The aim of this experiment was to evaluate optimum condition of process pyrolisis bamboo biomass to reach the highest energy. The early activities was to collect bamboo biomass and to dried untill the maximum water content around 10%, and to crash under 20 mesh. Raw material to evaluate by proximate and heating value as standart as ASTM 2015. Standart evaluation for water content used ASTM D-3173, ash value by ASTM D-3174, volatile content by ASTM D-31175 and fixed carbon content by ASTM D-3172. Pyrolisis process by used raw material about 20 g, and increased temperatures with heating rate 10oC/second untill reach final temperature 300oC, 400oC and 500oC with variation holding time 15, 30 and 45 minute. Result of the research showed that variation holding time and final temperature give the minimum energy and is due probably cracking on char

This research was aimed to recognize determinant factors influencing rice demand behaviour, income elasticity number, its price elasticity, cross price elasticity and rice demand number in East Java which are needed in incoming ten years. This research used secondary time series data during 32 years, starting from 1971 until 2002. The data was processed and analyzed with Houthakker-Taylor dynamic demand behavior analysis and conventional models. In the meantime rice demand projection was predicted by a technique developed by Ferris (1998). Analysis of results showed that the partial factors influencing toward rice demand in East Java were rice price of delta, corn price, corn price of delta, cassava price of delta, flour price of delta, inhabitants’ number of delta, income per capita of delta, and rice demand of lag. Houthakker-Taylor model is better than conventional model used for analyzing rice demand in East Java

This research has done on February 9th, 2019 to March 4th, 2009 in Ngawi regency. This research has an aim to identify marketing channel, marketing efficiency by using marketing margin analysis and market structure approachment, conduct and performance (MS-C-P) including marketing integration and Transmission elasticity of goat farming cost. This research used puposive sampling technique method and snowball sampling. The data collected by interviewing and observation. The data analysis are descriptive data analysis, marketing margin analysis, MS-C-P approahment analysis and market ing integration includes cost transmission elasticity. The results show that there are eight marketing channels, agribusiness analysis by using MS-C-P approachment shows that there are many factors which not efficient yet. The level of market integration between market at the level of farmer and market of the level low consumers, with coefficeint coreelation 0.945 (less than one) at the line I. At the line VI, the integration market is perfect because the correlation r = 1. The movemnet of consumers and farmers cost, looked from transmission elasticity cost 0, 00086 at the line I and line VI 0, 00077 means the speed of cost changes at breeder level is smaller than the speed of cost changes at retailer level. It concludes that structure influences conduct (lower the concentration-higher the competition at market). Conduct influences performance (higher the competition-lower the the market power/lower the advantage). Structure influences performance (lower the market concentration- higher the competition-lower the market power). There is an resiprok (interrelation) between S-C-P and P-C-S.It suggests that institutional formation and contract farming application to avoid market perfect competition and the using of telecenter as market information service.

The purpose of the research was to study the effect of Aspergillus rice bran fermentation on intestinal characteristic (pH, intestinal digest viscosity, proteolitic intestinal digest activity) and internal organs weights (liver, bile, pancreas). The materials used for this research were 96 Lohman broiler chicks with average initial body weight of 47,99 ± 4,93 g without difference on the sexes. The method used Complete Random Plan (RAL) with 4 treatments ie control (P0), control + 5% rice bran fermentation (P1), control + 10% rice bran fermentation (P2), and control + 15% rice bran fermentation (P3) with repeated 6 times. If there were significant influence it would be further tested with Duncan’s Multiple range Test (BNT). The result showed that treatments gave very significantly affected (P0.05) on internal organs. The conclusion is that the using of 15% rice bran fermentation gives the best result based on intestinal characteristics

This research was designed to find out the best composition between Moringa oleifera and other concentrate material as a supplier of protein by-pass and contain of secondary compounds tannin. Four kinds of concentrate consisted of various levels of Moringa oleifera leaf, Samanea saman leaf, Coconut cake and Onggok. These concentrate would combined with three of feeding forages proportion namely straw Zea mays. The feed digestibility in vitro and gas production in incubation of 48 hours showed that there were highly significant differences (P 0.01) between each treatment, which highest value was the addition without Moringa oleifera leaf and Samanea saman leaf. The enhanced levels of Moringa oleifera leaf is lower digestibility. Levels of N-NH3 rumen fluid for 4, 12 and 24 hours decreased with the increasing levels of use of Moringa oleifera leaf. There were positive response on feeding supplements based Moringa oleifera leaf due to supply sufficient nutrients for rumen microbes. Based on crude protein 36.55% content of Moringa oleifera could be developed as feed supplement. It could be conclude that the utilization of concentrate feed (Moringa oleifera leaf of 30% : Samanea saman leaf of 10%: coconut cake of 45%: onggok of 15%) with the proportion of 50% forage : concentrate of 50%, potentially as a alternative supplements source for ruminants in Indonesia

Problem of feces closely related to environmental problems. Application of a proper feces handling technology is expected to lessen the negative environmental impact of feces. Objective of the research was to study the ability of feces bokashi in improving availability of soil K and K uptake by big chili. Twelve treatments comprising three levels of feces bokashi and four levels of KCl fertilizer applications were arranged in a factorial block design with there replicates. Results of the study showed that interaction of bokashi feces and KCl fertilizer influenced chili dry weight production. Application of 15 ton feces bokashi /ha combined with 350 ton KCl/ha yielded highest production of dry weight. Application KCl fertilizer significantly affected dry weight and fruit of crop. While application of feces bokashi did not significantly influence K uptake by chili, application of KCl fertilizer significantly influenced K upatek by chili. K fertilization efficiency of 133 % was obtained by application of 15 ton feces bokashi/ha combined with 350 kg KCl/ha

This experiment that was aimed to evaluate the usage of various additives to prepare cassava leaf silage and to study the response of the goat fed with the silage was conducted at the Livestock Research Station in Prodo, Klampok Singosari Malang. This experiment consisted of two periods. The first period was aimed to evaluate the usage of seven additive treatments used for preparing cassava leaf silage, while the second period was aimed to evaluate the response of the goat fed with the cassava leaf silage. Nine male goats aged 3-6 months with an initial body weight of 15,767 ± 2,516 kg each were allotted to 3 treatments with 3 replications in a randomized block design. The goat was fed with chopped elephant grass and three different levels of cassava leaf silage as treatments. During the experiment, daily amount of feed offered and refused, and their samples were taken for proximate analysis of DM, organic matter (OM) and crude protein (CP) content to measure feed intake. The results showed that the different treatments of cassava leaf silage fed on the goats did not significantly affect DM intake, OM intake, CP intake and average daily weight gain
