Abstract

Technology is a symbol of progress in the development of the era. Technology changes the pattern of activities in a person's daily life. Many people use and manage their finances online because of its convenience, starting from savings, buying and selling transactions, In the field of investment, there is a lot of fraud due to lack of knowledge and people who are easily tempted by the returns offered, these reasons underlie the need for each individual to understand financial literacy before taking investment action. The purpose of this study was to examine how Social Media and financial literacy affect investment interest of FEB UNRAM students. With 96 respondents, this study used an associative quantitative methodology using a questionnaire for data collection and SPSS program for data processing. The results showed that financial knowledge and technology (Social Media) have a positive and substantial influence on investment interest. Furthermore, technology and financial literacy factors have an influence of 35% of the total influence, while the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether Digital Marketing, Digital Accounting Basics measured by E-commerce, E-commerce Applications, Benefits of E-Commerce in the business world, Benefits of E-Commerce for customers, E-Commerce Payment Processes, and Accounting Information System Components have a significant effect both simultaneously and partially on the performance of MSMEs in Praya Lombok. The population is all MSMEs as many as 3,988 samples taken 98 out of 3,988. The results of the study showed that the six independent variables each had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the performance of MSMEs, the coefficient value of the six positive variables means that there is a unidirectional relationship between the following five variables and MSME performance. The strength of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables indicated by the R value of 94.0% indicates that the correlation relationship is very strong. Variations in MSME performance are explained by variations in the six independent variables with a value of 87.5% indicated by adjusted R2, while the remaining 12.5% is explained by other causes outside the model. It was identified that in predicting the dependent variable, where seen from the Standard Error of Estimate (SEE) value of 0.142, it was concluded that the smaller the SEE value, the more accurate the regression model would be in predicting the dependent variable.

Abstract

Every citizen has the same position, before the law without exception which includes the right to be defended (access to legal counsel), treated equality before the law, justice for all (justice for all). In order to seek justice, it is often only able to be accessed by those who have a high level of education and the middle to upper economic status. Recognizing that the inability of human and economic resources makes it impossible to make the process of seeking justice for underprivileged people, the term legal assistance in the Judicial System in Indonesia has emerged. The right to obtain legal assistance is a fundamental or basic right for someone who faces a legal problem, because obtaining legal assistance is one form of access to justice for those who face legal problems. This paper will discuss the state's obligations in providing legal assistance to suspects or defendants in the Criminal Justice System and the position of legal assistance in the Criminal Justice System. The method used in this paper is normative legal research, with secondary data sources consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Then the data is analyzed by qualitative analysis. The obligation of the state to provide legal assistance to citizens who face legal problems, because legal aid is a constitutional right of citizens. Legal assistance in the Criminal Justice System has a very important role in achieving a fair trial process. The Government has issued Law No. 16 of 2011 concerning Legal Aid, so that it can be implemented optimally to fulfill constitutional rights for the poor or needy to achieve a fair trial process.

Abstract

Processing hatching waste in the form of infertile eggs and DOC requires several stages. The first stage is break the infertile egg using a wooden stick that the egg contents and shell can be separated. Meanwhile, for the processing of DOC waste, the feathers are separated fisrt to simplify the grinding process. After the egg breaking process, the shell is separated from the egg liquid. The process of filtering the shells uses a sieve with a mess size 2000. The process of preparing raw materials in the form of hatching waste is carried out using the cooking method using a stove with a temperature between 130℃ - 150℃ with a cooking time ranging from 2 - 3 hours. The next process is drying the results of cooking infertile eggs under the sun for 3 days. After that reduce the water content in the material. After drying, the oven process is carried out that the material is durable and does not become moldy during storage. This process is carried out for 1 – 2 hours, that the nutritional content is not damaged due to the long oven process. The results of proximate analysis of hatchery waste meal (TLP) showed that the water content was 11.32%, the ash content was 0.42%, crude fat was 35.74%, crude fiber was 0.08% and protein was 37.13%. This shows that TLP can be used as a protein for fish feed

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the level of public satisfaction with services at the TPI Ngurah Rai Special Class I Immigration Office, which was motivated by the high number of complaints and requests for information as well as the lowest rating from Google reviews among other immigration offices in Bali. The results of previous research show varying results regarding the influence of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy aspects on community satisfaction. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of service quality using ServQual (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) on community satisfaction at the TPI Ngurah Rai Special Class I Immigration Office partially and simultaneously. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The total sample was 100 respondents with sampling using the accidental sampling method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results simultaneously show that the variables tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a significant effect on community satisfaction. Partial results show that the tangible and assurance variables do not have a significant effect on community satisfaction, the empathy variable has a negative but not significant effect on community satisfaction, and the reliability and responsiveness variables have a significant influence on community satisfaction. The determination test showed that 62.9% of the variation in community satisfaction variables could be influenced by tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables.

Abstract

The aim of this researcher is to analyze and explain financial performance in terms of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Equity (ROE) , Current Ratio (CR) and Quick Ratio (QR) at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna, Tbk, through financial report analysis will determine the company's ability to generate profits and determine the company's ability to fulfill its obligations and the results the company has achieved from its operational activities. The type of research carried out is descriptive research. The results of descriptive and statistical analysis showed that PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna, Tbk's Net Profit Margin (NPM) is in the bad category, this indicates that the company is less able to maximize the value of its profits. Return on Equity (ROE) is in the bad category. This indicates that the company has not been able to manage capital well and generate company profits. The Current Ratio (CR) is in the good category. This indicates that the company is able to pay short-term obligations or debts that are due. The Quick Ratio (QR) is in the good category. This indicates that the company is able to fulfill or pay current debt by taking into account the value of inventory

Abstract

    The research carried out in Kekalik Jaya Village, Sekarbela District, Mataram City aims to determine the marketing channels and marketing efficiency of tofu in Kekalik Jaya Village, Sekarbela District, Mataram City. The sample was determined proportionally by Random Side as many as 30 craftsmen, while for retailers the sample was determined as 10 people by snowballing. To analyze marketing efficiency, marketing margin analysis and producer price share are used. Tofu marketing is said to be efficient if: marketing margin is low, producer price share is > 60%. From the research results it can be concluded as follows: 1). There are 2 (two) tofu marketing channels in Kekalik Jaya Village, Mataram City, namely: a). tofu crafters - final consumers, b). Tofu craftsmen – retailers- final consumers. 2). Judging from marketing efficiency, the two marketing channels are efficient because the marketing margin in channel 1 (producer – final consumer) is IDR 0 (0.%) and in channel II the margin is IDR. 150 (17.65%) and the two channels share the price received by producers > 60%.It is recommended to producers when there is little production to sell their production directly to consumers (channel I), because there is no price difference, and 100% of the price share is received by the producer, but when tofu craftsmen produce a lot they should use channel II, meaning other than Selling directly to end consumers also sells to retailers who are customers, because they must also look at the characteristics of tofu which are easily damaged.

Abstract

The potential of fish in Indonesian waters has two seasons, the first is the fishing season which usually occurs between April and November, the lean season occurs between December and March. During the fishing season, fishermen can get catches that exceed the catch capacity for each time they go sailing. The Mapak Belatung Community is a coastal community where most of the population depends on marine products and aquatic animal cultivation, one of which is fish. This is what finally gave birth to fish smoking activities. Unsold fresh fish are processed into pindang fish by fisherwomen in a simple way and then marketed in traditional markets around Mataram City. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of developing a fish smoking industry in the Mapak Belatung Environment, Sekar Bela District, Mataram City when viewed from the investment criteria of Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B / C), Gross Benefit Cost Ratio (Gross B / C), Profitability Ratio (PR) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Based on the calculation of Net Present Value, it shows that the total NPV is Rp. 5,722,264, this means that the palm oil industry business at the research location is feasible to continue because the NPV result is positive (+). The calculation of Net B/C shows that the result is greater than 1 or 1.75, this means that the benefit obtained is 1.75 times the cost or expenses incurred. Based on the calculation of Gross Benefit Cost Ratio, it has a value greater than 1 (> 1), which is 1.233, meaning that the palm oil industry business at the research location is feasible to run, likewise the calculation result of Profitability ratio has a value greater than 1 (> 1), which is 1.97, meaning that the palm oil industry business at the research location is feasible to run. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of the palm oil industry at the research location has a value of 17.8 percent or greater than the applicable interest rate

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the Roe of PT Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk. This study made use of quantitative descriptive research. Income statements, balance sheets, reports on net profit and equity, and other financial documents covering the years 2013–2022, were culled for this research using a purposeful selection methodology. Statistical analysis with SPSS version 27 and a one-sample t-test are the approaches used for analysis. Return on equity (Roe) for PT Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk seems to be much lower than 12% for the industry, according to the data that is supplied. If the organization is having trouble meeting its profitability goals, then it has to pay more attention to its financial performance

Abstract

This study aims to assess the service quality of the X-ray system at Benoa Port and provide recommendations for improving service quality at Benoa Port. The analysis methods used are the Service Quality (Servqual) method to identify gaps between the perceptions and expectations of passengers regarding service quality at Benoa Port and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to determine service improvement priorities. The sample of this study consisted of 96 cruise passengers in 2024. The result of the research using the servqual method indicate that there are gaps in all dimensions. The highest gap is in the tangible dimension with -0,49 and the lowest gap is in the assurance dimension with a gap of -0,24. Overall the average perception score is 3,80 and the average expectation score is 4,19, resulting in a gap of -0,39 and an average Q score of 0,91 indicating that the service quality provided almost meets the passengers expectations but is not yet perfect. The analysis result using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methode show a conformity rate (TKi) between importance and performance of 93,65%, indicating that the quality of the X-ray service system at Benoa Port meets the passengers expectations but still requires improvements. Based on the Cartesian Diagram, there are 5 attributes located in quadrant I, which means that improvements are necessary, consisting of the dimensions of tangibles, responsiveness, and empathy
