Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data fakta, dan informasi yang valid dan benar, serta dapat dipercaya tentang pengaruh Kompetensi, Tim Kerja dan Pembelajaran terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, studi kausal di PT Whitesky Aviation. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode survei dilakukan mulai Mei s/d bulan Oktober 2017, meliputi kegiatan pra survei, konsolidasi, uji coba instrumen melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta pengumpulan dan pengolahan data hasil penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yang terjangkau, dan berkarakter sama, yaitu sebanyak 30 orang karyawan untuk uji validitas dan 100 orang karyawan untuk sampel penelitian, yang diambil secara acak sederhana, yang memenuhi syarat penelitian. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan nilai dari setiap butir pertanyaan dari semua variabel, ukuran nilai yang diberikan dalam setiap pernyataan menggunakan ”Skala Likert”. Data yang berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan analisis data antara lain: deskripsi data, pengujian persyaratan penelitian, meliputi: uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji linieritas. Untuk membuktikan pengaruh variabel Kompetensi (X₁) Tim Kerja (X₂), dan Pembelajaran (X3) terhadap Kinerja (Y) pada penelitian ini, dilakukan teknik analisis data dengan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian: 1) Terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan variabel Kompetensi (X₁) terhadap variabel Pembelajaran (X₃), secara parsial sebesar 23,01%. 2) Terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan variabel Tim Kerja(X₂) terhadap variabel Pembelajaran (X₃), secara parsial sebesar 59,59%. 3) Terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan variabel Kompetensi (X₁) terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y), secara parsial sebesar 18,54%. 4) Terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan variabel Tim Kerja (X₂) terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y), secara parsial sebesar 59,22%. 5) Terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan variabel Pembelajaran (X₃) terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y), secara parsial sebesar 16,24%. Abstract

The government began focus their attention to the Small and Medium Industries (SMEs), because this sector can address equity in income distribution among other regions, which is the amount of labor absorption. SME QUE QOE is one of SMEs which is still surviving their business to compete with another enterpreuner. In order to resolve the problems which is faced by SMEs, this research focuses on the business canvas model (BMC). The aim of this research were to describe the business canvas model of SME QUE QOE and to know the desain of business canvas model as a form of business development strategies are appropriated and advised to apply at SME QUE QOE. This research is using method data which consists of qualitative methodological approach. The result of this research showed that SMEs have a great opportunity to develop their market with production registering such as PIRT and HALAL. Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk membuktikan pengaruh variabel Kompetensi(X₁), Budaya Organisasi (X₂) dan Pembelajaran (X₃) terhadap Kinerja (Y). Sampel penelitian 100 orang Anggota yang diambil secara acak sederhana dari populasi terjangkau dan berkarakter sama yaitu yang berpangkat Bintara tamtama, dari jumlah 173 Anggota di Skadron Teknik 021 Lanud Halim Perdanakusuma. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan menggunakan metode survei, pada November 2017. Teknik analisis data penelitian, menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian: 1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan variabel Kompetensi (X₁) terhadap variabel Pembelajaran (X₃), secara parsial sebesar 17%. 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan variabel Budaya Organisasi (X₂) terhadap variabel Pembelajaran (X₃), secara parsial sebesar 46,02%. 3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan variabel Kompetensi (X₁) terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y), secara parsial sebesar 13,61%. 4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan variabel Budaya Organisasi (X₂) terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y), secara parsial sebesar 26,7%. 5) Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan variabel Pembelajaran (X₃) terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y), secara parsial sebesar 17,58%. Abstract

PT Pertamina (Persero) is a State-owned Enterprise (SOE) whose shares are not listed on the stock exchange, so the Company does not present information about the stock price,number of outstanding shares, market capitalization, highest and lowest price, closing price, and trading volume.The share holder owned 100% by Government of the Republic of Indonesia, the company’s shares are not to be traded. Pertamina improved its performance based on the strategy of “aggressive upstream, profitable downstream.” As a world-class company, Pertamina transformed challenges into opportunities. Pertamina maximized efficiency and optimized production. On the other hand, the optimized performance was enhanced in line with strengthening the performance of good corporate governance (GCG).The rise in crude oil production and the acquisition of Murphy Oil Corp.assets in Malaysia was one of the good achievements in 2014. In general, Pertamina’s financial performance, financial ratios and operational performance were quite satisfactory, although some achievements did not meet expectations. Its performance and achievements, Pertamina will move faster. The theme of “Inspiring Indonesia to the World” in Annual Report 2014 was chosen to convey the moving-forward of global energy issues and to inspire others as an energy provider. Abstract

Today's business is growing, both small, medium and upper scale. Talking about business is inseparable from the so-called agreement. Almost every day we make arrangements. It is therefore necessary to understand important matters relating to a treaty, such as: What is the agreement, the terms of the agreement, the principles of the agreement, the object of the agreement, the terms of the agreement, the form of the agreement, the parties involved, the right and the obligations of the parties, the structure and the anatomy of the agreement, the settlement of disputes and the termination of the agreement. In general, the agreement is: The parties' agreement on something that gives birth to a legal relationship, creates rights and obligations, if not executed as promised there will be sanctions. The purpose of making the treaty is similar to the legal objectives in general, namely the creation of justice, order, and legal certainty. In order for what is promised to run well then required a regulating rule, called the law of agreement. But in practice it is often not in accordance with the objective of the agreement that is to provide protection for the parties, the creation of justice, order, and legal certainty. The discussion in this study is to discuss about: What things should be considered or fulfilled to realize the achievement of the purpose of an agreement and How the role of good faith principle in realizing justice for the parties. The method used is normative juridical. In the event of a dispute concerning the agreement, it should be settled with due regard to the principles contained in the treaty law, especially the principle of good faith. Abstract

Hasil analisa perbandingan dan trend kinerja keuangan pada PT. BNI, Tbk dari aspek ekonomi, dimana indikator jumlah akun consumer funding dan lending (termasuk kartu kredit), dividen, penyaluran program kemitraan dan penyaluran bina lingkungan mengalami peningkatan. Namun sebaliknya jumlah Kantor bank dalam negeri, Kantor cabang luar negri, jumlah pinjaman, jumlah pendapatan, laba tahun berjalan mengalami penurunan. Kemudian aspek lingkungan, dimana indikator penggunaan air, penggunaan listrik, jumlah hutan/taman Kota BNI, luas hutan/taman Kota BNI, biaya penanaman pohon, pengurangan penggunaan kertas dan penghematan energi dari program Earth hour mengalami peningkatan. Namun sebaliknya jumlah total pohon yang ditanam (juta) mengalami penurunan. Selanjutnya aspek sosial, meliputi indikator penyaluran KUR sejak 2007, total penyaluran KUR per tahun, jumlah pengusaha mikro, kecil dan TKI penerima KUR (orang), total penyaluran KUR dibandingkan target, skor employee engagement, persentase pegawai terlatih mengalami penurunan. Sedangkan indikator sosial yang mengalami peningkatan adalah jumlah remittance.

Abstract

Bank yang sehat adalah bank yang dapat menjalankan fungsi-fungsinya dengan baik. Teknik penilaian mengacu pada Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 13/1/PBI/2011 dengan pedoman perhitungan selengkapnya diatur dalam Surat Edaran Bank Indonesia Nomor 13/24/DPNP tanggal 25 Oktober 2011 perihal Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Umum Standar untuk melakukan penilaian kesehatan bank yaitu pendekatan risiko (Risk Based Bank Rating) yaitu Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning dan Capital atau yang disingkat dengan metode RGEC.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan PT. Bank BRI pada tahun 2012- 2016 dengan metode RGEC. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis ratio: (1) Risk Profile menggunakan rasio NPL (Non Performing Loan), dan LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio), (2) Good Corporate Governance, (3) Earnings menggunakan rasio ROA (Return On Asset), dan NIM (Net Interest Margin), dan (4) Capital menggunakan rasio CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio). Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Bank PT. BRI, Tbk dengan menggunakan metode RGEC ini menunjukkan predikat kesehatan bank tersebut sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesia, untuk periode 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 dan 2016 dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bank BRI peringkat komposit “SANGAT SEHAT”. Tingkat Kesehatan Bank ditinjau dari aspek risk profile, earnings, good corporate governance, dan capital pada Bank BRI tahun 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 dan 2016 dinilai mampu dalam menghadapi pengaruh negatif yang signifikan dari perubahan kondisi bisnis dan faktor eksternal lainnya.   Keywords: Risk based bank rating, tingkat kesehatan bank, metode RGEC

Abstract

Kestabilan inflasi dan ketimpangan pendapatan merupakan dua faktor yang menentukan daya beli masyarakat dari beberapa faktor lainnya, yaitu tingkat pendidikan, tingkat kebutuhan, kebiasaan masyarakat, dan mode. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kestabilan inflasi dan ketimpangan pendapatan dengan daya beli masyarakat, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey teknik korelasional. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi sederhana, korelasi parsial, korelasi ganda, regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil uji hipotesis menyimpulkan: (a) terdapat hubungan positif antara X1 dengan Y sebesar () = 0,5223; persamaan regresi Ŷ = 38,72 + 0,63X1; kontribusi X1 terhadap Y sebesar 27,28%, (b) terdapat hubungan positif antara X2 dengan Y sebesar () = 0,4471; persamaan regresi Ŷ = 53,84 + 0,47X2; kontribusi X2 terhadap Y sebesar 19,99%, (c) terdapat hubungan positif antara X1 dan X2 secara simultan terhadap Y sebesar 0,5730; persamaan regresi Ŷ = 25,85 + 0,481X1 + 0,275X2; kontribusi X1, dan X2 terhadap Y sebesar 32,83%, artinya bahwa 32,83% variabel kestabilan inflasi dan ketimpangan pendapatan memberi sumbangan (kontribusi) terhadap daya beli masyarakat, sedang sisanya 67,17 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Abstract

In the analysis of these data, the authors collected data that can support research by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents from all employees of Sales at PT Daya Adicipta Sandika, with the results of the study are: The results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient obtained correlation coefficient value X1 Motivation Materials on Employee Morale was 0.630, and the correlation coefficient X2 Motivation Non Material to Employee Morale was 0.588, thus the motivation Material and Motivation Non Material has strong relationships and significant (0.000 <0 , 05) of the Employee Morale PT Daya Adicipta Sandika. The results of the analysis obtained value of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.529, thus variables X1 (Motivation Material) and X2 (motivation Non Material) contributed 52.9% to variable Y (Employee Morale) in PT Daya Adicipta Sandika and the rest by 47.1% influence of other factors that are not the authors studied, for example, the influence of the leadership, work stress, and cooperative relationships between employees. Furthermore, the research hypothesis testing that digunakann by F test (simultaneous) showed that the significant value of the variable X1 is motivation motivational material and nonmaterial X2 is 0.000> 5% (0.000> 0.05), so Ho rejected and Ha accepted , meaning that simultaneously seek material and non-material motivation significant effect on employee morale at PT Daya Adicipta Sandika. Similarly, through the t test (partial) obtained significant value for the variable X1 Material Motivational 0,001 <5% (0.001 <0.05) and a significant value for the variable X2 Non Material Motivation of 0.005 <5% (0.005 <0.05 ), and thus Ha (alternative hypothesis) is received and Ho (null hypothesis) is rejected. Meaning and Motivation Motivation Material Material Non partially significant effect on Morale Employees at PT Daya Adicipta Sandika. Furthermore, the company provides compensation to employees who adapted the work performance and in early stages of the fair as a motivation that is material to boost employee morale, and should the Company give appreciation to employees who have been achieving, by giving awards for example in the form of an opportunity to develop themselves so that employees are encouraged to work harder. Abstract

The Police are in the process of reforming the gender, namely the change of a police organization into a professional and responsible police force and implement a policing style that is responsive to the needs of the local community. Where in the act of finding solutions and decision-making field did not see any differences between men and women. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of gender in decision making in the reform era in Police institution (South Bekasi Police Station case study). Analytical methods used are qualitative, through the stages of data interpretation, data reduction, data preparation, examination of data validity, and draw conclusions. The new view that women have equal rights and opportunities and their potential will expand the space for women and the presence of female figures in the public dimension, to be treated proportionally and not to rule out their opinions and make decisions.
