Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy on the financial inclusion of students in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Mataram University. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. In this study, measuring financial literacy used two approaches, namely objective test measures/objective financial literacy and subjective evaluation measures/subjective financial literacy. The sample used in this research was 168 Bachelor of Accounting students from the University of Mataram Class of 2022. The results of the research showed that the financial literacy variable with an objective approach had no significant effect on accounting students' financial inclusion, while the financial literacy variable with a subjective approach had a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion. accounting student

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the Delivery and Recipient Services at J&T Raba Bima Branch. The research method used in this study is a descriptive research method. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study is consumers who have used delivery and receiving services at J&T Raba Bima Branch. The sample in this study was as many as 50 respondents using the slovin formula with an acidental sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive analysis and t tests (t test one sample). The results of the study show that the delivery and receiving services at J&T Raba Bima Branch are equal to 70% of what was expected (good).

Abstract

Ecological problems due to the increasing volume of plastic waste are a global concern, with several Asian countries including Indonesia as the main contributor of plastic waste to the oceans. PT Sinar Sosro hopes that by implementing green marketing it can influence customer purchasing decisions which include customer confidence and confidence in the products purchased. This study aims to evaluate the impact of green marketing on consumer choice and purchase intention at PT Sinar Sosro Tabanan Branch Office. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research subjects were all consumers of PT Sinar Sosro Tabanan Head Office with samples taken using accidental sampling technique totaling 60 samples. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used as a data processing tool. The results found that environmentally friendly marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention with a coefficient of 0.788, and a purchase decision coefficient of 0.646. Purchase intention is also shown to mediate the impact of green marketing on purchasing decisions with a partial effect. Good implementation of green marketing increases consumer purchasing decisions and purchase interest, and supports PT Sinar Sosro in maintaining market share in the midst of intense beverage industry competition.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Sharia Commercial Banks from 2019-2022. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of bank health using the RGEC method and the potential for financial distress using the Atlman Z-Score Modified, Springate, Zmijewski, Bankometer, and Grover models. This research is a descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The results of the study on measuring the health level of banks show that from 2019-2022 based on the average value, banks are in the predicate of Quite Healthy. The results of the study on the measurement of potential financial distress show that from 2019-2022 based on the average score, the Altman Z-Score Modified, Springate, Zmijewski, Bankometer, and Grover models tend not to have the potential to experience financial distress. The results of the study on the comparison of bank health levels using the RGEC method with the potential for financial distress using the Altman Z-Score Modified, Springate, Zmijewski, Bankometer, and Grover models show that banks that have a composite rating of 4 or are in the predicate of Less Healthy do not necessarily mean experiencing financial distress.

Abstract

Democracy is a symbol of modern civilization that guarantees the human rights of its citizens. Indonesia as a democratic country in article 28 of the 1945 Constitution guarantees the freedom of every citizen to express opinions in public, both in oral and written form, carried out in association and assembly. This is in line with Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which states that everyone must not be interfered with in any way in seeking, receiving and conveying information and opinions. This research examines how demonstrations are regulated within the Indonesian National Police and how the police handle the perpetrators of demonstrations that end in anarchy. This research aims to better understand the role of the police regarding controlling and securing demonstrations that end in anarchy and to find out how to enforce the law against anarchic demonstrators. The research method used in this writing is normative legal research with a statutory and conceptual approach. Normative research is research whose object of study includes statutory provisions and their application to legal events. The research results showed that the police used Law Number 9 of 1998 and National Police Chief Regulation Number 7 of 2012 in handling demonstrations. Demonstrations that end in anarchy will be prosecuted through criminal law. The police do not tolerate demonstrators who disturb public order or endanger safety. Abstract

The problems with this research are (1) net profit decreases significantly between 2019 and 2022 and (2) total assets decrease between 2020 and 2022. (3) Between 2013 and 2022, the amount of debt fluctuates, increases, or decreases. (4) In 2019–2022, there was another sharp decline in the amount of share capital, which had previously decreased in 2016. This research aims to ascertain and evaluate the strength of the relationship between the debt to equity ratio of PT Unilever, Tbk. This research uses an associative quantitative approach . The data used in the research tool comes from financial report tables describing total assets, total debt, total equity, net profit and total profit in 2013 and ending in 2022. By using purposive sampling, the research sample covers the years 2013–2022, while the population the study covers the years 1982–2022. Document and library research is used in data collection techniques. This research uses various statistical methods to analyze data, including ROA, DER, simple linear regression analysis, correlation, coefficient of determination, and T test analysis. Abstract

Raw materials are something that is very important to prepare in order to get quality production results in terms of quality and benefits. The quality of raw materials needs to be considered both in terms of physical quality and in terms of nutritional content and chemical content. This study aims to determine the qualitative chemical content through phytochemical screening tests of herbal drink raw materials made from horse whip leaf simplicia in powder preparations with the addition of fresh white ginger rhizomes. This research is a descriptive-explorative research. This research process begins with drying the horse whip leaves and then converting them into powder. The research continued with soaking the horse whip leaf powder combined with fresh white ginger using methanol solvent and then phytochemical screening test. The results of phytochemical screening showed that the combined extract of horse whip leaves and fresh white ginger contained alkaloid, saponin, tannin, steroid and phenolic compounds.

Abstract

Traffic accidents are events that often occur in everyday life and cause fatalities. Of course, every road user wants to avoid these accidents, but sometimes these traffic accidents occur due to poor road infrastructure or negligence of the road users themselves. Data from traffic accidents at the Central Lombok District Police, information was obtained that over the last 5 years there has been an increase in the number of traffic accidents.This research was conducted to determine accident-prone locations and prepare a Geographic Information System-based database. From the data from the Central Lombok Police, in the form of accident data for the last 5 years, it was analyzed using a weighting method with the Accident Equivalent Number parameters and the Upper Control Limit method so that a Geographic Information System-based accident-prone location database program was compiled in Central Lombok Regency.The results of the analysis and database preparation showed that accident-prone locations in Central Lombok Regency are located on the BIL Bypass road, Praya-Mantang Highway and Mataram-Sikur Highway, which are dominated by the front-on collision type with the highest age of accident victims aged 16-30. years with 66.4% male and 33.6% female. The highest number of accidents occurs in the morning and the highest in sunny weather at 95.5%. By determining the location of these accident-prone areas, it is hoped that this can provide information in decision making for policy holders to reduce the number of accidents in Central Lombok Regency.

Abstract

The development of technology and information has a positive influence on society, but on the other hand there is a negative influence in the form of the development of criminal acts of pornography which are increasingly spreading massively in society. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the form of victimization and victimogenic elements in the crime of pornography, the form of protection and the rights of victims in the crime of pornography, and the flow of victimology in accordance with the regulation of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography. The research method used is normative juridical with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results of the research are: 1) The crime of pornography occurs either because of the victim himself (victimless crime) or other people and the form of victimization in the crime of pornography is making, using, spreading, broadcasting, exploiting, utilizing, downloading, letting, abusing power, listening, showing pornographic content either to yourself or to other parties. Meanwhile, the victimogenic factors of pornography crime are technological advancement, the function of supervision and control of the government that has not been optimal, and ethical and moral problems of society. 2) Forms of protection and rights of victims are in the form of guidance, assistance in the fields of law and health, and social recovery. 3) The appropriate victimology approach in pornography law is radical victimology and the protection of victims uses a service model

Abstract

The aim to be achieved is to find out and provide scientific information to interested parties and the public, the Government, the DPR RI and the Constitutional Court, that this new Criminal Code is still controversial and problematic, at least in relation to the article regarding insulting the President/Vice President. This research is a type of Normative legal research. Thus, the approach used to answer the legal issues studied in this research is to use a Statutory Approach. The analysis is by means of legal interpretation and analytical descriptive. After the primary legal materials and secondary legal materials have been collected, they are described systematically and methodically in order to obtain a universal picture of the legal issues raised in this research in order to determine the final conclusions. The result is the revival of the article on insulting the President/Vice President, which is contrary to the principle of equality before the law and there is discriminatory legal privilege treatment which is different from the position of the people as the highest holder of sovereignty, which is strengthened by the Constitutional Court Decision Number 013-022/PUU-IV/ 2006. At the same time it is contrary to Article 27 paragraph (1); Article 28; Article 28E paragraphs (2) and (3); Article 28J paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia
