<![CDATA[Perdagangan narkotika dewasa ini sangat mengkhwatirkan. Anak-anak yang notabene generasi penerus sebagai penentu kemajuan bangsa, terlibat dalam tindak pidana narkotika. Anak tidak hanya selaku penyalahguna, namun juga sebagai kurir dalam perdagangan narkotika. Hal ini tentu sangat memprihatikan, sehingga seluruh pemangku kepentingan (stake holder) harus berperan dalam melakukan pencegahan tindak pidana narkotika pada anak. Tindak Pidana narkotika mendapat ancaman pidana penjara dan denda yang berat. Inilah yang harus disadari oleh masayarakat, khususnya di daerah mitra, yaitu kelurahan Bantan Timur. Selain menyadarkan ancaman pidana, pendidikan hukum juga memberi tips agar anak tidak terlibat dalam tindak pidana narkotika, baik itu sebagai penyalahguna maupun kurir. Tentunya efektifitas dari tips pencegahan tersebut akan sangat ditetukan oleh lingkungan anak itu sendiri.]]>

<![CDATA[The West Sumatra Liaison Agency is one of the government organizations of West Sumatra Province. This organization is located outside West Sumatra, especially in Jakarta. The West Sumatra Liaison Agency functions to facilitate the West Sumatra Provincial Government and the Central Government. This study aims to explore the experience of the Liaison Agency personnel in the perspective of symbolic interaction theory. Research with qualitative methods using a phenomenological approach is more focused on exploring the stages of interpersonal communication in communicating with migrants from West Sumatra from the perspective of symbolic interaction theory. The informants of this study consisted of 6 people, of which three people served in the West Sumatra Liaison Agency and three people who were staff. The research informants were selected by purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that personnel who are organizational officials have different concepts of thought, self-concept, and interaction / community concepts from personnel who are staff at the West Sumatra Liaison Agency.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the understanding of students' mathematical concepts taught using the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) with a problem-based learning (PBM) approach with a heuristic approach; the effect of STAD learning with the PBM approach on students' understanding of mathematical concepts in terms of high and low Initial Mathematical Ability (KAM); the effect of STAD learning with a heuristic approach on students' understanding of mathematical concepts in terms of high and low KAM; the effect of the interaction between STAD learning (with the PBM approach and the heuristic approach) and the initial mathematical ability (high KAM and low KAM) on students' understanding of mathematical concepts. This research was conducted at SDN 112233 Sidorejo, Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency from October to December 2019. A sample of 44 people was taken by random sampling. The instruments for collecting data were the students' mathematical concept understanding test and the KAM test. The data analysis used the one way annova test, simple regression test, and two way annova test. The results of the analysis show that the students' understanding of mathematical concepts taught using STAD with the PBM approach is higher than that of the STAD with a heuristic approach; There is a positive effect of STAD learning with the PBM approach on students' understanding of mathematical concepts in terms of high and low KAM; there is a positive effect of STAD learning with a heuristic approach on students' understanding of mathematical concepts in terms of high and low KAM; There is a significant interaction effect between STAD learning (with the PBM approach and with the heuristic approach) and the initial mathematical ability (high KAM and low KAM) on students' understanding of mathematical concepts.]]>

<![CDATA[In a variety of credit systems offered by PT. Bank Sumut Branch Of Medan turned out to have various methods in its procedural. This journal aims to find out the conditions set by PT. Bank Sumut Branch Of Medan as a creditor to each debtor,the research method used is judiscial empiricial that is by conducting field research, the results of the study show the creditor has the same absolute conditions for each type and nature of the credit offered, in its determination the debtor must be able to provide a collateral object in the form of fiduciary the object is a ceiling of 125% of what the debtor gets and the executor of PT. Bank Sumut Branch Of Medan is still carried out according to warnings made by company through 3 phases of summons, then if the debtor does not have good faith in paying off his debts, the creditor can sue the debtor for trial and obtain a district court decision as the basis for executing the fiduciary guarantee object in material rights. With the result of the transfer of material rights, the existence of the object of fiduciary collateral is wholly owned by the creditor and can be auctioned off at the KPKNL and can also be through the absolute surrender of PT. Bank Sumut Branch Of Medan by selling it real execution.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the role of print media (newspaper analysis) in increasing the political participation of the community in Bandar Selamat sub-district, Medan Tembung sub-district, Medan city. This study uses a quantitative method with a population consisting of 12 environments with a population of 4490 households. The sample is 2 (two) environments, namely environment VI totaling 527 families and environment X1 totaling 178 families, so as to obtain a total sample of 71 families. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique, namely the two environments that have a high reading level of newspaper analysis. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, questionnaire and documentation. To analyze the data, the product Moment correlation formula is used. Based on the results of research and data analysis it can be seen that the hypothesis (Ha) can be accepted, with the interpretation that there is a low influence (12%). Where the variable X (the role of the print media "Analysis newspaper") is very well enjoyed by the community in Bandar Selamat Village, but on the other hand the variable Y (the political participation of the community is relatively low). Therefore, it can be said that the role of the print media in increasing the political participation of the community is low. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis (Ha) can be accepted with the conclusion that there is a low influence on the role of the print media in increasing the political participation of the community in Bandar Selamat Village, Medan Tembung Sub-District, Medan City.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and describe the shape of the motifs in the works created by Rendy Handycraft. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were 3 piggy bank crafts with motifs produced by Rendy Handicraft. The shape and decorative pattern of the piggy bank were the object of this research. The data collection methods used were observation, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative analysis technique. Based on the results of interviews, observation and documentation, the conclusion in this study is that Rendy dominantly uses tea dregs as the main material for his painting. Not tea bags but dry tea powder/powder. Apart from good powder with a slightly coarse and smooth texture for dark colors, there are also other ingredients such as coffee powder, egg shells as well as additional ingredients as colors enhancers such as turmeric powder as a yellow dye, pine wood powder as a white dye as well as the base color and stones gravel.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to see how social support helps to cure cancer survivors. The source of this study consists of three research subjects who are a cancer survivor and three research informants. The sample selection used is the snowball sampling method. Research data are collected using natural observation methods and in-depth interview which are then arranged in verbatim form. The results shows that from the forms of social support, including emotional support, tangiable support, informational support, and companionship support, the most prominent is emotional support and with the existence of social supports, cancer sufferers can gain more confident andfeel more motivated to recover from cancer.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini difokuskan terhadap bagaimana Penerapan Hukum terhadap Anak sebagai pelaku tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan yang dikerucutkan terhadap Undang-undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak (SPPA) dan Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP). Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Penelitian Normatif yaitu penelitian yang objek kajiannya meliputi norma atau kaidah dasar, asas-asas hukum, peraturan perundang-undangan, perbandingan hukum, doktrin, serta yurisprudensi. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari kepustakaan (library research) perpustakaan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Medan Area. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif Analitis, yaitu menganalisa, menggambarkan, menelaah dan menjelaskan secara tepat serta menganalisis peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan Penerapan Hukum Terhadap Anak Sebagai Pelaku Tindak Pidana Pencurian Studi Kasus Putusan Nomor: 42/Pid.Sus-Anak 2017/PN.MDN. Pertimbangan memiliki tujuan pemidanaan berupa pembalasan, pencegahan (Prevensi), keadilan masyarakat dan perlindungan terhadap kepentingan Anak Pelaku Tindak Pidana Pencurian Dengan Kekerasan. Penerapan hukum terhadap Muhammad Hadji Als Aji, telah sesuai dengan Ketentuan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana dan Undang-undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 Tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Dimana anak dapat mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya dan haknya sebagai anak pelaku tindak pidana yang dijamin dalam Undang-undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak telah dipenuhi. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze law enforcement against narcotics abuse in Indonesia and and inhibiting and supporting factors as well as efforts to overcome barriers to law enforcement in law enforcement against narcotics crime in Indonesia. The pre-emptive done as early as possible in form of informal seminar and local counseling to the society about the dangerous effect of illegal drug use. The preventive effort was implementing through series of Routine Police Operation and Special Police Operation. While the repressive efforts were law enforcement action through criminal investigation and indictment which rooted within legality aspect. Each effort still encounters several problems, such as lack of personnel, insufficient equipment, breach of information and lack of operational funds. The type of research used is qualitative research, with the type of research being descriptive. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, and study of documents.]]>

<![CDATA[Saman and Bines dance is a traditional art from Gayo Lues, a very inherent existence in the supporting community as a dance that is specifically danced by men for Saman and women for Bines. In this article, the author describes the presentation of the arts at the Bejamu Saman cultural event. As a cultural heritage, the presentation of Saman and Bines in Bejamu Saman activities is the focus of research, how to present Saman and Bines in Bejamu Saman cultural events. This research uses qualitative methods, namely data that has been collected in the field regarding the Saman and Bines dance on Bejamu Saman activities and other data related to the object and focus of the research. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively-analytically with a textual analysis approach. The purpose of this research was to describe the presentation form of the Saman and Bines dance in Bejamu Saman activities. So that the results of this research can be used as supporting material in future Saman and Bines dance research. Understand the differences in the presentation of Saman and Bines as a spectacle and or as a series of cultural activities. Obtain information related to Bejamu Saman, a cultural event of the Gayo Lues community that represents the social identity of the Gayo Lues community in a reflection of the nation's character.]]>
