Abstract

Indonesian leadership for some time suffered extraordinary shocks, the distrust of the leaders to make them not a role model anymore. The loss of integrity within the leader is very worrying for our state and nation; Indonesia's national security can be destroyed by it. It takes a very drastic change in the future to build Indonesia. Strong faith basis and professionalism coupled with a good work ethic will bring this nation to obtain a real leader, not worthy of their so-called leaders. Abuse of power that has been handed over to the leaders of the people are already too many and has touched every joint life of Indonesian society, there needs to be a consistent transformation of the nation's future, otherwise we will be destroyed, and the free fall in the abyss of evil. This paper will describe the current situation of Indonesia as well as concise and clear feedback about the solution, hopefully this can be determined for all of us to rebuild Indonesia.

Abstract

Poster design competition/contest has become quite often held in Indonesia. Themes and organizers are varied, ranging from educational institutions, government, commercial and social institutions. On the one hand, the rise of this activity can be a trigger for the creativity of the nation, but on the other hand certainly it can cause turmoil in terms of the lack of exploration of ideas and applications. Too much information often overrides the hierarchy of information. Visual elements in a poster design contest overlap, compete for the attention of the viewers, so that we neglect the functions of persuasion. The functions of promotion poster is to communicate everything relating to the contest, including the contest theme, subtheme, explanations and background of the contest, organizers, prizes, attendees can participate, size and amount of work, limitations of work, deadlines, details of the jury, the address and number contest material delivery phone, website or email or phone number the committee can be contacted, and so on. Terms and conditions of the contest should be clearly communicated to the public. Poster contest that contains all of the terms and conditions of the competition will just be a communication medium and severe fatigue with too much text. Promotional poster contest should be able to convey a clear message and information about the contest, as well as be able to inspire and motivate potential competitors, so that the aim to capture ideas and a great poster design can be achieved. For this reason, the poster campaign of the poster competition must appear charming, unique, inspiring, creative, and nuanced in line with the theme.

Article clarified corporate application as a law subject that had not been fully applied in Indonesia. Corporate status as a subject for criminal law only could be found in Criminal Law Legislation, out of KUHP that had been categorized as special criminal law, or administrative regulation having crime sanction.  The research applied yuridis ?normatif and yuridis comparative methods with the following results. There is incompleteness for the status of a corporate, when the corporate will be considered as a liable institution, how to show the liability, etc. The corporate liability in Indonesia in the special criminal law ( outside KUHP), started with UU no. 7/Drt/1955  concerning Economy Criminal Act that later was continued by other special  criminal law up to the  affects that the corporate responsibility did not work in general, but  it was only limited and applied to some special regulations out of those KUHP. Therefore, the design of Criminal Law Regulations that will be authorizeed into Law is supposed to be able to be guidance in overcoming   corporate ?s criminals
