Abstract

Employee performance is determined by several factors, including employee development practices, work engagement, organizational citizenship behaviour, task performance, and job creator. Here, the implementation of several, factors has become important points during improving job performance to achieve Company's goals. However, the implementation factors are interrelated with job performance improvement. In this study, we use a quantitative approach with a survey method to obtain leadership effects on organizational learning and organizational innovation in shaping of organizational performance. Here we were distributed questionnaires to 300 employees of banking companies in Bekasi City, then the data were analysed using the PLS Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The result show in the fact that these factors can really affect the performance of employees in companies in the banking sector, where comparisons will be made. how these factors influence in improving employee performance.

Abstract

The study's aims to assess the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance and determine the influence of motivation on the link between transformational leadership style and employee performance. This is a causal research study that use the cell mean model approach to investigate the average difference between the response variables. The sample technique employed in this experiment was simple random sampling. A total of 120 respondent will be surveyed. The result shows, a transformational leadership style improves employee performance (the first hypothesis does not support) while the group of workers who have a strong transformational leadership style outperforms the group of employees who have a week transformational leadership style, especially for employees with low motivation. Here, the employees with a strong transformational leadership style, who feel strongly motivated have no better performance than employees who feel weak motivation. Thus, an employee who feel strong motivation have greater performance than employees who experience weak motivation, especially for employees with a weak leadership style.

Abstract

Dividend policy is the most important decision for the company due to it is not only an income source for investors but also reflects the company's performance. In making the dividend payment policy, the company estimates the financial ratios that can influence the dividend payment policy. This study aims to determine the effect of cash position, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets on the dividend payout ratio with company size as a moderating variable. The manufacturing industry is one of the fastest-growing sectors in Indonesia, which can be seen from the number of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). From period to period, manufacturing companies are the most common compared to other companies. The manufacturing industry sector is fairly stable and is one of the sectors that play an important role in the Indonesian economy. There are differences in several previous studies that discuss the model and the use of company size as a moderating variable, however, not much similar study has been done. Thus, it becomes the hold of this research. This study used a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used Judgment Sampling with certain considerations. 20 companies are collected from the total number of companies in the manufacturing sector. Furthermore, the data analysis technique in this study used STATA. The results of this study indicated that cash position and return on assets have a positive effect on the dividend payout ratio, while the debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on the dividend payout ratio. The size of the company is able to strengthen the effect of cash position and return on assets on the dividend payout ratio, however, the size of the company is not able to moderate the debt to equity ratio on the dividend payout ratio.

Abstract

The tight competitiveness of business requires the clinic to compete in promoting its various types of services. Hence, social media platforms on a smartphone can be utilized as one of the marketing strategies for companies and users to create content. Word of mouth (WOM) is the right way to promote clinics to be more widely known by the public. This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Cipondoh Healthy Pregnancy Clinic in developing customers positive attitudes to win the market. The research method is quantitative research with a cross-sectional study type. The research sample involves 200 people by using the purposive sampling technique. The research data analysis method is the Structure Equation Model (SEM) with Lisrel software. The results of the research show that Firm Created Content, User Generated Content, Word Of Mouth have a positive effect on brand image and brand attitude. The management implication is to build a strong brand community and relationship marketing.

Abstract

A green product is intended to have as little environmental impact as possible, both during its whole life cycle, and after it is no longer in use. Typically, a green product has two primary goals, including waste reduction and resource efficiency maximization. This study aimed to analyse the religiosity of customer purchasing intentions and the theory of knowledge in behaviour planned on a green product. For this study, 150 SMEs of green products SMES in Kudus, Central Java, were taken as sampled. Path analysis using SEM was used in this study. The findings are intended to be able to assess the purchase intention of green products, therefore making a beneficial contribution to spreading awareness of the use of environmentally friendly green products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aimed to investigate the moderating role of Tri Hita Karana (THK) culture on the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on financial performance. In this study, we obtain the population taken from all export-oriented handicraft industries in Bali, Indonesia. Here, the population criteria were proposed as a private industry that have a business license which is registered on Trade and Industry Department Bali Province to carry out business activities as a producers and exporters. Currently, there are 42 business units that meet the specified criteria. The data observation samples obtained from saturated sample with the owner or manager private industry. Here, the Partial Least Square technique was performed to analyse significant effect on financial performance. The result shows THK culture has a positive and significant effect on financial performance while THK culture is not proven to be able to moderate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and financial performance. In this study, the THK culture implies that the role of culture is not able to strengthen the relation of entrepreneurial orientation to financial performance. Moreover, the entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. This implies that higher the entrepreneurial orientation, the better the financial performance.

Abstract

Satisfaction assessment in a health centre is an important part of evaluating service quality. Nowadays, health centres are common to input and processing the satisfaction index data in conventional process (manual) from questionnaires. So that, the service reporting cannot be done quickly and quality evaluation. Thus, in this study aims to examine the differences over patient satisfaction using e-questionnaire on android and conventional questionnaire method at public health centre (Puskesmas). This research we descriptive a several questionnaires and compared with 162 samples using purposive sampling technique. Here, Mann Whitney method was performed to analyse the data observation. The test results show a sig value of 0.985 (P value> 0.05), which means that there are no significant differences between the index of patient satisfaction using the Android and the questionnaire method. These results indicate an android assessment that can be applied to the satisfaction index assessment for the effectiveness and efficiency of the satisfaction index assessor.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Regulation of competition law in determining of air fares in Indonesia using normative judicial research methods. From the result it can be concluded:1. Law of the Republic Indonesia Number 5 of 1999 concerning the prohibition of monopolistic practices and unfair business competition. It enough to keep the business climate become conducive and away from of unfair business competition which can harm other parties. Thus, the state has carried out its function and responsibilities in accommodating the interests of its citizens. Furthermore, specifically regarding the flight itself. The government has also made regulations through the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2009 concerning aviation.2. One of the government’s steps so that the implementation of law and regulation is carried out properly, the business competition supervisory commission. This content is the cancellation of the lower and upper limit of airfare and cargo by the national air carrier’s association (INACA in 2001). The cancelation of this tariff fixing makes aircraft fares more competitive, which in the end leads to a balance between the interests of entrepreneurs and businesses public.

Abstract

The condition of hyper regulation in Indonesia causes a lot of overlapping norms regulated in various laws and regulations. To overcome these problems, the idea to emerged this issue become several omnibus laws, including the Draft Law on Job Creation, which was promulgated as Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation on November 2, 2020. Drafting of Law Number 11 of 2020 2020 concerning Job Creation with the omnibus law method raises several problems, including whether the use of the Omnibus Law technique in Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation is in accordance with the technique of establishing laws and regulations as stipulated in Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment Laws and regulations? Can the central government withdraw the authority of local governments in administering permits in the regions through Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not the use of the Omnibus Law technique in Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. It is contrary to the technique of establishing legislation in Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment of Legislation. It also to find out whether or not the central government withdraws the authority of local governments in administering licensing in the regions through Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. The research method used in this study is normative juridical research, using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The conclusion of this study is that the omnibus law technique in the preparation of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation is contrary to the technique of drafting laws and regulations in Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment of Legislation. Thus, in the future it is necessary to change the Act. -The law is to accommodate the method of law formation with the omnibus law method as a reference in the preparation of the draft law using the next omnibus method. The central government can withdraw the authority of local governments in administering permits that are sourced from the attribution authority in several laws, by making changes to the relevant laws that provide such authority.

Abstract

Health services basically aim to carry out efforts to prevent and treat a disease, including medical services based on an individual relationship between a doctor and a patient. Doctors are parties who have expertise in the medical field who are considered to have the ability and expertise to perform medical actions. Meanwhile, patients are sick people who are common with their illness and entrust themselves to be treated and cured by doctors. Therefore, doctors are obliged to provide the best possible medical service for patients. But in medical services there are times when it doesn't work and the patient is pronounced dead. This phenomenon can lead to prosecution of the doctor or other health personnel for the death of the patient. This research was conducted to find out how the application of causality teaching in criminal acts that resulted in the death of patients due to medical action. In addition, this research also conducted to find out how the application of causality teaching to crimes that caused death in the Supreme Court Decision Number 1110 K / Pid.Sus / 2012. To examine this, the author uses a normative legal research method and uses a statutory approach by referring to the applicable legal rules. Based on the results of the research it was found that the public prosecutors, judges and legal advisors in seeing a case had different points of view. The public prosecutors saw the defendants' mistakes from all aspects by using the teaching of causality conditio sine qua non, while from the point of view of the legal advisor as a defence the teaching of causality objective generalization and the judge as a case breaker uses the teaching of causality novus actus interveniens.
