Abstract

Supercomputer adalah  computer yang memiliki kecepatan super cepat dan keakuratan analisa yang mengagumkan..Dengan supercomputer suatu negara dapat menguasai seluruh ilmu pengetahuan dan mengontrol negara-negara yang memiliki sumber daya alam  untuk melakukan bargaining bisnis. Karena supercomputer dapat digunakan untuk mengambil suatu keputusan dengan sangat cepat dan valid serta dapat diaplikasikan ke seluruh bidang ilmu pengetahuan yang ada di bumi ini. Dengan multiprocessor dan Linux Extreme cikal bakal  supercomputer  dengan system cluster computer dapat direalisasikan. Konfigurasi awal system cluster computer telah penulis lakukan di Laboratorium RL & Microprocessor STT Mandala dengan menggunakan computer PC Dell. Mengingat kesibukan mempersiapkan praktikum dan mengajar maka belum sempat dilanjutkan kembali cluster system tersebut.

Abstract

This paper does not focus on project management, project manager tasks and so on. But how can stakeholders guard a project properly, correctly and effectively? The answer is to use project management tools. One project goes through several stages, each stage having its own duties, authorities, responsibilities and deadlines. The larger the size of the project, the more complex the lines of coordination, communication and collaboration that must be bound together. The use of project management tools, in this case the PT MTI case study using "RedMine software", is expected to reduce obstacles in communication, coordination and facilitate project completion according to agreed deadlines. Key words: project management tools, RedMine software

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the accounting system of sales and cash receipts on the PT Greenspan Packaging System by tracking procedures that form a network of accounting information systems cash receipts for sales, functions and related documents and accounting records are used and to be aware of the internal control of sales and cash receipts by PT Greenspan Packaging System The method used is descriptive qualitative. The tools used by the author to describe a system that runs on the PT Greenspan Packaging System is a flowchart. The results showed that the accounting information system of PT Greenspan Packaging System is good because it is run according to the procedure correctly. Internal control conducted by PT Greenspan Packaging System is good, it can be seen from the distribution of functional responsibilities, the system of authorization and recording procedures and the implementation of good practice healthy in its implementation.

Abstract

Pada lembaga perguruan tinggi yang didalamnya terdapat banyak mahasiswa maka dibentuk Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) dan Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) sebagai wadah organisasi untuk membina dan mengarahkan mahasiswa. BEM universitas yang merupakan organisasi tertinggi mahasiswa tingkat universitas dengan anggota didalamnnya terdapat perwakilan dari seluruh fakultas dan UKM serta program studi atau jurusan di lingkungan universitas. Periode kepemimpinan di BEM universitas adalah satu tahun. Disetiap tahunnya akan ada pergantian Presiden BEM universitas. Selama ini proses pergantian Presiden BEM universitas dilakukan dengan cara pemilihan langsung yang diikuti oleh seluruh mahasiswa aktif. Voting telah menjadi salah satu metode untuk mengambil keputusan penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Voting digunakan untuk menghimpun aspirasi dari seluruh elemen masyarakat, dan kemudian menemukan jalan keluar yang dianggap paling baik untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan. Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini telah membawa perubahan yang besar bagi manusia, termasuk untuk melaksanakan voting. Penggunaan teknologi komputer pada pelaksanaan voting ini dikenal dengan istilah electronic voting atau lazim disebut e-voting. Penjelasan dalam tulisan ini dibatasi pada sistem e-voting dengan mengggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Kata kunci : e-voting, php mysql

Abstract

The library is part of the learning resources that must be possessed by every field of education including universities. Because with the existence of a library it is expected that students can more easily find information or knowledge through a library. With the development of technology makes people think to be able to work more effectively and efficiently. One of them is to simplify activities in the library into a system that can help the process of activities at the university. By utilizing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, libraries can cut time. So that it can accelerate and simplify existing activities. In this study applying a web-based information system and utilizing RFID technology as a tool to facilitate students and library officers. With this system, it is expected to be able to overcome the various needs of students to search for books and conduct loans and make it easier for officers to circulate books and make reports. From the results of the research that has been done, the writer poured the results of the research into the Application of RFID Technology Information System as Electronic Access at the Aerospace University Marshal Suryadarma Library.Keywords: RFID, Library, Information System

Abstract

The third wave in human civilization according to Alvin Toffler is information technology which accelerates the communication process and interaction to convey information in social media. Medium of communication with the Internet network resulted in a socio-cultural changes which can be positive or negative. Positive changes can facilitate intercultural communication, exchange of knowledge, and simplify business transactions. Meanwhile, the negative changes will have a cultural shock as the impact because of the information which was obtained from social media is taken for granted, believed to be true and applied in everyday life even though it is not in accordance with the surrounding culture. This can lead to changes in values, norms, and rules of communication. In connection with social media, it is regulated in Law No. 11 Year 2008 on Electronic Transaction Information (ITE) as a social control in conveying information based on Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia 1945 (UUD NRI 1945) article 28, which can reflect the cultural values of Pancasila.

Abstract

Computer networks ( Computer Network ) is a network of data communication system that involves one or more computer systems are connected by transmission lines to form a system of communication tools . With the network , one computer can use the data on another computer , the printer can print a report on another computer , the computer can give the news to others although different areas . Network is the concept of network data communication systems . Network may involve only a single computer system with multiple terminals in different locations or involve multiple computer systems at different locations .For a company that is engaged in the management of care of all the needs of companies that are still in the group , the company requires Internet technology for the company's business activities , either between departments or branches are located in several parts of Indonesia . Therefore, the company is very necessary to support the good performance networking technologies . If the network management is not going well , it is causing some problems in running the daily operations .

Abstract

Media to get information about news MotoGP rider very much like media TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, websites and others. But from most of the media is a media website which is very flexible because it can be accessed from a wide variety of places connected to the Internet, the information provided is up to date and everyone can comment on articles related. The information spreads very fast and is accompanied by the freedom of speech can cause various types of opinions, either negative or positive opinion. Classification techniques of some of the most frequently used is Naive Bayes and k-Nearest Neighbour KNN). Naive Bayes classifier is a simple applying Bayes Theorem to independence (independent) high. K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) classification algorithm predicts the category of the test sample in accordance with the training sample K nearest neighbor to the test sample, and a judge for the category that has the largest category of probability. Therefore, in this study using the merging feature selection methods, namely particle Swarm Optimization in order to improve the accuracy on Naive Bayes and k-Nearest Neighbour. As for the resulting accuracy Naive Bayes algorithm based on Particle Swarm Optimmization with an accuracy of 82.67%. and k-Nearest Neighbour-based Particle Swarm Optimmization with an accuracy of 71.33% It can be concluded that the application of optimization can improve accuracy. Model in Naive Bayes-based Particle Swarm Optimization can provide solutions to the problems of classification review of public opinion news MotoGP racer incident in order to more accurately and optimally. for the model-based k-Nearest Neighbour Particle Swarm Optimization accuracy decreases.Keywords : Media, Classification, Naive Bayes, k-Nearest Neighbour, Particle Swarm Optimization, Text Mining.
