Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan pembangunan kekuatan pertahanan udara periode 1990-2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Lebih dari 40 tahun (1962-2005) tidak ada kebijakan modernisasi PSU; 2) Ada intervensi pimpinan pada kebijakan pengadaan Rudal QW-3 sehingga tidak dapat digunakan sebagai unsur dalam Sishanudnas; 3) Kebijakan pengadaan Radar Smart Hunter tidak ada koordinasi para pihak akibatnya Rudal QW-3 tidak dapat terintegrasi dengan Radar Hanud dalam Sishanudnas; 4) terjadi bias persepsi pada kebijakan pengadaan PSU antara Mabes TNI dan Mabesau tentang Opsreq dan Spektek PSU, sehingga dari tahun 2005-2013 bersifat “status quo”.    Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Terjadi gap pada personel pengambil keputusan kebijakan pembangunan kekuatan Hanud; 2)  Tidak sinkronnya kebijakan pengadaan PSU dengan kebutuhan operasi; 3) Tidak sinkronnya kekuatan senjata dengan kekuatan personel dan organisasi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya kecenderungan penguasa/pemimpin mempergunakan Governant Politics Model atau Dominant Leader Model yaitu pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan pada selera penguasa dan kekuasaan.Disarankan agar pengadaan PSU menganut kebijakan bottom-up, berdasarkan kebutuhan operasi dan teknologi terkini, sinkron antara kekuatan senjata dengan kekuatan personel dan organisasi.  Kata Kunci: Kebijakan, pembangunan kekuatan, pertahanan udara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of image, brand awareness on consumer purchasing decisions. This study uses a descriptive research which isa research describes the objects related to the decision taking generally.In this study, a researcher takes 50 respondents as a sample by using accidental sampling which is the consumers who do purchasing decision in Nu Green Tea, should answer the questionnaires.        The finding of this study shows two independent variables which are image and brand awareness. Those have positive and significant influenced toward dependent variable that is Nu Green Tea's purchasing decisions. The result of double regression shows all of independent variable (image and brand awareness) give positive influenced toward Nu Green Tea's purchasing decisions. The biggest positive influenced toward Nu Green Tea's purchasing decision is on the brand awareness variable with coefficient 0,934, then it is followed by image variable with coefficient 0,085. Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Awareness, and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Nowadays, companies are required to understand what the employees needed.. Therefore,companies are faced with the challenge of how the human resources they have become potentials that cansupport and achieve company goals and have employee morale. Focus of this research on economic welfareprograms, namely incentives and health programs. The aims of this research is to analyze the effect of thewelfare program on employee morale at PT Arina Multikarya. The population is 251 people. The samplingtechnique is done by simple random sampling and using slovin formula, amounting to 154 respondents.Technique data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with using SPSS for MAC 24 software. Theresults of this research showed that incentives and health programs have a significant effect on thesignificant value 0,000 which is 30.8% of employee morale variables can be explained by incentives andwelfare programs while the remainder is explained by other variables not contained in the model.Keywords: Incentives, Health Programs, Employee Morale

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of effective communication and coordination through work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people or 25% of the total population of 400 people. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method. Methods of data analysis using the Classical Assumption Test, Regression Test, Determination Coefficient, Hypothesis Test and Path Analysis. The test results show that effective communication and direct coordination have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Effective communication and direct coordination have a positive and significant effect on performance. Indirectly effective communication and coordination through work motivation have no significant effect on performance. The total effect of effective communication on performance through work motivation is equal to 0.327 and the effect of coordination on performance through work motivation is 0.588. The total value of R2 is 0.593 or 59.3%, meaning that communication is effective, coordination and motivation are able to explain the performance of 59%, the remaining 40.7% is explained by other variables. Keywords: effective communication, coordination, work motivation and performance

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical data, facts, and valid and correct information, and can be trusted, about Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Stress on Employee Performance. Using a quantitative research approach and the survey method. To prove the influence of the variables of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Job Stress on Performance in this study, data analysis techniques were carried out with Path Analysis. Based on the results of the research analysis:There is a positive and significant direct effect of the Leadership Style variable on Job Stress. There is a positive and significant direct effect of the Organizational Culture variable on Job Stress. There is a positive and significant direct effect of the Leadership Style variable on Performance. There is a positive and significant direct effect of the Organizational Culture variable on the Performance variable. Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan kajian pustaka yang menggunakan metoda Analisis Deskriptif dan AnalisisStruktur Industri. Telaah deskriptif dan struktur industri ini digunakan untuk mengetahui prospek danmenyusun strategi bersaing pada industri fesyen di Indonesia.Industri fesyen merupakan salah satu dai 16 kelompok industri kreatif, yang memberikan kontribusiterhadap PDB nasional Indonesia sebesar 3,76 % pada 2017. Industri fesyen juga masih menjadi salah satupenghasil devisa terbesar, dengan nilai ekspor sampai Juli 2018 sebesar US$ 8.2 miliiar (Rp. 122 triliun),yang bertumbuh 8,7%. Produk fesyen Indonesia mampu menguasai 1,9% pasar dunia. Pelaku usaha padaIndustri Fesyen ini sebagian besar adalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Indonesia yangseluruhnya berjumlah hampir 60 juta orang. Industri fesyen memiliki peluang yang sangat besar untuk tumbuh dan berkembang. Melimpahnyasumber daya manusia (sumber ide kreatif), sumberdaya alam (sebagai sumber bahan baku), suku dengankeaneragaman budayanya, semakin terbukanya pasar (khususnya pasar ekspor), serta dukungan penuh dari lembaga pemerintah maupun non pemerintah, menjadi unsur-unsur utama bagi tumbuh dan berkembangnyaindustri fesyen.Hasil analisis struktur industri fesyen menunjukkan bahwa ancaman yang berasal dari pendatangbaru adalah tinggi, ancaman dari produk substitusi adalah rendah, bargaining power of buyer relativerendah, bargaining power of supplierrelatif rendah, seeangkan intensitas persaingan antar pelaku usahafesyen adalah tinggi dalam negeri dan rendah untuk pasar luar negeri.Berdasarkan kondisi SWOT dan hasil analisis struktur industi fesyen, maka penerapan strategi CostLeaderships lebih tepat bagi pelaku usaha fesyen penghasil produk standard yang mengandalkan bahanbaku lokal. Strategi Product Differentiation menjadi pilihan utama bagi pelaku usaha fesyen eksklusifkhususnya yang berorientasi ekspor. Sedangkan strategi Focus pada umumnya diterapkan oleh pelaku usahafesyen yang melayani kebutuhan produk fesyen yang berkaitan dengan dan beridentitaskan adat dan budaya.Kemitraaan antara eksportir (inti) dan pelaku usaha fesyen mitranya (plasmanya) juga dapat ditempuhuntuk mengembangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi berbasis kebersamaan. Azka Fashion merupakan salah satupelaku usaha eksportir fesyen yang sukses mengembangkan usaha fesyen berbasis kemitraan. Produkandalan Azka Fashion adalah busana muslim yang serba guna, kreatif, dan selalu di up date sesuai dengantuntutan perkembangan pasar.

Abstract

Pendidikan sebagai sarana mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa menjadi sektor penting dalam memberikan kontribusi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang bermutu, berkualifikasi, ahli, terampil, kreatif dan inovatif. Perguruan tinggi menjadi salah satu lembaga pendidikan secara formal diserahi tugas dan tanggung jawab mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia tersebut. Komitmen seorang dosen menjadi penting dalam rangka mewujudkan Tri Dharma perguruan Tinggi yang berkualitas. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberpihakan atau komitmen seseorang terhadap organisasinya antara lain gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi yang diterima.Dalam penelitian ini terdapat empat variabel, yaitu komitmen organisasi (Y) sebagai variabel terikat, gaya kepemimpinan ( X1 ), lingkungan kerja (X2)  dan kompensasi (X3) masing-masing sebagai variabel bebas. Lokasi penelitian adalah  Universitas Suryadarma, Jakarta. Responden merupakan dosen tetap sebanyak 60 responden, dimana pengambilan sampel dengan pendekatan  simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan alat statistik metode analisis regresi berganda, dengan bantuan SPSS dalam pengolahan datanya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel - variabel bebas, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2) dan kompensasi (X3) berpengaruh secara signifikan dan searah terhadap variabel terikat yaitu  komitmen organisasi (Y) di Universitas Suryadarma Jakarta, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sedangkan hasil hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh Ho di tolak dan H1 diterima, baik hipotesis secara parsial maupun hipotesis secara simultan. Sedangkan variabel bebas mampu menjelaskan variabel terikat sebesar 88,6 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 11,4 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The company must provide satisfaction for all employees who work in the company, both from the top, middle and to the executor level. Through job satisfaction for all employees can determine the attitude of employees towards their work. This study aims to determine the effect of salary, promotion and supervision on employee satisfaction. The total population in this study amounted to 107 employees, the sample in this study amounted to 84 respondents with a purposive sampling method. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of salary, promotion and supervision on job satisfaction with a determination coefficient value of 97%, while the rest was influenced by other variables not explained in the model.Keywords: Salary, Promotion, Supervision, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of Net Performing Loan (NPL) and Operational Costs on Operating Income (BOPO) on Return On Equity (ROE) in PT. Rakyat Indonesia Bank, for theperiod 2011-2018 period. The sampling technique in this study is 32 quarterly data obtained from the bank’spublished financial statements for the period 2011-2018. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Because the data used are secondary data, then to determine the accuracy of the model it is necessary to test some basic assumptions, linearregression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. Testing the basic assumptions usedin this study include the normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. While the linear regressionanalysis includes multiple linear regression and classical assumption tests (multicollinearity, autocorrelationand heterokedastisitas) and hypothesis testing which includes t test and f test. The dependent variable in this study is ROE while the independent variables are NPL and BOPO. The results of tis study, among others, indicate that the R square is 0,519 or 51,9 %, the NPL and BOPOvariables have a partial effect on ROE as well as the NPL and BOPO variables also have a simultaneouseffect against ROE. Based on the results of the above research, it is suggested to be able to add knowledgeabout NPL and BOPO to the level of ROE so that it can be input into research that is in line with this.Keywords: NPL, BOPO dan ROE

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Green Marketing and Brand Image to purchasedecisions of The Body Shop Indonesia product empirically, both partially and simultaneously. Thepopulation of this research is a Twitter account follower @The Body Shop Indo who has made a productpurchase at least twice in the last year. The study used samples of 100 respondents in which a questionnairewas implemented through direct message facilities on Twitter social media. Sampling uses non-probabilitysampling method with purposive sampling method. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regressiontests, with partial and simultaneous hypotheses test processed using SPSS program version 21.0. The results of this research show that the two independent variables, namely green marketing and brandimage, are positive and significant both partially and simultaneously on dependent variables of the purchasedecision. In addition, in this study green marketing and brand Image explained the purchasing decision of52.9%, the rest is 47,1% influenced by other factors. Therefore, further researchers are advised to addanother variable that affects purchasing decision.Keywords: Green Marketing, Brand Image, Purchasing Decision, The Body Shop
