This study aims to determine the implementation of character education on learning behavior and tolerance attitudes of students in elementary schools in the Aek Natas district. This type of research is a quantitative study using a survey method by distributing questionnaires. Primary data sources are obtained from direct respondents' answers in answering questionnaires. So the samples in this study were 81 teachers and 91 students who would be divided as many as 27 schools. Implementation of Character Education on Learning Behavior and Tolerance Attitudes of Elementary School Students in Aek Natas District shows a very strong relationship between variable X (Implementation of Character Education) of 1.00, a strong correlation to Variable Y1 (Learning Behavior) of 0, 688 and a strong correlation. while the variable Y2 (Student Tolerance Attitude) is 0.580. For the Y1 variable (Student Learning Behavior) with a constant value on the coefficient of 6,757 with a standard error of 1,906, the t value of 3,545 states that the implementation of character education on student learning behavior is significant at the 0.01 level. for the Y2 variable (Student Tolerance Attitudes) With a constant value on the coefficient of 201,531 with a standard error of 4.076, the t value of 669 states that the implementation of character education on students' tolerance attitudes is significant at the 0.066 level.

Polygamy marriage must be done with the consent or permission of the wife so that this creates a new legal problem regarding the position of the second wife, both in terms of rights and obligations, children, assets in the marriage as well as problems in the distribution of inheritance. The purpose of this paper is to determine the legal protection of a second wife to their legal status in polygamy marriage and to find out the rights of wife's inheritance in polygamy marriage according to Islamic fiqh and positive law. This research method is normative juridical with descriptive analysis research type. Legal protection for the second wife to get the rights and recognition must legalize marriage (isbat nikah) in the Religious Court. The second inheritance right of the wife to the polygamy marriage without permission is the right to inheritance with her husband since the marriage took place and all wives have the same rights to the inheritance within 1/8 if they have children and ¼ if they do not have children.

The purpose of this study was to analyze law enforcement efforts, obstacles and prevention of criminal acts of theft by POLRI against perpetrators of the crime of motorcycle theft with weights in the jurisdiction of Medan Police. This type of research is directed to normative juridical law research. The nature of the research is descriptive analysis of the law enforcement by the Indonesian National Police against the perpetrators of the crime of theft. The results showed that law enforcement efforts were carried out, after the personnel received a complaint report from the victim regarding the occurrence of theft with weighting proceed to the stage of investigation and investigation, against the perpetrators of theft with the weight of a motorcycle subject to Article 363 of the Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of 9 years imprisonment depending on the the method used by the perpetrator to commit theft by weight. Barrier factors include the identity of the perpetrator is not clear, the perpetrator does not have an ID card, the perpetrator does not admit his actions, there are no witnesses at the crime scene. The perpetrator lost evidence, the victim did not want to report it to the police, there were no supporting witnesses. Countermeasures include carrying out preventive measures by carrying out patrols in suspected places, conducting socialization and community approaches in order to create synergistic coordination and cooperation in creating security. Repressive efforts by increasing efforts to take action against perpetrators of theft by weighting motorbikes by providing strict sanctions and having a deterrent effect on perpetrators and providing guidance to the community to comply with the law.

The aim of this study is to investigate The Effect of Contextual Teaching and Learning Model on Mathematic Achievement in terms of Critical Thinking. The type of research used a semi- experimental quantitative research method in which applying two experimental classes with the same sample characteristics. The population was all the students in Kotapinang district and the sample was 62 of the fifth grade elementary students of SDN 112224 Kotapinang. In the experiment class (CTL Model), the sample was 32 students. While in the control class (Conventional Model), the sample was 30 students. Research instrument used Achievement test of 10 questions from sturffing that conducted validity and reliability tests and questionnaire Critical Thinking of 16 statements. Based on the treatment, In the experiment class got Achievement 81,88 While in the control class got Achievement 73,11. And for the result, there was a significant effect on Mathematics Achievement. Applying CTL model in learning on the fifth grade elementary students who had high critical thinking showed that their mathematics achievement is better than that applying conventional model. So, in conclusion, applying CTL model gave better effect on mathematics achievement of the fifth elementary students in terms of critical thinking in Kotapinang district.

This study aims to analyze the design of the SDIT AL - Munadi Medan brochure for the period 2014 - 2019 by knowing the color, layout and typography of the brochure. The research method uses descriptive qualitative by collecting various information about the brochure design of SDIT AL - Munadi Medan for the period of 2014 - 2019. The population in this study is the design of brochures for the period 2014 - 2019 amounting to 6 brochures at SDIT AL - Munadi Medan. The sample in this study used saturated sampling in which the entire population was sampled, in order to obtain data regarding the analysis of the design brochure SDIT AL - Munadi Medan. After collecting data through observation research instruments, interviews and documentation, the results of the study show the results of the SDIT AL - Munadi Medan brochure design for the period 2014 - 2019 from the color of the brochure, brochure layout, and brochure typography.

This article aims to present the condition of infrastructure development in Rianiate village under the leadership of the village head in developing village infrastructure. One indicator of the success of infrastructure development in a village depends on the role of the village head in fostering and involving community participation. The village head must be able to carry out his function as a motivator, facilitator, apply the principles of transparency, discipline, fairness and responsibility in carrying out village development tasks. Development in Desa Rianiate is already quite good, although there are still some shortcomings. The leadership of the village head in general is good even though it is still not optimal. The leadership was inherent in the village head of Rianiate. On the other hand, findings in the field are still found by some people who are reluctant to get involved with the tendency to prioritize personal matters.

The making of the marriage agreement and the amendment to the marriage agreement are determined and made with the mutual agreement of both parties, in this case, the intention is that the agreement on the making of the marriage agreement is a free agreement and there is no coercion from any party. The purpose of this journal is to find out the share of division between husband and wife’s assets based on the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations, to find out the rules governing the position of husband and wife's assets before and after the occurrence. The research method used by author in this study is the normative method based on data sources, which requires secondary data. Inherited property is assets obtained from each prospective of husband and wife, the property is fully controlled by the owner of the property and cannot be mixed by other parties. The position of husband and wife's assets after the marriage is actually joint property, if there is no agreement to separate the assets, then after the issuance of the letter of determination of assets, the assets obtained after the issuance of the determination letter will become personal or individual property.

The research objectives used were to determine the ethical and legal accountability of a doctor who commits a criminal act of doctor's certificate forgery and to find out how to legally handle a criminal act committed by a doctor in the field of health law. The research method uses normative juridical, namely using library research and the source of legal materials used is secondary data. This research uses the theory of responsibility. Letter forgery issues a right which is used as false information about the presence or absence of disease. Criminal acts that often occur are related to Article 263 of the Criminal Code (making forged letters or falsifying letters) Article 266 of the Criminal Code for a doctor who falsifies a letter sentenced to a maximum imprisonment of four (4) years. A doctor is required to provide a statement and opinion that has been examined itself the truth. Overcoming letter forgery is carried out through 2 efforts, namely penal measures and non-penal measures carried out repressively (law enforcement). Prevention can be done by providing additional provisioning both ethically and in discipline to each doctor

This study aims to find relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The hypothesis of this study states that there is a positive relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The subjects of this study were teachers in Methodist-2 private school Medan consisting of 110 subjects selected by using purposive sampling method. Data were obtained from a scale to measure organizational commitment and OCB. Analysis of the data used is Pearson Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 20.00 for Windows program. The results of this research showed a correlation of 0.388 (p <0.05) and showed that there is a positive relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this study indicate that the contributions made by the variable organizational commitment to the OCB was 15,1 percent and the remaining 84,9 percent is influenced by other factors that are not examined. From these results it is concluded that the hypothesis is acceptable.

Social studies subject is a learning process for humans that aims to make students have positive behavior and interesting skills. Character education is a component of social science studies. From this research, the aim is to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of character education at SD Krajan 1 Magetan on social studies subjects. Thus this study contributes to education regarding how character education in elementary schools experienced by students in social studies learning. The results of this study are the implementation of character education has gone according to plan, because it is supported by teacher factors, character-based school management and community support. There are several obstacles such as the problem of attitude assessment and environmental factors, so the solution to overcome the problem is to create an assessment format and use of monitoring cameras in each hallway and class. The research method needed is to use qualitative research, so that the data collection technique is through interviews and observation.
