This research was conducted to determine the application of social entrepreneurship; this will be one solution to revive the country's economy, especially the business sector, which has had a huge impact due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The number of informants in this study was 10 mothers who received assistance from the Family Hope Program (PKH). The data in this study were obtained from the results of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study describe the existence of social entrepreneurs that were carried out on PKH beneficiary mothers who have given positive results to revive business groups in Indonesia which have an impact on COVID-19, especially which will contribute to the surrounding community for transformation by seeing business opportunities carried out with a social spirit in this era of COVID-19. Social entrepreneurs who are carried out through mentoring have opened new businesses in the economy, which will add to the heterogeneity of entrepreneurs in Indonesia

The purpose of this research is to describe the legal arrangements regarding the Free Verdict according to positive legal provisions, the Judicial role of the Judge in deciding a case and Juridical Analysis of a conviction for a murder crime (Study of Judgment Number 423 / Pid / 2008 PN. South Jakarta. This research method is normative juridical research.The nature of this research is descriptive analysis, which is a method used to describe a condition or condition that is happening or ongoing in order to provide as much data as possible about the object of research so as to explore things that are ideal, then analyzed based on legal theory or applicable laws and regulations.Results of this study, first, the legal arrangements regarding the acquittal according to positive legal provisions is to look at Article 191 Paragraph (1), paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) of the Criminal Procedure Code specifically also provides an understanding that reinforces its role law about being free from all lawsuits. Second, the role of judges legally in deciding a case in the decision of Case Decision Number 423 / Pid / 2008 / PN. South Jakarta is a judge must pay attention to the interests of various parties, both the interests of the defendant, witnesses, and the interests of the Public Prosecutor.

This study aims to describe the relief visualization of the way of the cross based on the application of the proportional principle of the human body and also based on the application of perspective and realist imagery that appears in the relief. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely by using theoretical studies as a data base, then collecting data through direct observation to the research site, interviewing sources and other sources related to the research. Then conduct a documentation study, then analyzed based on theoretical studies and literature study. The population in this study consists of 14 reliefs that tell about the way of the cross and are analyzed based on theoretical foundations. The results of this study are: The proportion of humans in the relief of the way of the cross is not in accordance with the theory or principle of the golden section which states that the ideal proportion of the human body is in the range of 7.5 to 8 times the head as a comparison; The perspective principle on the relief of the way of the cross has not been fully implemented properly; The relief of the cross path at the location of the Getsemane Prayer Hill Faith Tour is a work of art that shows a realist image well where the depiction of the object is in accordance with the fact or the original and all objects in the relief appear to blend with one object with another.

This study aims to: determine the existence of woven bamboo, survival strategies, materials in the finishing process of woven bamboo products at Sunflower Studio. The population in this study were 200 pieces of woven bamboo in the Sunflower Studio. The samples used were 20 products from 10 types of products produced. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the sunflower weaving business still exists because it is supported by maintaining the quality of materials and after-service to consumers. Sanggar Bunga Matahari can maintain a neat and symmetrical product design, so that consumers are interested in continuing to order their products. The finishing technique applied by the Sunflower Studio is H2O immersion, staining and followed by varnish.

Traffic violations have become a habit of the road user community, so that every time an orderly operation of the traffic on the road is carried out by the authorities, traffic violation cases are still occurring and these violations often cause traffic accidents. The research method used in this research is to use a normative and empirical approach. i.e. conducts library research by researching and collecting library materials that are specifically related to laws and regulations and books relating to law and traffic, as well as field research conducted by observing observations and direct interviews with related objects. The results showed that the forms of traffic violations that occurred were motorists breaking traffic signs, driving not using a complete safety system. Some acts and sanctions for violations which are categorized as traffic violations regulated by Law No. 22 of 2009. Factors handling obstacles to traffic violations in Siantar Traffic Police Station Siantar, namely the human factor (Human Error), the factor of inadequate road infrastructure and facilities causing traffic violations. Efforts to deal with traffic offenses at the Siantar Police Traffic Police Unit are preventive and repressive measures to take action by giving a letter of reprimand or verbally, taking action by giving a ticket.

Purpose of this research is to know the impact of the independent variable (achieving motivation, job satisfaction, and managerial principal) toward of dependent variable (teachers’s performance). The research was conducted on SD Negeri 7 Idi East Aceh with 30 respondents. The questionnaire was selected as a research instrument. The results of the analysis of the data indicates that (1) partially, independent variables of achieving motivation have a positive impact on teachers’s performance (t = 4.86 > ttable = 2.36); (2) the independent variable (achieving motivation, job satisfaction, and managerial principal of job satisfaction also positively impact on teachers’s performance (t= 3.20 > ttable = 2.36); (3) the principal managerial independent variables take part give a positive impact on performance guru (t = 3.21 > ttable = 2.36); (4) the simultaneous, independent variables does not give a significant impact on teachers’s performance (F = 2.00 < Ftable = 2.92); and (5) were obtained the equations of the regression of Y = 7, 71a + 0, 02X1 + 0, 33X2 + 0, 26X3 it means that when there is an increase in the motivation of overachievers, the satisfaction of teachers, and the principal managerial it will automatically improve the performance of teachers.

The mythological figure referred to in this study is related to a figure who is considered holy and is considered to have the power to help even bring disaster to humans. The mention of a mythological figure when reciting the mantra Nyangahatn Ka 'Saka' rice harvest for the Dayak ethnic group in West Kalimantan is always mentioned repeatedly in every rice harvest mantra, both in the pre-ritual, ritual and post-ritual mantra. The mention of mythological figures is intended to communicate so that they can bring help to humans during the process of carrying out the rice harvest ritual. This study aims to describe the mythological figures during the chanting of the Dayak ethnic rice harvest ceremony in West Kalimantan. Using the form of descriptive qualitative research using the method of recording and recording during the process of reciting the mantra of the rice harvest ceremony. The results of this study indicate that in the recitation of the rice harvest mantra, there is mention of mythological figures in the mention of the name Jubata, Bujakng Baparas and the use of the pronoun Kalian to refer to supernatural beings. The mention of the name Jubata refers to everything that can bring goodness to mankind. The mention of Bujakng Baparas refers to supernatural beings who can help and bring disaster to humans, can also act as an intermediary for human communication with supernatural beings around human life, while the use of the pronoun Anda refers to other supernatural beings believed to inhabit water and land areas and are believed to be able to bring help and disaster.

Foreign investment in Indonesia in the plantation sector has a positive impact on national development. The need for encouragement and support in the plantation business by creating policies,which one is able to increase foreign investment in the plantation business. The purpose of this research is to analyze from the perspective of the prevailing law in Indonesia and to find out the factors that hinder the restriction of foreign investment in the plantation sector. This study uses a normative juridical method, namely by using a qualitative approach. The conclusion of this study is that the mechanism for limiting foreign investment in the plantation sector is regulated in Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Foreign Investment and Law Number 39 of 2014 concerning Plantations, where these regulations must be considered by foreign investment in investing in plantation sector in Indonesia. The factors that hinder foreign investment are the usual business actors bribing State officials, the problem of being limited to opening a business entity because the land acquisition process is too long.

This study aims to know the relationship between the intimate friendship with self-disclosure. The hypothesis in this study is there is a positive relationship between self-disclosure with intimate friendship, in assumption that the higher self-disclosure, the higher intimate friendship is and the lower self-disclosure, then the lower intimate friendship itself. The subjects that used in this study are the midwifery students at the Prima Indonesia University, in which the population consists of 103 students. Data obtained from the scale to measure self-disclosure and intimate friendship. The calculation of the datas began by doing a test prerequisite analysis (the test of assumptions) that consists of a test of normality and a test of linearity. The data analysis in this study uses the Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of analysis showed the correlation coefficient at 0.731 of the significance 0.000 (p < 0.05). This shows there is a positive relationship between self-disclosure with intimate friendship. The results of this study indicate that the variable of intimate friendship can be predicted by self-disclosure at 53.5 percent and 46.5 percent of the rest are influenced by other factors which not examined in this study. Based on the results of this study, the hypothesis of there is a positive relationship between self-disclosure with intimate friendship is acceptable.

The alleviation of illiteracy in Indonesia has been performed by the central government through the district government policy. In this study will be performed a research about the alleviation of illiteracy in Sumenep district by using paradigm of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) in quality educational aspect and skill life education. This research uses descriptive-qualitative method in collecting and analyzing the data about the alleviation of illiteracy policy that is applied by government in Sumenep district. The Sumenep district government policy becomes a basic part in advancing the society, includes the policy in education aspect. One of the Sumenep district’s policies in education aspect includes an initiation in convincing the society through the alleviation of illiteracy for poor people. This research gets a conclusion that alleviation of illiteracy was performed by Sumenep district government in order the people get the quality education for their development in literary aspect (reading and writing) and to support their future that is faced to the technology world more advanced and more advanced, this becomes an indicator of prevailed policy.
