Abstract

This research is purpose to examine the effect of Low Cost Carrier on Customer’s Decision Selecting the Airline at PT Indah Wisata Tour and Travel empirically This research is purpose to examine the effect of Low Cost Carrier and Brand Image on Customer’s Decision Selecting the Airline at PT Indah Wisata Tour and Travel empirically, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. Population in this research were 432 respondents and sampling method using non probability sampling with Slovin formula. Based on Slovin formula obtained a sample of 82 size. Hypothesis examination using multiple linear regression analysis, data processing using SPSS version 22.0. Multiple linear regression equation obtained : Y = 3.183 + 0.381 X1 + 0.463 X2 (X1 = Low Cost Carrier, X2 = Brand Image, Y = Customer’s Decision Selecting The Airline). The result of t test indicates that the independent variable Low Cost Carrier (X1) with the result t test 5.120 and Brand Image (X2) with the result t test 6.649 partially has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Y) Customer’s Decision Selecting The Airline. The result of F test 65.248 indicates that both independent variables (X) Low Cost Carrier and Brand Image simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Y) Customer’s Decision Selecting the Airline. Contribution of the effect of all independent variables (Low Cost Carrier and Brand Image) on dependent variable (Customer’s Decision Selecting the Airline) is about 61,3%. While the rest is about 38,7% affected by other variables that were not examined. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa mencari pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Balai Besar Cisadane.  Metode penelitian kuantitatif  untuk pengujian yang digunakan dalam penelitian serta menggunakan  uji Instrumen penelitian (Uji Validitas & Uji Reliabilitas), Uji Normalitas dan Uji t. Sehingga  nilai  konstanta  sebesar  9,047  menunjukkan  jika Motivasi  nilainya     adalah 0, maka Produktivitas  nilainya positif yaitu sebesar 0,912, nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,912 menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan  adalah positif, jika Motivasi mengalami perubahan satu kali, maka akan menaikkan Produktivitas  sebesar 0,912.

Abstract

The existence of ASEAN trully did not comes apart from concerns about the South East Asian Nations which has conflicted, for example like the confrontation between Indonesia and Malaysia, territorial demand between Phillipine and Malaysia on Sabah, also the separation of Singapore from the Malaysian Federation. From those backgrounds, the South East Asian Nations especially Indonesia and Malaysia which recently conflicted, realizes the needs to form a cooperation to reduce tension, to construct confidence building and pushing regional cooperation growth which felt have no progress after each nations receive its independence. 8 August 1967 is the first ASEAN formation spearheaded by five Ministers of Foreign Affair from Indonesia, Phillipine, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, which resulted in the signation of ASEAN Declaration or known as The Bangkok Declaration and it also means ASEAN is formally created. One of the ASEAN's aim is "to accelerate economic growth, social progress and cultural growth in South East Asia Nations." Nevertheless, in actualizing ASEAN's growth it is not as easy as turning the palm of a hand, various national interest affected ASEAN's policy. Resulted to outdraw the main aim that have been agreed by the Nations, informal or formal conflict always happened in the middle of goverments effort in reducing conflict. For example, the arrest of KPLP Indonesian Officer by the Malaysian Royal Police, the accusation of Thailand to Malaysia in helping separatism of South Thailand, the dispute of Angkor Temple between Cambodia and Vietnam constituted on how the implementation of ASEAN's agreements are hard to happened. Although, the interesting parts are eventhough conflicts still exist between each Nations but open war which can cause many victims never happens. One of the secret why ASEAN Nations stays solid is the tolerance and togetherness underlied the brotherhood of South East Asia Nations. Which nowadays had been used as a strong reason to build trush building between each member for the advancement of ASEAN nations in the future. Social and cultural approaches through public diplomation, reconsiliation and bridging of kinship always be a reference in problem solutions, relativeness in ASEAN's history had always be an important point for ASEAN's progress until nowadays. Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of work ethic, leadership and professionalism on employee performance of PT Lion Air. The research hypothesis is that the work ethic, leadership and professionalism partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT Lion Air. The method used in this research is descriptive verification. The sample in this study was 30 people, which was calculated by Slovin Formula. The result of research mentioned that work ethic, leadership and professionalism partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT Lion Air. From the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.717, it means that the three independent variables give the influence/contribution of 71.7% to the increase in performance, the remaining 28.3% influenced by other factors. Abstract

Since commercialization Halim Airport, very interesting passengers who use air transport services because of its position in the city center. The Number of passengers continues to increase from year to year. So the airport management is required to furnish the service that needs of passengers. An advanced security aspects task AVSEC. This study aims to examine the effect of AVSEC (Air Transport Service) personnel capabilities and sensitivity to customer satisfaction in Halim Perdanakusuma Airport, empirically, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The total population are 132 people, divided into two population, namely 66 of AVSEC officers and 66 passengers. The sample surveyed by sex, education and age. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics such as the Average of scores and cross tabulations Test results show that the AVSEC officer had run of function and duty well but the level of user satisfaction aviation transport services have not run yet. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada PT. Angkasa Pura I dan PT. Angkasa Pura II periode 2013-2016 dengan menggunakan analisis financial ratio (rasio keuangan) dan Du Pont System secara time series. Berdasarkan hasil analisis rasio keuangan, meliputi perhitungan rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, dan profitabilitas menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan kedua perusahaan dalam kondisi baik meskipun berfluktuasi. Hasil kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang cenderung meningkat serta diatas rata-rata industri pada PT. Angkasa Pura I ada pada hasil rasio solvabilitas sedangkan pada PT. Angkasa Pura II hasil rasio profitabilitas, rasio likuditas dan aktivitas menunjukkan hasil baik namun lebih unggul dari PT. Angkasa pura I. Berdasarkan hasil Du Pont System, perkembangan tingkat kinerja perusahaan keuangan dilihat dari pencapaian ROE yang meningkat setiap tahun yang sebagian besar dipengaruhi oleh tingkat ROI (hasil dari perhitungan NPM dan TATO) serta adanya unsur leverage. Perhitungan uji beda independent t-tes menunjukkan hasil 0,03 dimana menjawab hipotesis bahwa kedua perusahaan maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil metode finnacial ratio dan du pont system. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kondisi kinerja keuangan kedua perusahaan dalam kondisi baik. Namun hasil analisis yang dilihat dari kedua metode menunjukkan bahwa pada PT. Angkasa Pura II lebih unggul. Kata kunci: Perbandingan, rasio keuangan, du pont system, analisis time series, Angkasa Pura I, Angkasa Pura II, evaluasi perbandingan, kinerja keuangan, BUMN.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the external and internal factors that affect deposits of Islamic banking. Whereas internal factors in this study is Islamic bank deposits profit sharing and the external factors are interest rate of conventional banks deposits and Indonesia Composite Index (IDX composite). The analysis used is cointegration and error correction model (ECM). As a result, interest rate of conventional banks deposits, Islamic bank deposits profit sharing and IDX composite are stationary at difference 1, then proceed with seeing cointegration that occurs in these variables. The results show cointegration in these variables which is indicated by the ADF value of -3,6951. Furthermore, estimation is done by ECM which gives significant results with ECT values of -0.3326. This shows that in the short and long term, Islamic bank deposits profit sharing, interest rate of conventional banks deposits and IDX composite have a significant effect on the Islamic banks deposits. With the adjusted R-squared value of 0.6032 or 60.32%, it can be seen that the independent variables included in the model are good enough

Abstract

Malaysia and Indonesia are two countries with a relationship that is very unique. Its society has established kinship long before the two countries was formed, which resulted similarities in each other’s culture and customs. Both countries also play a very important role in associations of the Southeast Asian nations that is accommodated through the ASEAN forum.   However, the relationship between Malaysia and Indonesia have not always been great, sometimes it touches the lowest state and at other times at the most harmonious. The Realist and Liberalist theory applies in studying relations between these two countries. Although waves of problems coming and going may occur naturally, plenty of formal efforts has also been done by both governments.   There are three interesting time periods in this study; the relationship period most bitter (1963-1966), the most harmonious relationship period (1968-1982), and the period of friendly but tense relations (1983-2010). Assessment of the two countries’ relationship dynamics is done through in qualitative approach with comparative analaysis and  supported by the "Taxonomy Bloom" method.   Many main informans with different backgrounds are the core informants who supported this study. Some are former government officials, academicians, military personnel and citizens who have had a history of being directly involved in the confrontation and many of the accuracy of data information can produce .  From a comprehensive study a case was found, identifying that interpretation differences as well as similarities is what causes the two countries’ relationship experience highs and lows. Also through this study, the root of the problem can be understood therefore suggestion of solutions can be submitted. Key words : Interpretation, Conflict And Cooperation

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, information technology is advancing rapidly. The computer which isequipment that was created to facilitate human work, when achieving progress both in making hardware andsoftware. PT. Tuffindo Nittoku Autoneum is in need of an information system that supports and provides fastand precise access to its business activities. For this reason the author tries to make a Raw MaterialInventory System which until now has not been computerized. At this time PT. Tuffindo Nittoku Autoneum has been well developed for the information system used, only for some parts such as the warehouse, theexisting system at PT. Tuffindo Nittoku Autoneum is still done manually, starting from recording the receiptof goods from suppliers, to storing other data relating to the inventory process to making reports, making itpossible during the process of error occurred in recording, inaccurate reports made and delays in finding thenecessary data. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist inthis company, as well as with a computerized system can achieve an effective and efficient activity insupporting the activities of this company. A computerized system is better than a manual system to run moreeffectively and efficiently and the new raw material warehousing system is more conducive than the previoussystem.Keywords: System Design, Raw Material Inventory Management

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The effect of green products on purchasing decisions for Sharp brandelectronic products at Electronic City Cipinang Indah Mall, East Jakarta; 2) The effect of green marketingon purchasing decisions for Sharp brand electronic products at Electronic City Cipinang Indah Mall, EastJakarta; 3) Simultaneously the effect of green product and green marketing on the Purchase Decision ofSharp brand electronic products at Electronic City Cipinang Indah Mall, East Jakarta. This study uses aquantitative approach. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire. The sample usedamounted to 66 respondents namely consumers of Sharp brand electronic products at Electronic CityCipinang Indah Mall, East Jakarta. Test the validity of the instrument using the Pearson Product Moment correlation formula. Reliability test using Alpha Cronbach. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regressionanalysis.Keywords: green product, green marketing, purchasing decision.
