Abstract

Jujitsu or known as IJI (Institute of Jujitsu Indonesia) is one of a branch of martial arts in Indonesia. In training Jujitsu is needed of a communication to explain and train the students. I don't know that communication, interpersonal or in groups. Dojo (Training Place) Wijaya Putra Surabaya is a place to practice with various kinds of people, whether it's from a wide range of rates ranging from sabang to merauke, a wide range of religion, a wide range of ages. With a variety of such differences can be seen how interpersonal communication that will be among the coaches and students at the arena that will cause some comparisons between one and others. The research is a research a qualitative descriptive, The use of research sort of descriptive set of qualitative is the right method to find out the results of research that aims to find out how interpersonal communication by coach to students with a way to explain using a reality so that the study be something definite. The results can be found by using the Social Penetration theory which has 4 stages, namely, orientasi, exploratory affective stage, affective stage, stable stage. Of those 5 (five) subject of three has reached the stage stable while two other reached the affective stage. Because a coach doing the first approach to the students it in a way to tell the history of training, joking and personal life so that the stable in the study. The subjects based on Purposive Sampling and data retrieval using Depth interview.

Abstract

This study concerns with flouting the conversational maxim as a creative process in making advertisement. The objective of this study is to know how the conversational maxim are flouted to produce a creative advertisements. The writer formulates the following statements: (1) What kinds of conversational maxims are flouted in the source of data? (2) How do the copywriters flout the maxims? (3) What creative process come out as the result? The writer applies the pragmatics theory to find the addresser and addressee, the context of the utterances, the goals of the utterances, and the act of the utterances. She applies the theory of conversational maxim proposed by H. P. Grice, the theory of communication and advertisements. From the study, she finds out that the copywriters flout the maxim of quality by giving wrong or illogical statement; the maxim of manner by giving ambiguous statement; the maxim of relevance by giving irrelevant response; and maxim of quantity by giving too much information. There are 12 kinds of creative process namely: to attract consumers, to create humorous effect, to incite imagination and curiosity, building image, to persuade people, to influence emotion, building the setting, delivering moral, efficiency in language use and the co-text support the message.

Abstract

The abundance of information flow in the modern era has brought a very big impact on human life. The entry of foreign cultures as a result of the globalization process can threaten the nation's cultural characteristics and values, including in the city of Yogyakarta. The culture in Yogyakarta City holds charm with local wisdom values, such as traditional dances, traditional music, traditional games, petitahs, regional motto/pantun, regional art performances, traditional culinary delights, folklore and so forth. But now people tend to understand the culture and appreciate it only on national holidays or certain celebrations. Thus it is very necessary to instil national values, especially in young children in TK Negeri 3 Suryoputran, Yogyakarta City using the method of reflection, discussion and simulation. It is hoped that innocent young children can practice and learn a regional culture in the midst of the widespread use of gadgets given by parents to children in the midst of their busy lives.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of Puskesmas medical professionals as communicators in implementation of Indonesia Sehat program with a family approach. Indonesia Sehat program is one of the government programs to improve quality of life of Indonesian people, which is part of the 5th agenda of the Nawa Cita program. In implementing the program, good communication skills of Puskesmas medical professionals is needed to explain the health status and nutritional status of the Indonesian people. The purpose of this study was to find the important role of communication skills for Puskesmas medical professionals and the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in the family approach undertaken by Puskesmas medical professionals. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of this study show that Puskesmas medical professionals should not treat their patients as clients in business matters, they must treat them with empathy and compassion by conducting good and effective communication for better health. Abstract

Abstract Online journal systems literacy and Google Scholar among Tarakanita College (STARKI) is carried out to bridge the process of transformation from print journals to online journals. Therefore, careful preparation needs to be done both in terms of resources and technical aspects, including lecturers as sources of manuscripts must understand how to work online, as well as the technical ability to manage journals online. The intended participants of this training activity were 34 lecturers and education staff consisting of administrators of the Jurnal Administrasi dan Kesekretarisan and the Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi and Bisnis, as well as permanent and non-permanent lecturers of STARKI. It is hoped that through mentoring to the STARKI team is the ability to work scientifically independently armed with an understanding of the mechanism of SINTA, ARJUNA, and Google Scholar (GS) and STARKI journals can obtain optimal accreditation. Furthermore, the STARKI journal can be a contribution to education in particular, for the wider community to enjoy the knowledge that can be justified.Keywords: Google Scholar; Literacy; Online Journal System; STARKI. Abstrak Literasi sistem jurnal berbasis daring dan Google Cendekia di Kalangan Akademisi Sekolah Tinggi Tarakanita (STARKI) dilakukan dengan tujuan sebagai menjembatani proses transformasi dari jurnal cetak menuju jurnal daring. Oleh karena itu, perlu persiapan matang baik dari sisi sumber daya maupun dari sisi teknis antara lain para dosen sebagai sumber produsen naskah harus memahami cara kerja daring, juga kemampuan teknis mengelola jurnal secara daring. Peserta yang dituju dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah 34 orang dosen dan tenaga kependidikan yang terdiri dari pengelola Jurnal Administrasi dan Kesekretarisan serta Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi dan Bisnis, serta dosen tetap maupun tidak tetap STARKI. Diharapkan melalui pembimbingan kepada tim STARKI adalah kemampuan untuk bekerja ilmiah secara mandiri berbekal pemahaman mekanisme SINTA, ARJUNA, dan Google Scholar (GS) dan jurnal STARKI dapat memperoleh akreditasi optimal. Selanjutnya, jurnal STARKI dapat menjadi salah satu sumbangan bagi pendidikan khususnya, bagi masyarakat luas dapat menikmati pengetahuan yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan kebenarannya.Kata Kunci: Google Cendekia; Jurnal Berbasis Daring; Literasi; STARKI.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out how PT. IMS Company dealt with the communication crisis and how it maintain its reputation and stability during the pre and post crisis of former employees in the company. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with a semi-structured interview in collecting the required data by interviewing 6 people consisting of 1 employee of the HRD section of PT. Ima Montaz Sejahtera and 5 people from the employees and former employees of PT. Ima Montaz Sejahtera, The theory used in this research was Situational Communication Crisis Theory (SCCT).In selecting the informants; this researched used purposive sampling method. The results showed that the company did such as socialization on the employees affected by the company. The socialization consisted of an independent business training program and severance pay. Furthermore, the company also determined to the strengthen relationship among employees by beginning to cooperate and invest on the business that have been set up by former employees. Keywords: Corporate; Reputation; Crisis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Covid-19 propaganda on the awareness of the people of Surabaya to participate in government work programs. The approach used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were people of the City of Surabaya, East Java, totaling 3,095,026 people, while the samples taken were 100 Surabaya people. The data source in this study is primary data where data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Data that has been collected will be tested for validity and reliability first. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis in this study shows that there is a significant influence between Coagraphic Propaganda 19 to Awareness.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the background of an active group in which the group is managed whole by the Elderly. Where we all know that the elderly will naturally experience aging as well as diminish in motor power and also reminders. This does not diminish or limit the elderly to continue positive activities and interact regularly with others in the group. In the elderly group of ismoyo located in Gogor Village, Jajartunggal sub-district, Wiyung sub district, Surabaya has been established in 2007 which has active activities such as diabetes gymnastics, race activities, karawitan activities, recreational activities, mass treatment and elderly healthy way. By having existence for 10 years and also existence of 6 active activities conducted by elderly group ismoyo hence this research aim to find out whether there is group dynamics at group of ismoyo elderly.This research uses qualitative research where the object of research taken is group dynamics and group of elderly ismoyo is object of research. The data collection techniques that researchers use are field observations, interviews, documents and literature study. Data processing techniques that researchers use include data examination, data classification and data preparation. Besides, as for the 6 key informants who have conducted in-depth interviews along with the researchers, it is related to the necessary accurate data support needed during the research process took place.So the results of this study is the group of elderly ismoyo is dynamic. This is evidenced by the absence of members or individuals who are dominant in the elderly group ismoyo. With the existence of many activities or activities that exist in the elderly group ismoyo opens opportunities for other members to lead in accordance with the ability possessed by each individual.Key words : Elderly groups, group dynamics, group communication

Abstract

This research would to answer the following research questions: how the patterns of use of social media in increasing sales satisfaction in the online store goldies hijab?      This research data overall obtained and collected through questionnaires, observation and documentation (written data) which was then analyzed using descriptive statistical methods then the conclusions drawn through quantitative techniques, with deductive mindset. The results of this study concluded:      First, when seen from awerness, patterns of use of social media to increase sales satisfaction in the online store goldies hijab in the category of neutral 50 respondents or 50%, this is because the pattern of use of social media has had a negative impact on importers and positive impact on the seller for profit ride. While as many as 45 respondents or 45% categorized as positive as negative impact if done. And as much as 5 or 5% of respondents categorized as negative, because the pattern of use of social media does not have a negative impact if not done.      Second, when seen from the interest, the pattern of use of social media to increase sales satisfaction in the online store goldies hijab in the category neuter as many as 40 respondents or 40%, this is because the pattern of use of social media has a negative impact on the material or materials production and positive impact on production as orders increase. While as many as 55 respondents or 55% categorized as positive as negative impact if done. And as much as 5 or 5% of respondents categorized as negative, because the pattern of use of social media does not have a negative impact if not done.      Third, when seen from the desire, the pattern of use of social media to increase sales satisfaction in the online store goldies hijab in the category of neutral as much as 65 respondents or 65%, this is because the pattern of use of social media has had a negative impact on the desire to have a product and a positive impact on menjul desire a product. While as many as 33 respondents or 33% categorized as positive as negative impact if done. And as much as 2 or 2% of respondents categorized as negative, because the pattern of use of social media does not have a negative impact if not done.      Fourth, when viewed from the action, media usage patterns sosialdalam increase sales satisfaction in the online store goldies hijab. In the neutral category by 56 respondents or 56%, this is because the pattern of use of social media has had a negative impact on the actions of buyers and positive impact on the selling action. While as many as 44 respondents or 44% categorized as positive as negative impact if done. And as much as 0 or 0% of respondents categorized as negative, because the pattern of use of social media does not have a negative impact if not done.Keywords: AIDA, Online Marketing, Social Media

Abstract

Changes in the role of local government as stipulated in Law No. 23/2014 on Local Government, demanding the role of public services for quality local government to the community. In addition, the demand for public services as the rights of citizens who have direct access to the Government brings impacts on climate change in the Local Government, especially as a state servant and community service. Especially when associated with one of the factors that affect the success of an organization, which is oriented to the public service, namely its success in performing the service function to the public (public service) either in the form of goods or services in accordance with the desired needs. The phenomenon that occurs in the fishing community shows that, the level of welfare of life is low. Difficulties in overcoming the problems of daily living and poverty have made people in fishing villages have to bear the burden of life that can not be ascertained when the end. As a result of poverty, there is a difficulty in accessing services in the field of basic social services from the Government which includes food, education and health. Keywords: People's Appreciation, Poverty, Government
