Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Menggala Village and identify factors that influence the process, both supporting and inhibiting. By using a descriptive method, this study describes the phenomenon of ADD management systematically and objectively, without testing or controlling variables. The results of the study are expected to provide valuable input for the village government in improving the effectiveness of ADD management for the welfare of the community. This study adopts the theory of Community-Based Development (CBD) and Participatory Budgeting (PB), which emphasizes the importance of community participation in the planning and management of ADD through Musrenbangdes. In addition, this study also shows the role of social capital and adaptive governance, which facilitate mutual cooperation and flexibility in managing development projects. The use of digital technology in financial reporting and the implementation of multi-layered governance and e-government support transparency and accountability. Overall, this study concludes that the application of participatory and transparent principles in ADD management contributes to increasing the effectiveness of village development. This approach not only strengthens public trust but also increases community involvement, creating more inclusive and sustainable development in Menggala Village.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of financial attitudes, financial behavior and financial literacy on the interest in saving of members of the Susila Bhakti Civil Service Cooperative. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through distributing questionnaires. Questionnaire measurements use a Likert scale with a scale from 1-5. The selection of respondents used a non-probability sampling method, namely sampling used by researchers accidentally or who happened to meet the researcher at that time. Determining the number of samples used the Slovin formula with the number of respondents used being 70 respondents. The data analysis technique used to assist this research uses the SPSS version 18 model. The results of this research are that all the variables studied including financial attitudes, financial behavior and financial literacy have a positive and significant influence on interest in saving, and financial literacy is able to moderate financial attitudes. on the interest in saving of members of the Susila Bhakti Civil Servant Cooperative. Members of the Civil Servant Cooperative are expected to always be wise in responding and behaving with their finances and can increase their financial literacy in order to stimulate interest in saving. Abstract

African catfish (Clarias gariepinus) is a type of freshwater fish that can grow and develop well because it can be cultivated on limited land. Currently, African catfish cultivation has developed rapidly because the cultivation and marketing technology is relatively easy for the community, and the funding required is relatively small. Catfish has advantages compared to other fish, namely faster growth, economical price and high nutritional content. Catfish is a type of consumption fish that has promising prospects because it has a fairly high level of market uptake. This research aims to determine the performance of African catfish cultivation in concrete ponds. This research activity was carried out in June-July 2023 at the Lingsar Fish Seed Center (BBI), West Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The data collection techniques used in this research were descriptive methods and field observations. The results obtained are that African catfish cultivation activities include pond preparation, selection and stocking of seeds, the grow-out process where this grow-out process includes feed management, water quality management and health management of African catfish. Next, growth observations were carried out where growth for 21 days could provide significant results, which can be seen from the absolute weight and length obtained, namely 1.101 grams and a length of 6.3 cm. Previously, the initial average weight of farmed fish was 5.4 grams. After 21 days of rearing, the final average weight was 18.6 grams. Then the FCR value obtained was 0.8 and SR 88%. Meanwhile, for optimal maintenance water quality, the maintenance temperature range is around 26-28°C, pH is around 6.6-8.2 and DO is around 47.5-9.8 mg/l. From these data it can be said that catfish cultivation has been successful

Abstract

This reseach was conducted at PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. The aim of this reseach is to analyze and explain finansial performance as measured by the Current Ratio (CR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) at PT. Astra Internasional Tbk, through financial report analysis of the company’s ability to fulfill its obligations and the results achieved from its operational activities, the type of research carried out is descriptive reseach. The results of descriptive and statistical analysis showed that PT. Astra Internasional Tbk’s Current ratio is in poor condition, this indicates that the company has not been able to pay short-term obligations or debts that are due. The Net Profit Margin is in poor condition, this indicates that the company has not been able to maximize net profit from the company’s operational activities.

Abstract

The mining sector is one of the supports for the welfare of the Indonesian people. Therefore, mining activities must be carried out according to procedures and have legality as applicable regulations. Criminal liability for perpetrators of mineral and coal mining crime Analysis of Decision Number 123/Pid.B/LH/2023/PN Pya is that the defendant has been proven guilty and fulfills the elements in Article 160 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2020 concerning amendments to Law Number 4 of 2009 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining. Criminal liability for case Number 123/Pid.B/LH/2023/PN Pya that the Defendant has been proven guilty and meets the elements in Article 160 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2020 concerning amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2009 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining, namely the provision that Every person who has an IUP or IUPK at the Exploration activity stage but carries out Production Operation activities shall be punished with a maximum imprisonment of 5 (five) years and a maximum fine of IDR 100,000,000,000.00 (one hundred billion rupiah). When associated with the maximum penalty, the penalty imposed on the Defendant is still relatively low because mining without a permit is a very serious case and has a major impact on the state and society. The judge's consideration in imposing a criminal sentence based on juridical and non-juridical considerations, the judge decided that the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of 7 (seven) months and a fine of Rp. 20,000,000.00 (twenty million rupiah) subsidair 2 (two) months.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how repressive the police officers acted towards the masses during the demonstrations and what factors were the obstacles for the police officers in dealing with the masses while the demonstrations were taking place. This research is library research, namely using data in the form of books, laws, articles, journals and other literature related to the title, while the technique and data collection is by collecting various ideas, theories and concepts from various literature which focuses on the process. comparison between propositions, articles or other laws. The approach methods used in this research are the statutory approach, the conceptual approach and the case approach. The results of the research show that the actions of the police towards the masses who were protesting often occurred repressive actions and this happened because the police sometimes had several obstacle factors that could not be handled directly because the demonstrators often went on a rampage and inevitably the law enforcers, especially the The police often spontaneously carry out repressive actions against the masses and exceed the applicable provisions and regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the analysis of Comparative Studies of Entrepreneurial Success in VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) Entrepreneurs in Buleleng Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques using structured interview techniques to extract information and documentation techniques to collect a number of documents as information data material, namely sound recordings and photographs to make conclusions and data analysis. The source triangulation technique is used as a data validity technique by asking several questions to the sources so that conclusions can be drawn from the answers that have been given. Data analysis techniques used in this study using SWOT analysis, namely strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats. The results of the study analyzed the entrepreneurial success of VCO products in Buleleng Regency from internal and external factors, which is said to be successful is Bali Pure VCO. From the S-O strategy where this strategy uses the strengths of the company, to take advantage of its great opportunities. This can be seen from the situation and condition of the company that is being run, which has followed the development of technology by using large industrial machines and unique packaging techniques and maintained sterilization. In addition, Bali Pure products have also innovated a lot by utilizing coconut fruit not only as pure coconut oil but also as a bath soap product with a variety of natural aromas

Abstract

Divorce is still the path chosen by most people to end the marital ties that have existed. The high divorce rate needs to be a common concern to reduce and prevent this. Premarital formation is an effort to prevent divorce and realize the goals of marriage in Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. This research aims to determine pre-marital coaching efforts to achieve marriage goals by the North City KUA, Gorontalo City. This research is classified as empirical legal research with a comparative approach. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature studies which are then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research results show that efforts to provide premarital guidance to achieve marriage goals by the North City KUA of Gorontalo City have not been optimal because even though the North City KUA has provided active premarital guidance, the divorce rate is still there, although the number has decreased.

Abstract

In the study it’s described implementation of poverty alleviation by using new approach namely dimention and type of “policy network. The study method used is mixed method, integration of quantitative and qualitative. The result of study showed that poor household shoud be identified by Integrated Data Base (IDB) which focus on 40 percent of household group which have lowest welfare rate by using Decil (D) approach namely D1 to D4. Meanwhile, acceleration of poverty alleviation its connected with 7 dimentions of policy network namely actors, function, stucture, institutionalisation, power relations, rule of conduct, and actor strategies and each dimention is heterogen.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived organizational support and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as an intervening variable (case study at LPK Monarch Bali Dalung). The population of this study were all employees of LPK Monarch Bali Dalung. Respondents were determined using the saturated sample method, where the entire population was used as a sample, namely 44 people. The research analysis technique is to test the research hypothesis using `path analysis. The results of the analysis show that perceived organizational support and organizational culture influence organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment influences organizational citizenship behavior. The results of other research found that organizational commitment can act as an intervening variable on the influence of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment has not been able to act as an intervening variable in the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. The suggestions from this research are that it is hoped that the management of LPK Monarch Bali Dalung can increase perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, organizational culture in an effort to increase organizational citizenship behavior
