Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the implementation of academic supervision by the Qur’an Education Institution Coordinating Board of Qur’an Education Park At-Taqwa Karang Dawung Semarang, and (2) identify obstacles to the implementation of academic supervision the Qur’an Education Institution Coordinating Board of Qur’an Education Park At-Taqwa Karang Dawung Semarang. The research method used was qualitative case study method. Data collection techniques were conducted by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that the implementation of academic supervision by the Qur’an Education Institution Coordinating Board based on aspects of planning, implementation, and follow-up can be categorized as not optimal. Factors that hinder the implementation of academic supervision in Qur’an Education Park include supervisors having external activities, supervisors not having supervision competence, and the commitment of Qur’an Education Park administrators to make improvements is still fluctuating.

Abstract

The purpose of this preliminary study is to explain how the teacher's role in improving the speaking skills of grade I students of SDN Bhayangkari. This research method is descriptive research. The research techniques used in this research are qualitative and quantitative. The implementation time of this introduction was carried out on October 25, 2022 until completion. This introductory study involved grade I students of SDN Bhayangkari and one teacher or homeroom teacher. The results of the observation showed that students were able to carry out speaking skills very well. From the test results, twenty students received excellent scores. The improvement of students' speaking skills has five roles of a teacher, namely the teacher motivates students' skills, the teacher as a facilitator, provides opportunities for students to perform, learning methods, and learning media that are suitable for improving students' speaking skills.

Abstract

Basic Literacy Education (KD) is an important program to resolve the problem of illiteracy in Selebung Ketangga Village. The KD program is one of the educational services outside of school to develop community members' reading, writing and arithmetic skills in Indonesian. Therefore, it is important to know the motivation and benefits of the KD program for society. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Through observation, interviews and documentation. The researcher looked at how the illiteracy eradication program was in Selebung Ketangga Village. Data collection was carried out using purposive sampling, namely the researcher interviewed research informants. The observation results show that in the process of mastering basic understanding the participants routinely participate in learning activities for three hours from 14:00-16:00 and every day the participants have learning goals that must be achieved. Meanwhile, during the activity which lasted for several days, participants had different memory abilities, such as participants' memory which was very low and there were also some participants who had quite good memory, this was due to the age of the participants and the inhibiting factors found by The researcher said that some participants were unable to take part in learning activities because they were busy with other things, namely work. Based on the results of interviews and document analysis, it is known that there is a development of abilities that take part in KD activities, especially in daily activities and active participation in learning activities.

Abstract

Initial observations were the initial foundation for carrying out this research. It was found that many of the fifth grade students at SDI al-Azhar Muhammadiyah still had difficulty writing narratives with evidence that their overall average completion rate had not yet reached the predetermined KKM namely 70. The research used namely PTK using two cycles, each cycles has for steps, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were class V students at SDI al-Azhar Muhammadiyah consisting of 38 student. Then this research uses research isntruments in the from of observations and tests. The results of this research show that there is an increase in students learning from cycles I to cycles II yhe average overall students completion was 68,94. Then in cycles II there was a significant increase, namely with an overall average og 78,68. So it can be concluded that the application of the quantum writing strategy assisted by picture and picture media can solve problems in the classroom, namely it can provide solutions to the learning to write narratives for class V students at SDI al-Azhar Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

Finding out how the planning, execution, and assessment phases link to the instillation of moral and religious values at RA Diponegoro 71 Banjarparakan is the goal of this study. A case study style qualitative research methodology is applied. Data was gathered by means of observation, documentation, and interviewing procedures. Data condensation, data display, and conclusion drafting and verification are the three phases of data analysis employing Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. Verification of data using source triangulation. The research findings indicate that: 1) the implementation of instilling religious and moral values is carried out in curricular and co-curricular activities; 2) Religious and moral principles are implemented through co-curricular and extracurricular activities. 3. evaluation related to assessments used to determine the implementation of the cultivation of religious and moral values. Curricular activities are related to learning in the classroom in accordance with the set learning objectives, while co-curricular activities are related to daily, weekly, or annual habits. Anecdotal notes, checklist evaluations, and work products are used in assessment. Implementation challenges stem from variations in student characteristics and environmental conditions.

Abstract

Self-efficacy or efficacy is a person's belief in their own motivation in carrying out certain tasks, including considerations of self-efficacy and confidence in information technology. The research aims to a) prove the effect of self-efficacy on the professional commitment of teachers at the Tarakanita Pluit School b) prove the influence of digital literacy on the professional commitment of teachers at the Tarakanita Pluit School c) prove the influence of self-efficacy and digital literacy on the professional commitment of teachers at the Tarakanita Pluit School . This research applies quantitative research methods with survey methods. This research is quantitative in nature and a survey uses questionnaires as a data collection tool. The research variables that will be studied are related variables, namely self-efficacy (X_1) and digital literacy (X_2) with a connecting variable, namely teacher professional commitment (Y). The results of this research are a) research states that the variables self-efficacy and digital competence are not the only variables that influence a teacher's professional commitment. b) The proportion of self-efficacy is moderate, namely only 31.6% of teachers' professional commitment, which can reduce teachers' professional commitment if educational institutions cannot foster the spirit of teachers' professional commitment, especially if the staff themselves do not have self-efficacy when working c) Low levels of digital literacy, accounting for only 16.4% of teachers' professional engagement, can hinder staff performance. The results of the study show that teacher professional involvement supported by digital literacy increases the growth of teacher professional involvement.
