survey to reveal the correlation and influence between research variables. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with respondents of micro and small businesses in West Bandung Regency with a sample size of 50 companies. Hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variants processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) applications. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on market orientation, market orientation has a positive effect on product innovation, product innovation has a positive effect on company performance, entrepreneurial orientation has an indirect effect on product innovation through market orientation.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the phenomenon where the placement of employees hasn’t been adjusted to the skills and educational background. In addition, the unequal division of labor causes productivity to decrease, resulting in an attitude of dissatisfaction shown by employees. This study aims to analyze the effect of the division of labor on employee job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach to explanatory survey methods with a sample of 101 respondents who are employees of the Perum DAMRI Bandung office. Data processing was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics 24. In this study, it was found that the division of labor was in the sufficient category and the job satisfaction was in a good category. The results of this study there’s a positive and significant influence on the division of labor on job satisfaction of Perum DAMRI Bandung employees with an influence value of 24.4%.

Abstract

Bandung is the 14th most congested cities in Asia according to the Asian Development Bank. Congestion that occurs is caused by the high use of private vehicles rather than the use of public transportation. One of the public transportations in Bandung is the DAMRI city bus. However, in the last three years there has been a decline in the number of DAMRI city bus passengers and various complaints have been found from the services provided. This study aims to determine the service quality and customer satisfaction of DAMRI Bandung city buses and the influence of DAMRI Bandung city bus service quality on customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 384 respondents. The results of this study indicate that service quality and customer satisfaction are in the good category. Then, service quality has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction with an effect of 65.8%.
