Abstract

Human resources that are managed properly will determine whether a company is successful or not. With good human resources, employees will feel comfortable and safe, so as to reduce the level of turnover intention in the company. This research has a purpose to determine the effect between work-life balance and career development on employee turnover intention at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali, using sampling technique, wich are called simple random sampling. So that the sample done as 78 employees. Data assessment techniques in this research carried out use descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test and hypothesis testing. This research shows that “work-life balance at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention, as seen from the results of the t test with a significance value of 0.045. While career development has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention seen from the results of the t test with a significance value of 0.026. Work-life balance and career development have a simultaneous effect seen from the results of the f test with a significance value of 0.006”.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Net Proft Margin (NPM) on share prices in banks registered in LQ45 for the 2019 - 2022 period. The data used in this research is based on secondary data in the form of quantitative data. The research instrument used to measure this research uses a table listing the variable indicators Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Price Earning Ratio (PER). The population of this research is all banks registered in LQ45 for 28 years, namely from 2019-2022. The samples in this research are 4 years each, so the total sample in this research is 20 years, namely from 2019 to 2022. The sampling technique used in this research is a non-probability sampling technique. The data collection techniques used in this research are documentation and literature study. The documentation intended in this research is financial reports and annual reports for banks registered in LQ45. The data analysis technique in this research is using the classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, t Test, and F Test. The research results show that the variables Return On Assets (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have no effect on stock prices (PER).

Abstract

Development of automotive industry in Indonesian market opens up opportunities for automotive companies to enter it. This phenomenon has caused intense competition in the automotive sector, including in the workshop industry. To build a sustainable business, it is crucial for workshop industry to develop a long term relationships with customers to enhance their customer loyalty and competitive advantage. Therefore, study was conducted regarding the impact of price and service quality to customer loyalty. Population of this research is customers who use car maintenance services at the Auto2000 Sanur workshop in 2023. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling method, concentrating on customers who do not use certain service packages. Primary data was gathered by giving questionnaires to 389 participants via social media. The data collected was studied with multiple regression using SPSS software. Findings of the research indicate that both price and service quality have a positive and significant influence to customer loyalty, both partially and simultaneously with a large influence of 86.7%, where the rest is affected by other factors that are not addressed in this study.

Abstract

The increase in population impacts the need for space in Denpasar City. In this study, the need for space is related to the need for housing. A misalignment of the economic level of the community follows the high demand for residential space. This eventually led to the problem of the slum phenomenon. This research was conducted to determine the characteristics and causes of slums in the Denpasar City Area with a case study of Jalan Karya Makmur, North Denpasar. This research uses a qualitative method approach with a naturalistic paradigm. The data used was obtained directly by carrying out observations and documentation at the research location. Data collection techniques use non-participant observation techniques which are carried out by observing while understanding and analyzing the phenomena contained in the research location. Based on the research obtained that the characteristics of slums seen from the condition of the building have a high density and use semi-permanent materials, at the location of the use of clean water comes from drilled wells and is used together, environmental roads tend not to use pavement, drainage is not able to drain water properly, waste conditions are not managed properly, household waste is directly channeled into existing channels and lack of protection against fire hazards. The factors that cause slums are residential density, economic capacity of the community, flammable building materials, and lack of public awareness in environmental management.

Abstract

Increasing good performance can provide additional benefits for the company, where it attracts investors to increase capital in the hope that the company can develop well and generate optimal profits. Profit is an increase in an investor's wealth as a result of investment after deducting related costs. By using associative research methods, this research aims to determine the effect of net profit margin (NPM), return on assets (ROA), and inventory turnover (ITO) on changes in profits at PT. Akasha Wira Internasional Tbk. The research used a population of 16 years from 2007-2022, and the research sample was 10 years from 2012-2022 using the purposive sampling method. The analytical methods used include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, and determination. Based on the hypothesis, the results of the analysis state that net profit margin does not have a positive effect on changes in profit, return on assets also does not have a positive effect on changes in profit, but inventory turnover has a positive effect on changes in profit. The results of the F test analysis show that there is a simultaneous influence between NPM, ROA and ITO on changes in profits, meaning that these three variables together have a positive effect on changes in profits

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect Store Atmosphere And Visual Merchandising To Impulse Buying On Mr. Diy Bima City, which is measured by the Partial test (t Test) and Simultaneous Test (F Test). The population in this study is all consumers in the Bima City Area. The sampling technique uses the method purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. The research results show that: 1) a. Store Atmosphere have a significant effect on Impulse Buying At MR DIY Bima City; Visual Marchandising have a significant effect on Impulse Buying At MR DIY Bima City. Abstract

Hydrological analysis is the most important measurement in determining runoff in order to find ways to overcome flooding. The flow rate that is the basis for calculating flood control and protection is the planned flood flow rate obtained from the sum of the volume of rain runoff and the flow rate of the water catchment area in question during a certain return period. This research is a case study using rainfall data for 10 years, namely 2014-2023. Rainfall prediction is an estimate of the amount of rain that will fall in a river basin. There are several methods for determining annual rainfall, the Gumbel distribution method, Pearson log type III, and the normal method. After analyzing the annual rainfall data obtained at the West Lombok Regency Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency office, using three methods, namely the EJ Gumbel method, the Log Person Type III method and the Normal method, where from the three methods the maximum rainfall difference was quite large, In the following table you can see the difference in the amount of maximum rainfall in the return period T years.

Abstract

This research examines food cost control at The St. Regis Bali Resort uses the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO) framework which includes five main components of internal control. The study revealed that although the resort implemented a comprehensive control system, there were some gaps between implementation and ideal food cost control practices. The main findings show the existence of food cost variances caused by ineffective and inefficient controls. Several important factors that contribute to this problem include: delays in sending market lists and purchase requisitions from the kitchen to the purchasing department, receiving invoices that do not match the purchase order, and receiving scribbled notes from suppliers. This research also identified non-compliance with standard procedures in the process of purchasing and receiving food ingredients. For example, the purchasing department sometimes makes purchases outside the specified suppliers, while the goods receiving department faces price inconsistencies from suppliers. These gaps hinder the achievement of optimal food cost control targets and have the potential to affect the company's financial stability. This study emphasizes the importance of implementing a tighter and more consistent internal control system to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of food cost control at The St. Regis Bali Resort

Abstract

  Legal protection is an obligation that must be fulfilled by the government to provide a sense of security to the public, one of which is legal protection in the field of copyright relating to musical works of art. This research is motivated by the many cases that occur in society related to copyright violations in the music sector, namely illegal song covers via the YouTube platform and other social media, content creators or YouTubers earn income from the adsens of the videos they upload while on the other hand this detrimental to the songwriters or copyright holders of the song. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the legal protection for songwriters for covering acts via social media platforms based on copyright law, what actions can be taken by songwriters for covering acts via social media platforms based on copyright law, This research was conducted using a normative method using a statute approach and a conceptual approach and a problem approach. The results of this study provide legal protection for songwriters for cover acts through the YouTube platform based on Law No. 28 of 2014 and preventive efforts made by the government through the Ministry of Communication and Information (Kemenkominfo) to regulate YouTube channels or other social media by blocking them and then applying pressure (repression) such as compensation to requesting a stop to illegal cover activities of the works produced.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Working Capital Turnover (WCT) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk during the period from 2011 to 2022. The data used in this study are secondary data in quantitative form. The research instrument used includes tables covering current assets, total assets, current liabilities, total liabilities, total equity, sales, and net profit after tax. The population for this study covers 15 years (2008-2022), with a sample of 12 years (2011-2022). The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection methods involve documentation and literature review. The data analysis techniques employed include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests.The results of the analysis indicate that WCT has a significant partial effect on ROA, suggesting that the efficiency of working capital utilization affects the company's ability to generate profit from its total assets. Additionally, DER also has a significant partial effect on ROA, indicating that the company's capital structure influences its profitability. WCT and DER together have a significant simultaneous effect on ROA. This study contributes to understanding the factors influencing corporate financial performance and their relevance in managerial decision-making.
