Abstract

This research was carried out in Purwokerto, entitled:The Analyssis of Participation towards Cooperative Members’Walfare in kpri Serba Usaha Karyawan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (KPRI KOSUKU) Purwokerto.The aims of research are to find out ang analyzehte effect of Cooperative Members Participation towards the welfare of Cooperative members themselves at KOSUKU Unsoed,besides that it aims to find out and analyze the paricipation variable that has the greatest effect towards the welfare of KOSUKU Cooperative members Unsoed. The proposed hypotheses research are:1. Participation has an effect towads cooperative members welfare2. The participation inusing available service has the greatest effet towardsmembers walfare The data werw collected through interview observation towards 100 members at KOSUKU Cooperative especially at cooperative store and inplaces wherethe nambers work. The data of research om respondents perceptions were analyzed using Path Analaysis,F-test and t-test. From research analysis it has got the result thst simulantneously Participation of Annual Members Meeting, Participation in Capital Investment and Participation in Using Available Service have sgnificant effect towards the welfare of KOSUKU Cooperative Members.It means the higher the participatoin of members the higher also the welfare of members. As the result af analysis it can also be found that out of three participation variables, Capital Investment Participation has the greatest effect on members welfare. As implication,it is suggested that KPRI KOSUKU organizer has to increase coperative capital through asking the cooperative members to increse their volunteer savings, to have a cooperation with banks to have loan to increse cooperative capital.Through sunh policy the cooperative can give greater credit low interst to its, members. Besides that Cooperative has to enlarge its store to be a Mini Market and having different service units for examples: motorcycle service repair shop electric payment service etc.All of these have the purpose to increse members' welfare.

Abstract

Research on abnormal return for investors was carried out through taking population of stock from 45 companies (emitents) that belong to LQ-45 group during period of August 2004 till February 2005. The stocks that belong to LQ-45 group are stocks that have high liquidity as well as their high capitalization value.This research was focused on an event, it was president and vice presiden election, whether it had a significant effect on investors abnormal return in capital market. The research on something that is always called Event Study has the purpose to find out whether the event has an effect on stock price an it will finally effect has an effect on stock price an it will finally effect investor’s income.To find out whether there was not a significant difference between the average abnormal return 10 days before and 10 days after the election, it was tested using two side t-test with the result that there wasn’t a significant difference. President and Vice President election event is an event that can be anticipated as its execution has been known before, so what will possibly happen is who will be chosen, and how this will have research is that the event is known before so it can be anticipated by the investors.

Abstract

This study analyzed the replication of unplanned purchases at online stores that exist in the kaskus.us fjb seen from the intentions and consumers of psychological factors as a stimulus, a case study at 77 kaskus.us fjb users. This study uses new variable product knowledge, consumer's esteem, consumer's excitement, e-wom, on impulse buying intention and impulse buying behavior. The study revealed that; new product knowledge and consumer's excitement to have a positive relationship to impulse buying intention. Note also that the new product knowledge, consumer's esteem, and word of mouth have a positive relationship to impulse buying behavior. And also found that a positive relationship to impulse buying on impulse buying behavior intention.

Abstract

Development of small and medium businesses batik in subdistrict Sumpiuh,Banyumas was conducted on small and medium businesses batik Budi Djamil and BatikTata. The purpose of this activity is to provide the support equipment production andassistance to make proposals for manufacturing production equipment toDisperindagkop, Banyumas. To give counseling, training and mentoring financialmanagement, bookkeeping activities, provide education and training on the use offinancial reporting based computer information systems, especially for small andmedium businesses Batik Tata. It also give guidance about management production anddevelopment of design, conduct design of manufacture packaging and label design toincrease the sale value and customer value, and also it will bring assistance onmanagement marketing and e-marketing. Method with extension activities, training,coaching and mentoring can bring benefits that can increase the production capacity ofpartners, increasing sales turnover and overcome the problems of the partners.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of brand awareness on brand attitude, brand image on brand attitude, brand personality on brand attitude, and brand attitude on repurchase intention. Research problem: This research problem is sourced from the existence of research gap of influence of brand awareness on repurchase intention and business phenomenon that happened at brand value of instant noodle of Indomie brand that experienced fluctuation. Findings: The results show that brand awareness influences brand attitude, brand image influences brand attitude, brand personality influences brand attitude, and brand attitude influences repurchase intention. Implications: Based on analysis of full model, obtained the theoretical implication that is when the companies increase repurchase intention, companies need to consider how to improve brand attitude. Brand attitude is influenced by brand awareness, brand image, and brand personality. While, managerial implication in this research is that brand attitude has positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. In increasing repurchase intention, brand awareness plays an important role in improving brand attitude in order to encourage repurchase intention, followed by brand image and brand personality. Originality: The originality of this research is that the relationship between brand awareness and repurchase intention is still a debate among researchers. Therefore, this study attempts to explain the relationship between brand awareness and repurchase intention by adding mediation variable, namely brand attitude that is influenced by brand image and brand personality. Abstract

The study entitled ”The Study of Debt Implications on Performance of Purbalingga Drinking Water Company (PDAM)” aims to identify and analyze the condition of Purbalingga PDAM debt, debt management performance in PDAM Purbalingga, financial performance and operational performance. Data obtained by doing library research and interviews. The data used in the form of secondary data obtained from PDAM Purbalingga. To know and analyze the condition of PDAM debt Purbalingga used descriptive analysis using data tabulation. To know and analyze the performance of debt management used financial ratios Debt to Total Asset Ratio, DER, ROI, ROE and Cost of principal repayment and interest expenses are analyzed using data tabulation. To know the financial and operational performance of PDAM Purbalingga used ratio analysis according to Kep.Mendagri No. 147, tahun 1999. The research concluded that during the study period PDAM Purbalingga short-term debt burden is very large due liabilities to long-term debt maturities. The average number of debt to total assets ratio of 0.5, DER of 1.12, an ROI of 3.37 percent, ROE of 7.05 percent, and based on the analysis of principal and interest expense is known that the average principal repayment and mature flowers are borne PDAM Purbalingga during the study period amounted to USD. 5,215,715,190.81 only a little difference to the overall operational costs are borne by PDAM Purbalingga Rp. 8,101,085,750.91. Assessment of financial and operational performance of PDAM Purbalingga rated "sufficient" while the operational performance is considered "poorly".

Abstract

This research was conducted at Koperasi Pengusaha Angkutan Kota (KOPATA) Purwokerto during 2007 to 2011. The objectives of this research were to know the financial performance of (KOPATA) Purwokerto during 2007 to 2011 and to know the tendency of financial performance of KOPATA Purwokerto during 2007 to 2011.The methods used in this research were financial performance analysis based on the decree of Minister of Cooperative, Small and Medium Business No.14/M.KUKM/XII/2009 consisting seven aspects such as Capital Structure, Asset Quality, Management, Efficiency, Liquidity, Independence and Growth, the Cooperative Identity and Trend Analysis.The result of this research showed that the average of financial performance scores of KOPATA Purwokerto during 2007 to 2011 was 58,10 located under the value 60 ≤ x ≤ 100, so it can be classified as “Unhealthy”. Then, the result was based on trend analysis calculation showed that its equation had negative slope (-0,125). It meant that the trend of financial performance tend to decrease or projected to fall.The implication of conclusion above was KOPATA Purwokerto should maximize its idle assets to optimize its profit for example, by expanding new business such as rental facilities and providing spar-parts needed by members. KOPATA Purwokerto should pay attention the application of 5C’s analysis such as Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Condition of Economic to minimize the risk and troubled loans/non performing loan

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of non performing financing, wadiah savings, financing to deposit ratio, and operating income expense toward murabahah financing and the influence to return on asset. Methodology: This research used panel data regression analysis as model to test the hypothesis. The population in this research was Sharia Rural Banking (BPRS) on Indonesia during 2012-2015 consisting of 168 banks. While, the sample of this research was taken by purposive sampling method which was 25 banks. Findings: The result of this research shows that: (1) non performing financing has no effect toward murabahah financing; (2) wadiah savings has positive effect toward murabahah financing; 3) financing to deposit ratio has no effect toward murabahah financing; (4) operating income expense has negative effect toward murabahah financing; and (5) murabahah financing has positive effect toward return on asset. Implications: Implication based on result of this research is the management needs to increase wadiah savings and decrease operating income expense because it can increase the murabahah financing. The management also needs to increase murabahah financing, because in this research it is proven that it can increase the return on asset. Abstract

Crude oil is a commodity and major world needs today. Since the historic collapse of Lehman Brothers helped precipitate the global economic crisis in the spring of 2008, a strong positive correlation between the price of crude oil continues to appear and the global stock markets, including the stock exchanges in Indonesia. This happens due to capital market investors assume that rising energy prices are a sign of the increasing global demand objective of this study was to determine the effect of crude oil prices and the price of coal on JCI in the Stock Exchange in the period 2012 -2017. This study will use a time series data analysis tool Vector Autoregression approach. VAR model approach is considered more suitable for detecting a mutual relationship or a dynamic two-way causality between variables in world crude oil prices, the price of gold and the price of coal on the stock price index of the mining sector in the system of equations
