Abstract

Memberikan pengetahuan informasi tentang apa itu bencana dan bagaimana cara menanggulanginya, serta membantu masyarakat dalam mengetahui potensi kerawanan bencana di daerahnya masing-masing.Metode sistem informasi pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Hasilnya menunjukan suatu sistem yang dapat memenuhi harapan dari user merupakan tujuan utama dari semua metode pengembangan. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Geografis, Rapid Application Development (RAD).

Abstract

Sumber utama data penduduk adalah dari SENSUS Penduduk, registrasi dan sampel survey. Registrasi mencatat hal-hal yang penting saja dalam kehidupan seseorang misalnya kelahiran, kematian, perkawinan, pindah. Registrasi disebut juga sebagai statistic vital. Salah satu contoh registrasi adalah adanya KTP (kartu tanda penduduk) yang sejak tahun 2010 Indonesia memberlakukan KTP elektronik (E-KTP).

Abstract

The analysis cost units of activity on the unit cost of inpatient services, in order to calculate the total financing required. The purpose of this study was to analyze the determination of the cost of hospitalization in the hospital. Analysis was method used is descriptive analysis to describe the costing method in accordance with the theory and practice of comparing with the existing costing methods. From the analysis carried out that known the price of the rooms that have been determined by the hospital for this type of Rp. 675.000 VVIP room. VIP Rp. 460.000, class I Rp. 260.000, class II Rp. 160.000, and Class III, Rp. 75.000. For the ABC method in the VIP room, I, II and III give the results of the calculation are greater than the price of the rooms that have been determined by the hospital. With the difference in price to the VIP Rp. 592.250, class I Rp. 297.257, class II Rp. 199.649, and for the third class of Rp. 85,075. While the results of the calculation VVIP class Activity Based Costing less than the cost of hospitalization has been deter mined by the hospital. That is the difference of Rp. 620.302. Of the goal should be to show that the determination of the cost of hospitalization in the department of Rumah Sakit Permata Bekasi unaccordance with there sources.

Abstract

Teknologi komputer zaman era globalisasi sekarang ini sangatlah pesat, hal tersebut digunakan dalam sebuah sistem informasi yang memanfaatkan teknologi komputerisasi yang berbasis web. Teknologi tersebut dapat memudahkan kita untuk melakukan pengolahan data dan tentunya dapat menghemat waktu, ruang, dan biaya. Dan hasil suatu informasi yang diperoleh akan sangat memuaskan, berguna dan bermanfaat dari suatu lembaga atau instansi yang menggunakannya. Pengolahan data dan informasi secara cepat, tepat dan efisien adalah hal penting yang dibutuhkan bagi lembaga atau instansi, yaitu salah satunya adalah bidang kesehatan. Pada penulisan ilmiah ini penulis membahas penggunaan PHP sebagai bahasa yang mendukung website sebagai informasi yang dinamis dan dapat dikelola dengan mudah dan dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat dan efektif. Penulis juga menggunakan database MySQL sebagai database. Pembuatan Web Medical Check Up diharapkan dapat membantu tamu dalam memesan kamar melalui internet tanpa harus datang langsung ke rumah sakit. Dan tidak takut kesalahan informasi yang diterima oleh pihak rumah sakit tentang data yang diberikan oleh pasien. Pasien juga dapat mendapatkan informasi rumah sakit yang selalu terupdate hanya dengan terhubung internet. Dan juga manager dapat melihat kemajuan rumah sakit secara detail dengan hanya melihat laporan yang dapat di print setiap saat. Dan Admin mudah sekali dapat melakukan segala update data-data rumah sakit yang ada untuk kebutuhan dan pemeliharaan kesehatan ke depannya.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, information technology is very important to support the smooth activities of an organization which is a means of information and communication that is useful in the right and accurate decision making process. At present there are still many companies that use manual systems in calculating sales bonuses / counter incentives and recording their administration manually, such as employee data, employee sales data, and employee bonus data. One company that still adheres to this system is PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor. To minimize the occurrence of errors in the calculation process of sales incentives consultants / counters the author conducted research to design an information system for calculating incentive (bonus) sales consultants / counters at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor. Data collection method is done by observation, interview, literature study. With this sales incentive calculation information system design application, it is expected to accelerate the operational activities process with interested parties in the sales incentive calculation process can run well. Keyword : System, Information, car sales, incentive, incentive report, My Sql.

ABSTRACTAdvances in technology requires a human tasks that are still manual and less efficient to do with technology. Should be further enhanced using modern systems. The computerized system can help speed things done. The manual system is still widely used in the world of work. If observed using a computerized system that has not yet much less effective in the working process. In general, these companies are still not using internet technology to the maximum. The problems faced by this company that issues the reserve tickets are still using manual resulting in rather long queue just to book a bus ticket Damri at XYZ airport. Abstract

Technology is currently developing very fast making such great influence in all walks of activities, including in the world of work in a company or institution, which requires adapting the technology to assist the work areas of each field. The purpose of this research is to create a system of registration information on hospital inpatient Jewel Bekasi. The purpose of the research and analysis is to test the administrative system, and designing information systems applications, especially applications of information systems in hospital administration Permata Bekasi. The research method I use is a method of analysis by surveying the system running, do interviews and data collection to obtain the information needed and design methods is to use a system of representation Data Flow Diagram, FAST (Framework For Apllications Mechanical System), entity relationship diagrams (Entity relationship diagrams), data structures and process design, input and output as well as the plan of implementation of the proposed system. Results of the analysis and design of information systems is expected to provide facilities for the hospital in performing work activities. Abstract

Sistem Kekuatan Pertahanan Negara Indonesia memadukan antara kekuatan pertahanan militer dan nirmiliter dengan Lembaga/Non Lembaga sebagai Komponen Utama dalam menghadapi ancaman pertahanan nirmiliter (Kementerian Pertahanan, 2008). Bencana non alam dalam penelitian ini adalah penanganan keamanan hayati produk rekayasa genetik yang di dunia menjadi ancaman nirmiliter berbasis teknologi modern (Karmana, 2009). Indonesia meratifikasi protokol Cartagena dan membentuk lembaga non struktural yaitu Komisi Keamanan Hayati Produk Rekayasa Genetik (KKH PRG) dalam keamanan hayati (pangan, pakan, dan lingkungan). Kinerja KKH PRG tentang penanganan dan kajian risiko PRG sebelum terjadi bencana nonalam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif kompetensi dan kerjasama tim secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja Lembaga KKH PRG dalam keamanan hayati Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel proportionate stratified random sampling, maka jumlah sampel diambil secara acak dari beberapa instansi. Sampel sebanyak 44 Orang sebagai anggota KKH PRG dengan menggunakan rumus solvin. Teknik analisis data dengan regresi linear berganda diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi (p= 0,004) dan kerjasama tim (p=0,000) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja lembaga KKH PRG secara simultan dan parsial. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif sebesar 8,6% dan kerjasama tim sebesar 13,5 % terhadap kinerja lembaga KKH PRG dengan nilai dominan yaitu kerjasama tim, serta untuk kedua variabel secara simultan diperoleh nilai sebesar 41%, sisanya 59% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Saran agar dilakukan perbaikan kompetensi melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan anggota serta tidak ada yang merangkap tugas, sehingga tugas menjadi fokus utama dalam menangani kajian risiko keamanan hayati produk rekayasa genetik di lembaga KKH PRG. Abstract

With the internet a person is able to communicate, transmit and process the data without knowing the limits and time. If the existing technology is a lot of circulation data and will possibly involve many agencies or companies or even be established cooperation of various companies in the data traffic activity. This is where the role of a company's internet service provider or ISP (Internet sevice provider) is required, with the presence of the internet service provider company will help companies to improve the performance of the company due to savings in time and costs with the reliability and accuracy of the data information that was obtained.
