Patients undergoing hemodialysis face many stressors, especially physical problems due to kidney failure. These problems often weaken the patient's adaptability. Adaptive and maladaptive coping mechanisms of patients undergoing hemodialysis can be influenced by various factors, namely age, length of time undergoing hemodialysis, self-efficacy and family support. The aim of the study was to describe the factors that influence coping mechanisms in hemodialysis patients at Prof. Dr. Aloei Saboe Hospital. The design in this study uses a descriptive research design. The population in this study were all hemodialysis patients at Prof. Dr. Aloei Saboe Hospital. The sample in the study amounted to 64 respondents with a total sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the coping mechanism of hemodialysis patients is mostly maladaptive as many as 33 respondents (51.6%) and the factors that influence coping mechanisms based on the length of time undergoing hemodialysis are mostly low as many as 33 respondents (51.6%), self-efficacy factor is also low as many as 33 respondents (51.6%) and the factor of family support is mostly good as many as 33 respondents (51.6%). Suggestions for nurses through the provision of nursing care can be used to monitor and improve patient education about the patient's coping mechanisms while undergoing hemodialysis.

Patients with Type II Diabetes Mellitus need to improve the Self-Management diet to prevent acute complications and reduce the risk of long-term complications and to do a fairly strict diet that causes boredom and stress because they have to follow dietary recommendations throughout their lives. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between diabetes self-management knowledge and stress in type II diabetes mellitus patients on a diet in Telaga Piru Hamlet, West Seram District, SBB Regency. The research design used quantitative research with a cross sectional approach and the number of samples was 93 respondents using total sampling, the instrument was a questionnaire and the analysis used the Spearman rank test. The results showed that the results of the analysis obtained a p-value of 0.000. Thus it is smaller than the level α = 0.05. This means that the hypothesis (H1) is accepted, that is, there is a relationship between diabetes self-management knowledge and the stress of type II diabetes mellitus sufferers on a diet. This can be proven by the value of the significance level, which means that the better self-management knowledge, the lighter the stress of going on a diet in people with type II diabetes mellitus. The results of this study are expected so that diabetes can implement good self-management dietary behavior and can reduce stress felt by sufferers independently.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a glucose metabolism disorder that causes problems in glucose control so that blood sugar levels become high. The main goal of DM treatment is to prevent and minimize acute and chronic complications. The increasing prevalence of DM sufferers and complications that occur due to DM and the lack of self-care abilities of patients indicate that DM is still a health problem. In general, this study aims to determine the evaluation of compliance with the use of the DM E-Diary application in patients with diabetes mellitus. This study describes the compliance of the results of the application of the DM E-Diary application in DM patients who are in the working area of the Bone Bolango Health Center by using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the majority of respondents were obedient in carrying out activities as many as 22 respondents (73.3%), while those who did not comply were as many as 8 respondents (26.7%). Patient self-management education and support is essential to prevent and reduce the risk of long-term complications. Diabetes cannot be generalized, but in general it can be said as a collection of overlapping anatomical and chemical problems with various factors. Physical activity increases insulin and lowers blood sugar levels. In general, it can be concluded that the application user is obedient in carrying out the schedule that has been programmed through the DM E-diary application.

The basic immunization coveraged in Mukapayung Village in 2021 is 67.4%, while the basic immunization achievement target set by the government is 98%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mother's knowledge and education with basic immunization receipts for infants 0-12 months in Mukapayung Village. The research method uses a descriptive correlation design, cross sectional approach with a total sample. Respondents amounted to 110 mothers who had babies aged 0-12 months. Data collection using a 20-item knowledge questionnaire. Validity and reliability test were carried out in Karang Tanjung Village on 30 respondents and the results were obtained validity from 0.411 to 0.566 with a reliability value of 0.917 which means very reliable. The results showed that there was no relationship between mother's level of knowledge and basic immunization reception for infants 0-12 months with p value 0.501> α but there was a significant relationship between mother's education level and basic immunization reception for infants 0-12 months with p value 0.011 < α. Discussion, the level of knowledge and education is not always in line with the behavior or actions related to basic immunization for infants 0-12 months, because many factors affect a person's knowledge. Conclusion, the higher the education of the mother, the more she understands the importance of maintaining children's health through prevention of various diseases by providing basic immunization. since early stage.

Intraoperatif Surgery is an invasive treatment by opening or showing body parts. In general, this is done by making an incision in the part of the body that will be treated and repaired, and this ends with closing and suturing the wound. Patients undergoing surgery using general anesthesia often experience changes in hemodynamic status. It is essential to pay attention to hemodynamic status and provide intervention so that it does not interfere with the operation and threaten the patient's life. One of the interventions to stabilize hemodynamics in general anesthesia patients is listening to murottal Al-Qur'an. This study aimed to determine the effect of giving murottal Al-Qur'an therapy on hemodynamic status during intraoperative at Wijayakusuma Hospital, Purwokerto. Quasi-experimental research design with pre-test and post-test design without control group design was employed. The sampling technique used non-random sampling with total sampling. The data were analyzed through non-parametric. This study showed that the pre-test and post-test values of hemodynamic status on systolic blood pressure decreased in the intervention group (p=0.01) but not in the control group (p=0.501). The intervention group showed significant improvement over the control group in systolic blood pressure (p=0.041) but not in diastolic blood pressure (p=0.341), HR (p=0.698), RR (p=0.583), and SpO2 (p= 0.429). Statistically, hemodynamic status experienced a significant difference in systolic blood pressure. Conclusion: Giving murottal Al-Qur'an therapy affects hemodynamic status during intraoperative at Wijayakusuma Purwokerto Hospital on systolic blood pressure.
