Abstract

This study aims to determine the compensation contributor to teacher performance, the influence of work environment on teacher performance, and the influence of interaction between the two on teacher performance. This research uses Expost Facto research method. With research populations in eastern Jakarta. Of the total population of 566 teachers with sample sampling using the technique of custer rendom sampling (sampling area) with 10% significant number of samples amounted to 264 samples. The result of this research shows that (a). there is a significant influence between compensation and work environment, (b). there is significant influence between environment on teacher performance, and (c) there is interaction between compensation and work environment to teacher performance in east Jakarta area.

Abstract

Pembelajaran aktif menjadi suatu keharusan di dunia global yang telah memasuki semua lini kehidupan manusia. Teknologi, ketrampilan dan sikap secara aktif menjadi landasan pendidikan di sebuah lembaga sekolah. Pembelajaran aktif merupakan sebuah bentuk modul bagaimana memperkenalkan belajar aktif, bagaimana menjadikan peserta didik aktif sejak awal, bagaimana membantu siswa mendapatkan pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan sikap secara aktif dan bagaimana menjadikan belajar menjadi kegiatan yang tidak terlupakan adalah sebuah inti dari aktive learning. Active Learning Teach Like Finland menjadi fenomena dunia ketika peserta didik yang masih berusia 15 tahun berhasil mencatatkan skor tertinggi di penyelenggaraan pertama PISA (Programme For International Student Assesment) pada tahun 2001. Ujian itu meliputi penilaian ketrampilan berfikir kritis di matematika, sains, dan membaca. Pendidikan Finlandia memiliki jam pelajaran pendek, PR (Pekerjaan Rumah) tidak banyak, dan ujiannya tidak begitu terstandarisasi dapat mencetak siswa-siswa dengan prestasi yang sangat baik. Prestasi siswa yang baik tidak terlepas dari peran kurikulum sebagai pemandu kegiatan belajar. Telaah kurikulum 2013 terhadap Teach Like Finland menjadi sebuah analisa antar negara yang memiliki konsep pembelajaran mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Isi materi, pelaksanaan pembelajaran aktif, dan target serta kegunaan lembaga pendidikan bersaing serasi dengan konteks konstitusi antar negara. Negara Indonesia yang berada pada zaman global dan milleanial ditandai dengan kemandirian generasi muda belajar disemua lini kehidupan dunia maya dengan mengkaitkan egosentrisnya menjadi pencetus pembelajaran aktif mendunia. Telaah Kurikulum 2013 memiliki kekhasan dalam inovasi, kreatifitas dan produktif dalam memenuhi unsur-unsur kurikulumnya. Pusat belajar bukan hanya terletak pada guru, buku-buku menjadi referensi utama dalam penelusuran ilmu peserta didik, kualitas waktu belajar berperan pada observasi mendalam yang dilakukan secara mandiri dan aktif, kelas partisipatif dan kolaboratif antara guru dan peserta didik menjadi rangkaian modul pembelajaran terncana dalam menyerap pemahaman ilmu untuk mendapatkan kecakapan terpadu peserta didik. Active Learning Teach Like Finland menjadi jawaban baru dari beberapa proses pembelajaran aktif yang telah ada dan bermanfaat bagi kemajuan di dunia pendidikan

Abstract

This article explains about how the Qur'an and Psychology as a science that focuses on talking about human behavior and mentality discuss the basic concepts and potential that exists in humans and how it is applied of education. The method used in this research is qualitative with library research method with descriptive analysis approach. From the searches that have been made at least it can be concluded that the Koran sees humans as physical (biological or material) and spiritual (spiritual) beings, whereas Psychology generally only sees humans as mere physical beings

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the principal's leadership style and to determine the requirements, duties and functions of the principal. In the last three years his has concurrently served as the Principal in SMP N 2 Kota Tangerang Selatan, but with him concurrently the position is not an obstacle and obstacle in carrying out his duties as headmaster in both schools. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Kota Tangerang Selatan. With the aim to find out the principal's leadership style in SMP Negeri 3 Tangerang Selatan. The research that the author uses is qualitative research, with a descriptive approach. This is because the researchers will describe or present a complete picture of the Principal's Leadership Style at SMP Negeri 03 Tangerang Selatan Selatan, to see how the leadership style of the SMP Negeri 03 Negri South Tangerang school leadership. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style used by principals in SMP Negeri 3 Kota Tangerang Selatan tends to the Democratic leadership style. Can be seen when solving problems and making decisions is good, very responsible in solving problems and always done by deliberation. The headmaster of SMP Negeri 3 Kota Tangerang Selatan in mobilizing / leading subordinates (staff, teachers and students) is to provide direct guidance such as guiding, motivating and giving direction to the subordinates concerned.

Abstract

This study aims to find out clearly about the use of the Tilawati method in learning the Qur'an in the Al-Hidayah Pamulang Islamic Elementary School. One of the learning methods is to find out the students' fluency in reading the Qur'an. This research is a descriptive qualitative analysis with a background in Al-Hidayah Pamulang Islamic Elementary School, the research subjects are Grade 3 students. The researcher observes the teacher's activities including the opening of the opening activities, the implementation of the core activities, and the implementation of closing activities. In addition to observing teacher activities, researchers also observed student activities in learning including fluency in reading the Koran of students, the ability to read in accordance with recitation, and the ability of students to recite letters in accordance with their meaning. Based on the results of research conducted by the author at SDI Al-Hidayah Pamulang that the Al-Qur'an learning process using the Tilawati method runs well because the teacher plays an important role in the method so that the results achieved by students are very influential with the competence of the teacher in the delivery of the method.

Abstract

Education is essentially a conscious effort to develop the personality that is in a person to be better, smarter, creative and innovative. Spiritual competence is character and attitude which is the deepest part of awareness in a person related to which not only recognizes the awareness of fixed values but is also creative in finding new values. Discipline is a process of training the mind and character of children gradually so that they become someone who has self-control and is useful for the community. This study aims to determine whether there is a influence between Spiritual competence and student discipline in the MTs Darul Qudwah Tegal School environment. This type of research is correlation research, which explains whether there is a influence between variable X as an independent or independent variable (Spiritual Competence) and Y as a dependent variable (Discipline). The population in this study were some students of MTs Darul Qudwah Tegal, totaling 63 students. In this study the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, namely sampling data. Based on this research, spiritual competence variable (X) is obtained which influences discipline variable (Y) where there is a positive influence meaning higher variable X and higher Y variable.

Abstract

How important it is to understand and try to get used to practicing positive character in human life, especially humans who live in this modern age. Damage in various fields in Indonesia is the main cause is due to the low character of the community ranging from the upper classes to the lower classes, which is the main cause is due to excessive love for the world and forget the afterlife, so that positive values ​​are currently defeated by negative characters . Therefore, how important it is to re-instill the values ​​of positive character in life, starting from ourselves, our children, immediate family and society in general, in order to re-practice good character in running the wheel of life, so that a full life will be created with fragrance. The realization of a society that is just and prosperous, safe and secure, full of prosperity. Leaders protect the community and the community supports positive government programs. To achieve this goal, then recognize the character of the two main human figures throughout history, namely His Majesty the Prophet Muhammad and the US Ibrahim as the main examples of all time, if you want a better life in the future

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan di Institut Ilmu Al-Qur’an (IIQ) Jakarta, dimulai dari bulan Februari sampai Juli 2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswi Fakultas Tarbiyah Institut Ilmu Al-Qur’an (IIQ) Jakarta, dengan sampel sebanyak 35 mahasiswi menggunakan teknik random sampling.Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analis instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan product moment. Data yang diperoleh adalah data primer yang merupakan hasil dari jawaban responden atas kuesioner yang disebarkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara faktor psikologis terhadap pencapaian (achievement) hafalan mahasiswi fakultas Tarbiyah IIQ Jakarta. Dapat diketahui pula bahwasanya besaran pengaruh psikologis terhadap pencapaian (achievement) hafalan mahasiswi Fakultas Tarbiyah IIQ Jakarta adalah sebesar 5,56%. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The background of the authors conducted this research because homeschooling is a home-based education, which allows children to develop according to their own potential. Homeschooling is also a choice that is considered appropriate to provide instruction for gifted children by many parents because the content of learning materials and the way they are provided are adjusted to the circumstances of the students concerned. At Fikar School, we implement community-based homeschooling and have interesting and effective learning methods. Based on the background of the problem, the authors are interested in knowing the role of homeschooling learning in shaping intrapersonal intelligence at Fikar School Rempoa, South Tangerang. The research method used in this research is a descriptive analysis research, by describing the actual situation or facts according to what happened in the field. The approach used is a qualitative approach, with research stages namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Then this study uses data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. his can be proven by the results of the study, namely that at Fikar School strongly applies to the character content of children and it impacts on each child to be able to know the extent of their abilities and awareness of their interests and talents. With a learning process such as this culture habit, it can have a good influence on a child's intrapersonal intelligence, so that it can form good character and make the child's culture to be independent wherever the environment.

Abstract

Many problems faced by the memorizers of the Qur'an such as not being able to memorize correctly according to makhraj and tajwid, there are still many students who have not memorized it perfectly, lack of dividing time in rote repetition, not focus on memorization, That is why it is not easy to memorize the Qur'an. This study aims to determine and describe how the concepts, implementation, evaluation and inhibiting and supporting factors in the Implementation of Local Content Curriculum in achieving the target of memorizing Al-Qur'an 4 juz at SD Islam Annajah West Jakarta. The object of this research is the Principal, Chairperson of the Tahfiz Coordinator, Tahfiz Teachers and students SD Islamic Annajah West Jakarta. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The steps taken are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The concept of the Tahfiz Al-Qur'an Local Content Curriculum in class I is that students are focused on learning to read the Qur'an and memorizing the surah-An-Nas to Al-Fil, class II is memorizing Al-Qur'an juz 30, class III is memorizing Al-Qur'an juz 29, class IV is memorizing Al-Qur'an juz 28, class V is me-morizing Al-Qur'an juz 27 and for class 6 repeating all memorization from juz 27-30. (2) The implementation of tahfidz is conducted every Monday-Friday. Before students add new memorization ustad / ustadzah recite the verse first, After that students follow together. For students who have memorized it directly deposit the memorization one by one. (3) The evaluation is carried out in several stages in 1 year, namely PTS 1, PAS 1 and PTS 2, PAT 2. Exams are conducted for 3 days, namely Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. (4) Supporting factors in implementing this program are age, teacher criteria, motivation from parents and teachers, facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors in implementing the tahfidz program are students, lack of time management, and forgetfulness.
