A partisan affiliation built from social basic and social cleavage in a relationsip of political parties and civil society as mostly discussed, found its new trend to be endshown by local political practices. This study examined why secularist political parties defeat Islamic political parties in muslim society. This study applicate phenomenology to investigate patronage and clientelism relationship between political parties and societies in research area of Probolinggo, East Java. This study had explored four findings, firstly, weakening of support from traditional Muslim societies with Nahdhatul Ulama (NU) affiliated, called nahdhiyyin, to Islamic parties and the tendency to support secularist parties particularly to PDIP. Secondly, multi patronage phenomena and diversed clientelism which weakens nahdliyin support to Islamic party and crossing over of political support to secularist parties. Thirdly, personal politics from local strong man effect shaped multi patronage and divergent clientelism as well as ends partisan affiliation. Fourthly, social basic had no longer a linear relationship to political parties hence social cleavage faded into new shape, is a melting-pot social cleavage. These findings point out weakening of social basic of Islamic political parties, as irrelevantly political party relationship with social basic to support electoral capacity.

Tenaga kerja merupakan living organism artinya manusia merupakan suatu makhluk hidup terbentuknya pribadi seseorang dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan bahkan secara memungkinkan berfungsinya suatu organisasi atau perusahaan dan menjadi unsur penting dalam manajemen faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya pemutusan hubungan kerja antara lain alasan yang berhubungan atau yang melekat pada pribadi buruh, alasan yang berhubungan dengan tingkah laku buruh, alasan yang berkenaan dengan jalannya perusahaan artinya demi kelangsungan jalannya perusahaan, adanya kinerja yang tidak baik, adanya penolakan dari kinerja untuk menandatangani surat kontrak, adanya kesalahan berat yang dilakukan oleh pekerja, adanya tuntutan dari pekerja untuk diangkat menjadi pegawai tetap dan adanya efesiensi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Kemudian, pertimbangan Hakim dalam perkara perselisihan hubungan Industrial pada Putusan Nomor 123/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2022/PN.Mdn, yaitu Majelis Hakim berpendapat hubungan kerja Penggugat dan Tergugat tidak dapat diteruskan dan diperpanjang serta dilanjutkan, sehingga hubungan kerja sudah tidak terpenuhi sebagaimana diamanatkan Pasal 52 UU No. 13 tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Hubungan kerja antara Penggugat dengan Tergugat tidak harmonis lagi dan hubungan kerja tidak dapat dilanjutkan karena tidak terpenuhinya syarat sebagaimana diamanatkan Pasal 52 UU No. 13 tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan, sehingga Majelis Hakim berpendapat akibat dari berakhirnya hubungan kerja tersebut menghukum Tergugat untuk membayarkan hak-hak Penggugat sebagaimana dimaksud dalam pasal 156 ayat (1) UU No. 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan yang berbunyi “Dalam hal terjadi pemutusan hubungan kerja, pengusaha diwajibkan membayar uang pesangon, dan/atau uang penghargaan masa kerja dan uang penggantian hak yang seharusnya diterima jo Pasal 100 UU No. 2 tahun 2004 tentang Penyelesaian Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial.

Pada riset ini bermanfaat untuk melihat dampak mutu pelayanan dan kepercayaan pada kegemaran pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa transportasi online Maxim terhadap mahasiswa Universitas Tjut Nyak Dhien. Tata cara yang dipakai dalam riset ini ialah deskriptif dan kualitatif. Populaasi dan sampel yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa yang memanfaatkan jasa transportasi online Maxim di Universitas Tjut Nyak Dhien. Total jumlah dalam penelitian ini 71 responden. Pada riset ini cara pengumpulan datanya ialah berupa kuesioner serta wawancara. Sistem analisis pada riset ini menggunakan Uji Kualitas Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Hipotesis dan Koefisien Determinasi. Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t, uji f dan uji determinasi di proses dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Kesimpulan riset menunjukan Mutu Pelayanan serta Kepercayaan secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan pada Kepuasan Pelanggan menggunakan Maxim pada mahasiswa Universitas Tjut Nyak Dhien.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the effect of auditor credibility on the process of detecting fraud in financial statements and the effect of auditor responsibility on the process of detecting fraud in the financial statements of North Sumatra Province. The research method used is explorative qualitative with inductive data analysis and the research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization. This research is explorative qualitative in nature because the research that the researchers conducted aims to provide an overview of the audit process at the inspectorate of North Sumatra Province so that a narrative is obtained to reach a conclusion. The results of the study are that the inspectorate auditor has sufficient credibility and experience in examinations, the data found and recommended for North Sumatra Province for the 2013 to 2017 period there were 1,423 findings and 1,709 recommendations. With details of cases completed as many as 1,197. In the process as many as 142 recommendations and 344 have not been followed up. Then for Regencies/Cities 1,668 findings and 2,040 recommendations. Examination The auditor carries out his responsibility to detect fraud, conducts inspections in accordance with procedures and after carrying out the inspection, provides feedback by conducting formal correspondence procedures soliciting responses from the object being examined.

This article aims to explain the contribution of international organizations in preserving marine ecosystems in order to achieve sustainable economic development in Indonesia. The problem is focused on case studies of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) on how WWF's strategy supports the program blue economy in Indonesia. The strategy includes policy advocacy, multi-stakeholder partnerships, sustainable marine resource management, local community development, and ecotourism promotion. In order to approach this problem, theoretical references from conceptual theory are used for Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). The data in this article were collected through a literature study method on (1) WWF and environmental programs in Indonesia, (2) Indonesia and its targets blue economy, and (3) WWF's strategy in Indonesia in supporting the program blue economy, and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that optimizing the program blue economy in Indonesia requires the role of various actors, such as the state, society, and even NGOs. Therefore, this study found that cooperation between actors can reap success in achieving targets blue economy in Indonesia.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh personal organization fit (x1), dan perceived organization support (x2), terhadap innovative work behavior (y), dengan employee engagement (z) sebagai variabel mediasi. Pentingnya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas menjadi motivasi bagi perusahaan untuk memberikan segala sesuatu yang dibutuhkan karyawan. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sumatera Utara yang berjumlah 133. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah PLS-SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), terdapat dua tahapan kelompok dalam menganalisis SEM-PLS, diantaranya adalah model pengukuran (Outer Model) dan model struktural (Inner Model). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara person organization fit dengan innovative work behavior. Adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara person organization fit dengan employee engagement. Adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara perceived organizational support dengan innovative work behavior. Adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara perceived organizational support dengan employee engagement. Adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara employee engagement dengan innovative work behavior. Adanya impak negatif dan tidak signifikan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa person organization fit tidak memediasi atau memperantarai pengaruh tidak langsung employee engaement terhadap innovative work behaviour. Adanya impak positif dan signifikan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa perceived organizational support memediasi atau memperantarai pengaruh tidak langsung employee engaement terhadap innovative work behavior.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh transparansi pengelolaan alokasi dena desa, akuntabilitas dan partisipasi masyarakat pada pengelolaan alokasi dana desa secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pembangunan desa pada Desa Tandun Barat Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penarikan sampel dengan metode Slovin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transparansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembangunan desa pada Desa Tandun Barat Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembangunan desa pada Desa Tandun Barat Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Partisipasi maasyarakat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembangunan desa pada Desa Tandun Barat Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Secara simultan transparansi, akuntabilitas dan partisipasi masyarakat pada pengelolaan alokasi dana desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembangunan desa pada Desa Tandun Barat Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.

This article investigates the most important dichotomy in phonology—the concept of vocoids and contoids. Pike (1943:66-78) proposed two separate distinctions, one strictly phonetic and the other based on function, or phonological criteria, as a possible solution to this terminology. Pike suggests the words vocoid and contoid for the phonetic distinction. The appropriateness of drawing a distinction based on the acoustics and articulation of sounds has been contested by a variety of linguists. In order to identify and analyze both the articulatory and acoustic aspects of a segment, most of phonologists claim that it is important to separate vocoids and contoids. In terms of acoustics and articulation, all sounds in the world's languages can be roughly divided into vocoids and contoids. This study also compares certain phonological aspects between English and standard Arabic related to the previous mentioned terms to show the similarities and differences between the two languages.

The purpose of this study is to learn more about the "Tradition of a Thousand Porridge at the Al-Mashun Grand Mosque, Medan City," which is seen from a cultural perspective and focuses on local cuisine customs during the Makmun Al-Rasyid Perkasa Alamsyah Sultanate. The major goal of this essay is to demonstrate how the social life of the Malay community at Masjidi Raya Al-Mashun Medan is significantly influenced by regional cuisine. The three stages of the research procedures, or data collection techniques, are interview, observation, and documentation. The findings of this research are available in several ways regarding Sultan Makmun Al-Rasyid Perkasa Alamsyah in terms of the porridge tradition at the Al-Mashun Grand Mosque in Medan. Sultan is said to be a leader in his time for the former Malay community in the city of Medan. The Sultan in his time also had such great attention to the mosque building of this time. One of the mosques that has been successfully established is the Al-Mashun Grand Mosque in Medan, which is now the building still standing strong todat, and there are also several other mosques. The conclusion form this study can be drawn, that the traditional food traditions of these communities are closely related to their habits in everday life.

This paper aims to determine the effect of price discount (x1), and hedonic shopping motivation (x2), on impulse buying (y) with positive emotion (z) as a mediating variable at UNIQLO in Medan City. This study used a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses a PLS-based SEM approach with SmartPLS 4.0. The population and sample of this study are all UNIQLO consumers in Medan City, totaling 96 people. The results of this study indicate that price discounts positively and significantly affect positive emotion, hedonic shopping motivation positively and significantly influences positive emotion, price discounts do not have a significant effect on impulse buying, hedonic shopping motivation positively and significantly influences impulse buying, positive emotion with a positive and significant influence on impulse buying, price discounts do not have a significant effect on impulse buying through positive emotion, and hedonic shopping motivation positively and significantly influences impulse buying through positive emotion.
