This article explores Temanten.id start up Apps is a Social Enterprise Business Network focusing on collaborative efforts of young people to strengthen business resilience and sustainability. The case study approach builds on previous studies (Adler & Clark, 1991; Leonard-Barton, 1992; Von Hippel & Tire, 1995; and Hoopes & Postrel, 1999). Case studies on 216 new businesses founded by 610 students from 60 universities throughout Indonesia to become new entrepreneurs. This research aims to analyze the causality between transportation infrastructure and economic growth in Indonesia using Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) with data from 1990-2020. The results show that there is a two-way causality between road and air transportation infrastructure and economic growth. Additionally, there is also a two-way causality between economic growth and gross fixed capital formation with road and air transportation infrastructure. The findings indicate that road transportation infrastructure, air transportation, and gross fixed capital formation have a significant influence on economic growth in both the short and long term. Furthermore, air transportation infrastructure, road transportation infrastructure, and economic growth also have a significant influence on gross fixed capital formation in both the short and long term. This research also found that economic growth and gross fixed capital formation have a significant influence on road and air transportation infrastructure. Therefore, these results can provide input for the government in determining transportation infrastructure development policies that can support economic growth and gross fixed capital formation in Indonesia.

Kinerja pegawai adalah hasil atau kinerja pegawai yang dinilai dari segi kualitas dan komitmen berdasarkan standar kerja yang ditetapkan oleh organisasi atau perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi melalui komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, 4) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi melalui komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. pengaruh lingkungan kerja melalui komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT PKJ Gresik yang berjumlah 91 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) kompetensi pegawai yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan lebih baik, 2) lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan lebih baik, 3) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh sebagai variabel yang memediasi hubungan antara kompetensi dan kinerja karyawan, dan 4) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh sebagai variabel yang memediasi hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan

Dengan banyaknya lonjak tingkat kesadaran dan gaya hidup setiap orang dalam melakukan perawatan wajah dan kulit tubuh membuat banyak pula klinik perawatan wajah dan tubuh bermunculan. Dalam masa pandemi saat ini Ms Glow harus mempunyaistrategi pemasaran yang baik dan tepat untuk dapat bertahan di dalam persaingan industri perawatan kulit di Indonesia, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor pemasaran untuk menarik minat beli konsumen atau calon konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image, harga, dan promosisecara langsung terhadap minat beli konsumen, dan pengaruh brand image, harga, dan promosi secara tidak langsung terhadap minat beli konsumen dimediasi oleh gaya hidup.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Provinsi Papua Barat dilihar dari sisi ekonomi, efesiensi dan efektifitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskriptif, penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Papua Barat dengan strudi kasus pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP), dalam penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data adalah diskriptif kuantitatif dengan rumus menghitung tingkat ekonomi, fesiensi dan efektifitas Hasil perhitungan menunjukan (1) dari sisi ekonomis bahwa pengelolaan keuangan pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dalam lima tahun adalah rata-rata sebesar 92% dan tergolong ekonomis (2) dari sisi efesiensi pengelolaan keuangan pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu efesien dalam pengelolaan anggaran karena berada pada kriteria ≤ 60 %.

The purpose of this article is to propose and discuss a Qualitative Data Analysis Guide: Manual Data Analysis Procedures that can be carried out independently by each researcher according to the character of the qualitative method used. Due to the realistic problems faced by qualitative researchers including: (1) Excessive reliance on qualitative software packages, (2) Excess words due to the line-by-line approach (3) Coding using a pre-formed framework, (4) Difficulty in maintaining the integrity of each respondent stories (5) The full potential of data is not exploited (6) Data analysis as an individual process. The author offers a guide to qualitative data analysis: Manual Data Analysis Procedures (MDAP) as a data analysis method that is comprehensive and systematic but not rigid; provide a space that stimulates intuition and creativity as optimally and as fully as possible. This method allows researchers to come out of their isolation and the analysis process is seen as a team activity rather than a purely individual process in order to facilitate the qualitative data analysis process, although it cannot guarantee the quality of the analysis. This method is proposed as a guiding tool rather than as a strict procedure or technique that step by step must be implemented correctly, the skills of the researcher and the general quality of the research team remain the most important components of a successful analysis process. It is very important to consider the data analysis process as a team activity, as long as the research process is not exaggerated, let alone based on conflicts of interest, funding, then whatever research results cannot be applied.

The internal dynamics of business families show that family firms are unique in their learning opportunities and educational needs for various reasons: (1) the long time span of family involvement in the business (2) the participating parties have different interests and roles for each to play. in companies and families everything is important to the company's functioning of the business (3) members of the same family work together, they may experience strong emotions from filial love and parental altruism, to personal hostility stemming from early sibling rivalry. The focus of our research is on concentrating on matters of complexity and scale, where the family plays a major management and ownership role, and where there is an intention to do so maintain constancy within the family. With a phenomenological approach and the object of our research is a gold shop in Jombang which has reached 3 generations and was founded in 1948. Using manual data analysis procedures, this research found that in maintaining the life cycle of a family business there are two main points: (1) family business managed by family members and in important positions, familiar with the business environment so that generational transfer can be prepared gradually, without coercion and careers proceed according to indirect procedures at the top level. (2) a marketing strategy which requires flexibility in work patterns, time and network expansion. Apart from that, it must also keep up with the times by prioritizing customer satisfaction so that it will create positive communication and don't forget to innovate by not carrying out centralized control and must maintain a good name.

This study aims to explain the role of accrual-based SAP implementation in mediating the influence of communication climate antecedents that affect the performance of regional financial management information systems directly and indirectly. the research approach uses quantitative, with random sampling techniques distributing 100 questionnaires to employees of the planning and finance sections in 10 Jambi Regional Government Organizations. data analysis Path Least Square with SMARTPLS software. the results of these findings indicate that the climate directly affects SIPKD Performance unaccepted, while indirectly accepted full mediation. This shows that the role of mediation is key to SIPKD performance in local government. further research can develop hypotheses on the simultaneous influence of the communication climate and the implementation of accrual-based SAP on SIPKD performance.

One of the policies of the Central Government through the Ministry of Public Works is the existence of the Community-Based Environmental Sanitation Special Allocation Fund Program in the provision of infrastructure and facilities for residential wastewater, waste and drainage for low-income communities in densely populated, slum and sanitation-prone environments, which is implemented through the activities of the Community-Based Sanitation Special Allocation Fund, which is an initiative to promote the provision of infrastructure and facilities for residential wastewater, waste and drainage that are community-based with a needs response approach. Selokbesuki Village is one of 10 villages that are prioritized to receive the Special Allocation Fund in the sanitation sector through selection, which must meet specific criteria, general criteria, and technical criteria. Selokbesuki Village is regionally located in the Lumajang city area where the infrastructure of sanitation is still inadequate and the decent category has not yet reached the safe category. With the aim of knowing the Implementation of the Individual Septic Tank Sanitation DAK Program in Selokbesuki Village and to find out what factors hinder the Implementation of the Individual Septic Tank Sanitation DAK Program in Selokbesuki Village. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, the data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation, the implementation of the Individual Septic Tank Sanitation DAK Program in Selokbesuki village is carried out by the Self-Managed Implementation Team of the Berkah Jaya Community Self-Help Group [TPS KSM] which consists of local residents. Implementation of activities through three stages of fund disbursement, namely Phase I budget 25% physical target achievement 12 units, Phase II budget 45% physical target 23 units and phase III 30% physical target 15 units. The implementation went quite smoothly and was completed at the specified time even though there were obstacles in changing builders and delays in disbursement of funds at each stage of disbursement.

The current phenomenon is that few small and medium-sized enterprises contribute to international trade. Meanwhile, advances in information communication technology can be a marketing tool that is able to reach the territorial boundaries of a country that has not been utilized optimally by small and medium businesses. This research wants to inform the problems and involvement of SMEs in international trade e-commerce. The purpose of the study is to describe SMEs in Depok that utilize e-commerce for export purposes and to find out the obstacles and opportunities of SMEs in Depok in utilizing e-commerce for export purposes. The research was conducted in the city of Depok, West Java. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive phenomenology method. Data collection by conducting structured interviews with SMEs through the distribution of questionnaires to four small and medium enterprises recommended by the Depok Regional Government. The results of the study found that small and medium enterprises in Depok, West Java have not taken advantage of international trade e-commerce for export purposes because they face several obstacles, namely limited knowledge about export e-commerce, limited labor that masters export e-commerce, inability to provide partners according to e-commerce requirements abroad, inability to update information continuously (website administration) and inability to serve consumer demand at all times due to time zone differences. Meanwhile, opportunities in the use of e-commerce for export purposes will arise from the policy of internationalizing SME products, the government's strategy to encourage exports with e-commerce and digital literacy training for SMEs. This is a positive opportunity for SMEs to improve their ability to utilize international trade e-commerce for export purposes. The government needs to find solutions to obstacles for SMEs in the use of international trade e-commerce for export purposes. This research proves that the digitalization of SMEs for export purposes has not been optimally programmed.
