Abstract

 The involvement of the DPR in filling positions The Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court have the potential to create a number of new problems in the context of the Indonesian state administration. One example is the increase in the authority of the DPR and is very decisive in the selection and determination process of Supreme Court Justices and Constitutional Justices, where this often leads to excesses, namely the occurrence of politicization, collusion and nepotism. In this research, two problems are formulated as follows: first, how is the power position of the DPR involved in filling the Supreme Court and Constitutional Justices in the Indonesian constitutional system?; Second, has this involvement been in line with the principles and principles of power sharing and checks and balances? The methodology used in this research is a normative research method using secondary data sourced from legal materials, while the approach is carried out using a conceptual approach, a case approach and legislation. From the results of this study, several conclusions can be drawn, among others, first, with the involvement of the DPR in filling the positions of supreme justices and constitutional judges as part of the demands for reform that gave birth to transitional democracy after the fall of the New Order regime. Second, the involvement of the DPR institution is a deviation from the principle of power sharing, and does not reflect the principle of checks and balances, because the legislature plays a very important role in determining state agency officials, starting from the selection process to determining officials, while the role of the President is only to inaugurate and ratify officials who has been approved by the DPR.

Abstract

Tabanan Regency is one of the regencies/cities in Bali Province which has great potential in the agricultural sector. The area of agricultural land in Subak Gede Yeh Nu, Gubug Village, Tabanan District, Tabanan Regency as a whole was recorded at 598 (Ha). Where it is divided into three subaks, namely: Subak Gubug I the land area is recorded at 189 (Ha) or 31.61% of the total land area, the land area for Subak Gubug II is recorded at 255 (Ha) or 42.64% of the total area. land as a whole. The land area for Subak Gubug III is 154 (Ha) or 25.75% of the total land area. The phenomenon of land area in Subak Gede Yeh Nu, Gubug Village, Tabanan District, Tabanan Regency, is the amount of agricultural land that is converted to the housing sector (property) which has an impact on the land area which is getting narrower every year.The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of capital, labor, and land area on the rice production of farmers in Subak Gede Yeh Nu, Gubug Village, Tabanan District, either partially or simultaneously. Sampling in this study was carried out using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique, as many as 95 farmers in Subak Gede Yeh Nu, Gubug Village, Tabanan District. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that capital, labor, and land area partially had a significant and positive effect on farmers' grain production in Subak Gede Yeh Nu, Gubug Village, Tabanan District. Furthermore, capital, labor, and land area simultaneously significantly affect the grain production of farmers in Subak Gede Yeh Nu, Gubug Village, Tabanan District, with F count 169.15 > F table 2.705.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the price and promotions singinificant effect on purchasing decision kerupuk rumput laut UD. Harkat Makmur in partial or simultan. This associative research study was conducted. The study employed a non probability sampling with insidental sampling technique by involving 50 respondents as the samples. Data analysis method in this study use multiple linier regression analysis. The result  of the study show price and promotions have significant effect on purchasing decision kerupuk rumput laut UD. Harkat Makmur in partial or simultan.

Abstract

Scheduling in the sense of a construction project is a tool to determine the activities needed to complete a project in a certain sequence and time frame, where each activity must be carried out so that the project is completed on time at an economical cost. In this study, the researcher evaluates the reasonableness of the contractor's schedule with the researcher's schedule from the Microsoft Project.This study was conducted to analyze the reasonableness of the contractor's schedule whether the contractor's schedule is in accordance with the reality on the ground. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of working drawings and s curves. Analysis of this schedule using the Microsoft project application. Data analysis is carried out by making basic assumptions of building construction, creating a scope of work, making work durations, making relationships between jobs and then analyzing them in the Microsoft project application.The criteria for the fairness of the schedule are seen from the order of work, work items and work duration. The results showed that of the four contractor schedules at SDN 5 Sokong that met the fair criteria, only the CV UTAMA schedule

Abstract

In the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, farming on a large area of land requires a lot of human interaction so it is not safe for all the people involved, as is the case with the residents of BTN Pengsong Indah. Farming with polybag land media with a drip irrigation system is expected to help the community in the environment, so that people can still do farming at home to help food security during pandemic times. This study aims to determine the distribution of drip irrigation, discharge, uniformity and distribution patterns at each land level. The research area is 1.5 m x 3 m x 2 m and the distance between the levels is 1 m, the water source has a capacity of 150 liters, the height is 3.3 m and the drip pipe is 12mm NTF pipe. The data analyzed were irrigation volume, uniformity and discharge associated with irrigation patterns.The results showed that the drip irrigation system was able to provide discharge on the 1st floor (Q1) = 304.4 ml/min, 2nd floor (Q2) = 230.8 ml/min and 3rd floor (Q3) = 147.2 ml/min. The planting point discharge on the 1st floor (q1) ranges from 12.47ml/min -12.89 ml/min, on the q2 floor it is around 9.5 ml/min-9.73 ml/min and the q3 floor is 6.13 ml/min . The uniformity of drip irrigation for each level above 95% is very high. The irrigation distribution is where the higher the level of the irrigation system, the lower the irrigation capacity of the system with a deviation of about 2.5 ml/min -3.5 ml/min

Abstract

Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) of Community Health Center is an indicator for community to assess services quality and services performance of Community Health Center. The study which is refered to “Permenpan dan RB Nomor 14 Tahun 2017” carried out in 2021 at all Community Health Center in Mataram City. The aim of study is to analysis CSI value, quality services and services performance and correlation between CSI and accreditation status of Community Health Services. The study method used is descriptive with quantitative approach. The result of the study indicated that average value CSI of Community Health Services in Mataram City amount of 77.23 with “B” quality services and “Good” services performance. There is no correlation between CSI and accreditation status of Community Health Services.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are a new approach in an effort to improve the village economy based on the needs and potential of the village. Through this approach BUMDes is expected to be able to stimulate, facilitate and protect the economic activities of rural communities. This role is expected to be sustainable in the long term. Theoretically, the sustainability of an activity is determined by basic activities, namely activities that have a local economic strength base, are able to absorb labor and have competitiveness. Through a qualitative research approach, it was found that the management of BUMDes in Badrain Village has been running well, in the sense that it is able to help empower the community's economy, and can create jobs for the community. In addition, the Savings and Loans Business Unit BUMDes Desa Badrain plays a role in increasing community income by providing capital assistance to develop businesses owned/open new businesses. Furthermore, the BUMDes of Badrain Village has been able to provide PADes to the village. In carrying out its role in realizing the aims and objectives of the establishment of BUMDes, there are several obstacles faced by BUMDes in Badrain Village, both internal and external constraints, internal constraints occur, namely limited capital, high market competition, and the quality of human resources is still lacking.

Abstract

The National Police as an institution and part of the chess dynasty of law enforcement is an institution that has an important and strategic role in the law enforcement process. Through the organization and the processes that take place in it, society accepts the embodiment of legal goals. Justice, for example, is no longer an abstract concept, but is actually given to members of the community in the form of ratification of certain actions. Legal certainty is realized through judges' decisions which reject vigilante acts committed by community members. Order and security become something real through police actions organized by the Police agency.The role of legal regulations is quite large in relation to the implementation of the regulations carried out by law enforcers. In a tone that may be a bit extreme, it can be said that the success or failure of law enforcers in carrying out their duties has actually started since the legal regulations that must be implemented are made. With the increase in increasingly sophisticated technology in the field of public security and safety, Police agencies can now rely on computer-operated devices to record and examine various matters relating to public order and crime more accurately and precisely. Investigation of criminal cases and violations that have become real/factual threats (AF) is the duty and responsibility of the police to the community in the field of law enforcement. So that the investigation process carried out by the police does not violate the law and human rights, there are three important principles that must be upheld and adhered to by every police officer, namely: the principle of presumption of innocence, the right to be tried fairly and respect for the dignity and privacy of everyone

Abstract

This study is qualitative research that aims to determine the effect of the game Genshin Impact on the English skills of the players. The ability referred to in this study is limited to the ability to write and read. Correspondents in this study were 20 players of the Genshin Impact game between the ages of 16 – 36 years consisting of 19 male players and 1 female player. The method of data collection was done by using a closed interview method. Then, the information collected will then be analyzed in depth and detail using a grounded theory approach to see the relationship between playing Genshin Impact and the players' English (reading and writing) abilities. The results of this study are true that Genshin Impact has an influence on the English skills of the players although it is not significant

Abstract

Ground kale (Ipomoea Reptans Poir) is one of the agricultural commodities that can be traded at a relatively expensive price. Spinach plants that are relatively resistant to drought andhave a broad adaptability to varius growing environmental conditions, estimated at 2-3 times per year so that the cash flow of the vegetable business will be faster. An incease in demand with demands for better quality vegetable commodities, as well as more guaranteed survival. The estimated annual vegetable demand rate of 8% is good for consumption in the contry, import substitution and in increasing export opportunities. Regulating plant density to a certain extent, the plants can utilize the growing environment efficiently, and the inorganic fertilizer becauseit has a Nitrogen (N) content of 46%. Where nitrogen is a major component of varius important substances in plant. About 40% of the protoplasm content consists of nitrogen compounds used by plants to form amino acid  compounds that are comperted into proteins, chlorophyll,nucleic acids and enzymes.This study was conducted to determine the effect of spacing and dose of N as well as its intrinsic growth and yield of ground water spinach plants,and was carried out in the Subak Tungkub Mengwi region, Mengwi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, with a height of ± 400 m above sea level. The study began from December 8, 2020 until Januari 5, 2021 for 28 days from planting seeds to harvest. This study uses a randomized blok design (RBD) consisting of two factor. The first factor is plant spacing (J) and the second factor is the dose of Urea (U), each treatment is repeated three times.The economical oven dry weight of plants at the distance of plant spacing with the average oven dry weight of economic clump-1 was 5,25 g, with the highest value indicated in the treatment (J1) was 5,34 g while the highest value of Urea dose was shown at dose (U2) of 7,74 g increasing 23,84% compared to the oven dry weight of the lowest clump-1 economy of 6,25 g
