Abstract

The research aims to examine the influence of informal work and social capital on welfare mediated by the labor market. The cluster random sampling method was used to determine the sample, and 750 respondents were obtained. Research data was processed using SPSS and SmartPLS. The results show that informal workers and social capital have a simultaneous effect on well-being, while informal work is not proven to have an effect. Social capital is proven to have a positive effect on the labor market, and the labor market has a positive effect on welfare. The results of the indirect effect prove that informal work has a negative effect on well-being, while social capital has a positive effect on well-being.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the effect of attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control on consumers' desires and behavioral intentions to purchase bicycle equipment and supplies through the marketplace. Sampling used a purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 100 respondents, namely people in Indonesia who in the last one year have been active marketplace users and have purchased bicycle equipment and supplies online. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SEM via AMOS software. The results prove that attitudes, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control have a positive and significant effect on consumers' behavioral desires and interests in purchasing bicycle equipment and supplies online through the marketplace.

Abstract

Consumer behavior conceptually begins with marketing stimuli which then ends with purchasing decisions. This research analyzes the influence of e-service quality, reputation, web design and price on trust, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Survey data from 370 respondents obtained through an online questionnaire was then processed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of this research show that e-service quality, trust, and price influence customer satisfaction. Furthermore, if e-commerce can respond to customer complaints and provide services that are personally tailored to meet customer needs, customer satisfaction will be created.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of market sentiment on investment decisions and the role of fundamentals and technicals as mediating variables. 259 respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique, namely BRI Danareksa Sekuritas investors who had made transactions for at least the last 3 months. The results show that investors who have positive market sentiment can make the right investment decisions. Investors who have positive market sentiment and have the right technical analysis skills will also make the right investment decisions. However, even if you have good technical analysis but do not have complete information about the market, you will get weak or poor investment decisions. Furthermore, investors who have positive market sentiment will create the right fundamental analysis so that they will also make the right investment decisions.

Abstract

This research uses bibliometric analysis to reveal state-of-the-art entrepreneurial competencies in the context of entrepreneurship. The method used in this research is quantitative research with the use of Scopus database assistance as well as VosViewer as an analysis tool. The limitation specified in this research is scientific publications published from 2013 to 2023. Countries with the highest productivity three largest rankings contributing to the theme of entrepreneurial competencies research are Malaysia, the United States, and India. The results of the bibliometric analysis reveal co-citation, bibliographical coupling, authors' keywords, and co-occurrence of all keywords. Further research in the future is expected to be able to investigate entrepreneurial competencies with novelty.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the influence of several economic factors on poverty levels in the Kedungsepur metropolitan area. Factors analyzed include the unemployment rate, average years of schooling, and per capita expenditure. By using E-Views 9 software to process statistical data, panel data regression analysis has been carried out with the preferred common effect model. The results show that both the unemployment rate and the average number of years of schooling have a positive relationship with the poverty rate in Kedungsepur. On the other hand, per capita expenditure has a negative effect on poverty levels. These findings indicate that local governments need to focus more efforts on increasing access to quality education and increasing people's purchasing power to effectively reduce poverty in the region.

Abstract

Developments in this era really support changes in human life, for example technological developments which have an impact on the lifestyle of the younger generation. In other words, the younger generation needs to know how to manage finances well. Meanwhile, there are still many young people, especially students, who are mostly not good at managing their finances. This research is therefore needed to determine personal financial management in terms of financial literacy and student financial attitudes. Research questionnaires were distributed to 226 FEB UKSW students class of 2020, then the data was tested using the multiple regression method, with the help of SPSS 23 software. The results of the analysis prove that there is an influence between financial literacy and financial attitudes on personal financial management in students simultaneously.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the implementation of financial management in families in Sudimoro Timbulharjo Sewon Village, Bantul Regency, using 100 respondents as a sample. Research results prove that financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on family financial management; lifestyle has a negative and insignificant impact on financial management; and, income has a positive and insignificant impact on family financial management. Based on the results obtained, it is recommended that families understand the importance of efforts to increase knowledge about financial literacy, lifestyle, and understand income correctly to manage finances in the family.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of urban park value and flow experience on place attachment. This quantitative research uses a survey method with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique is through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25 and the online Sobel test. The results show that physical attributes have an indirect positive effect on place attachment through eudaimonic satisfaction; scenery has a direct positive effect on place attachment; and, flow experience has no effect on place attachment. The research results are useful for managers of the objects being assessed and similar green open space industries regarding designing relevant strategies to improve the quality of place attachments.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work culture and motivation on work productivity especially employees in the Housekeeping Department of the Swiss-Bel Hotel of Balikpapan. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 35 employees who were determined using the saturated sampling method. The data analysis method uses SPSS 26.0 tools by carrying out validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis and simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing. The results prove simultaneously and partially that leadership style, work culture and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity in the Housekeeping Department of the Swiss-Bel Hotel of Balikpapan.
