<![CDATA[Cooperatives are non-bank institution legal entities aimed at the welfare of its members, in the form of financial business that is currently developing in DKI Jakarta very often used as daily savings and loans for members, with regulations in the field of cooperatives in Law No. 25 of 1992 concerning cooperatives. With Android-based technology and websites commonly used in the development of financial technology, FINTECH is wanted to be able to help cooperative systems that make it easier and save time. Cooperative applications created using Android Studio as interfaces with extreme programming system methodology used by members can see the cooperative application menu displayed online as an effort to minimize the possibility of members coming directly to the cooperative. Display in the application to find out balances, incoming transactions, accounts receivable money transactions, withdrawal and recapitulation transactions. At the end of this thesis will be made a cooperative information system using a PHP program, MySQL Database and KOPPAS android-based savings and loan cooperative application. <![CDATA[ABSTRACTDevelopment of a service information system on the list of proposals for determining credit points online based on a website. Service information system list of credit score determination proposals (Simpadu) is a system used to track or monitor DUPAK file management (list of credit score determination proposals) health functional positions at the Directorate General of Health Services conducted through the Integrated Services Unit (ULT) and this is strengthened with the DUPAK Circular Letter dated 4 - May - 2015, in the context of improving the quality of service and orderly administration in the process of Determining Functional Credit Score in the Health sector. This research is a type of Applied Research. The information system development method uses the Prototype model. The method of data collection is done by observation, data sampling, literature study, and interviews. The method used in analyzing and designing a system is the Object Oriented Analysis and Design method using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of this research are in the form of software in the form of website Information Systems list service of determining credit numbers that can serve to provide information on the management of DUPAK files. <![CDATA[Steganografi has the function to hide information in the form of digital text data. Medium used is a digital image. The secret message in paste in the picture here is done by using a technique that Steganografi only limited to JPEG images. Steganografi as an art and science for the concealment of information or messages in other messages to cover other media such as images, audio MP3, so as not to arouse suspicion. Steganografi techniques can be used to hide data in digital with little or no change was visible in the image and can be exploited to export the secret message. Discussion related to the authors are interested in creating applications steganografi, which aims to hide the message so discreet. To accommodate a secret message into a digital object that is in the form of a digital image certainly requires an algorithm that can modify the digital object to produce a new digital object that contains a hidden message, which is called the embedding algorithm]]>

<![CDATA[Meninjau sebuah proyek sistem informasi berarti mendalami seluruh komponen yang terdapat di dalamnya. Bagaimana struktur di bangun, metodelogi apa yang di gunakan, memahami karakteristik dalam suatu entitas proyek (internal dan external), pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, biaya (budgeting), dan waktu, hingga memastikan bagaimana proyek berhasil di eksekusi dan menghasilkan output (deliverable) sesuai dengan tujuan. Mengelola semua ini bukan sebuah pekerjaan yang mudah, sejarah mengatakan bahwa banyak sekali –proyek besar ataupun kecil mengalami kegagalan. Tulisan ini memberikan perspektif bahwa mengelola proyek berarti tidak hanya memastikan struktur, SDM, dan budget tersedia, tapi juga melihat bagaimana menyelaraskan ketiga hal tersebut untuk meminimkan kegagalan suatu proyek.]]>

<![CDATA[UBJ Employee Cooperative or commonly referred to as KP UBJ is an employee cooperative owned by University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya that serves savings and loan services and consumption cooperative shop units for its members. As for savings and loan activities because the funds managed are not so large and with the imposition of interest of only 5% per 10 months or 0.5 percent per month, the nominal benefits are not so large. Likewise with shop units, which for the time being have only served aqua gallons to work units at University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya with the current turnover, the benefits have not been too large, because of this KP UBJ has taken the initiative to develop business breakthrough, both on the business / capital capabilities of UBJ employee's own cooperatives by selling various kinds of Office Stationery or ATK and basic needs through an Android- based application by applying the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and the application designed using the PHP and Java programming languages while for the database the application uses MySQL which can process store data, UBJ cooperative member data and user data and storage media in the database. With the sales application in the UBJ employee cooperative unit, it can simplify the buying and selling transaction process between UBJ's admin and cooperative members as well as the computerization of buying and selling transactions at UBJ Employee Cooperative Stores, making it easier for future data storage and search as well as a media campaign for store products. The Internet is one part of the development of information technology that has opened new horizons in human life. The Internet applies in this case many crimes that can occur in cyberspace called cybercrime. Currently, we cannot feel the word "safe" in the cyber world.
