Abstract

This research aims to study and analyze. The social cultural phenomena of the Tambakromo people before and after they succeeded in overseas areas. The role of youth and the community of Tambakromo Village in organizing sports events. The social cultural phenomenon of the Tambakromo Village community with a sports event held by the youth and Tambakromo Village community. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data uses source triangulation. The results of this study are that here are striking differences in the lives of the Tambakromo people before and after success in the overseas areas. The sporting event was initiated by the youth and the people of Tambakromo Village who had concerns about sports activities in 2008. There were social cultural phenomena in the Tambakromo community after the holding of the sport event. The first phenomenon is the problem of fundraising, the second phenomenon is motivation in sports activities and the third phenomenon is social harmony.

Abstract

This study is the learning management of physical education and adaptive health at Extraordinary Elementary Schools in the entire Metro city of Lampung. The purpose of this study is to analyze planning, implementation, evaluation, and not the results of the evaluation of learning physical education and health adaptive in Extraordinary Elementary Schools in the entire Metro city of Lampung. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study on lesson plan made by teachers at Extraordinary Elementary Schools throughout Metro city of Lampung has followed the provisions of the curriculum, the teacher also made syllabus and lesson plan, but the teachers didn’t analyze the learning materials yet. The implementation of learning is following the implementation stage of learning, namely opening, core activities, and closing. The way that teachers use in learning evaluation is different, considering the characteristics experienced that different for each students, one of the activities carried out by teachers in learning evaluation is give feedback after completion of the core activities, while the results of follow-up evaluation of learning conducted by teachers enrichment or remedial as one form of follow-up results of an assessment of physical education teaching sports and adaptive health in the metro city of Lampung. In accordance with the results of the study, it is expected that teachers and managers at school can apply the learning process by using learning management efficiently, and effectively by paying attention to several points in the series of learning processes which consist of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of learning evaluation results especially on physical education and adaptive health.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: to develop Android-based multimedia in prevention, to manage injuries to athletes, to knows the development results developed as a medium of knowledge and information on injuries by using the method (1) initial analysis, (2) prevention needs analysis and injury management, (3) analysis of making counts, (4) planning the initial product, (5) expert validation, (6) revisions, (7) small scale tests, (8) revisions, (9) product testing, (10) revisions. The results of the validation of material experts I and II which covered all aspects obtained a percentage value of 83% and 90%, while the validation of programmer I and II experts obtained a percentage value of 93% and 86% with very good categories. The results of small-scale trials obtained a percentage value with trainers and futsal extracurricular students as much as 84% while the results of large-scale product trials obtained a percentage value of 89% with very good categories. Conclusions and suggestions in this study produce PPC futsal multimedia products based on android applications in the prevention and handling of injuries. The suggestion that PPC futsal multimedia can be used as a science and information related to futsal sports injuries that can be used by coaches and extracurricular students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the improvement of the effectiveness of the Physical Sport and Health Education (PSHE) Teachers Working Group (MGMP) in Senior High School of all districts in North Central Timor through socialization and assistance. The research method applied a qualitative approach with single-case design. Techniques for collecting the data were through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were the chairman of MGMP, the committee of MGMP and PSHE teachers. There were several techniques used to analyze the data, such as (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion/verification. The result showed that: (a) The early condition of MGMP described a lack of information and communication, (b) the first socialization showed that the participants understand the goals and functions of MGMP, (c) the second socialization was the planning of work program namely the monthly, semester and annual program, (d) the third socialization was the equalization of the lesson plan and syllabus in MGMP 2019 for senior high school in North Central Timor. It can be concluded that there was an improvement in the effectiveness of PSHE MGMP through socialization stage one until three. After the socialization has been done, the study was a success because one of the programs from PSHE MGMP, namely the equalization of the lesson plan and syllabus in senior high school level could run smoothly. Therefore, the researcher suggested better supervision from School Supervisor Coordinator (KORWAS) and District PPO Service, and also the program from MGMP should be supported by the headmaster and teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Alor Regency Government Policy, East Nusa Tenggara about Guidance, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, competition, and funding for soccer sports as priority sports. This research method uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic design. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Research subjects of the DPRD, KONI, Dispora, trainers, sports teachers, and athletes. Data analysis techniques: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. Research result: Implementation of government policies regarding achievement coaching is regulated in the Regional Regulations and Regent Regulations, Government policies regarding licensed trainer human resources have not been programmed, Government policies regarding facilities and infrastructure have not all been fulfilled, Local government policies regarding the organization of competition have not been maximized, Government policies regarding funding are in accordance with RKA-SKPD and government grants sourced from the APBD. The conclusions of the research on the Policy Implementation of Alor Regency Government, East Nusa Tenggara regarding the Development of Football Sports as Priority Sports have not been following the Regional Regulations and Regent Regulations with funding constraints adjusted to the regional budget.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship of emotional intelligence, competence, and motivation both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study using a 3x1 factor design. The population in this study were all public elementary school physical education teachers in Temanggung Regency as many as 275 people while for the sample determined using a purposive sampling technique of 85. The data analysis technique used regression correlation, assisted by SPSS. The results of the study obtained: There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and teacher performance with a value of R = 50%, There is a relationship between teacher competency and teacher performance with a value of R = 84%. There is a relationship between motivation and teacher performance with a value of R = 52%. There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and teacher competence on teacher performance with a value of R = 86%. There is a relationship between teacher competence and work motivation on performance with a value of R = 87%. There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and work motivation on teacher performance with a value of R = 67%. There is a relationship between emotional intelligence, teacher competence and motivation on teacher performance with a value of R = 89%. From the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that emotional intelligence, competence, and motivation are related to the performance of physical education teachers in Temanggung Regency, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The success reference indicator of the student in the study, it is looked from the study achievement. This research will study an intrinsic factor of student’s motivation, responsibility, and discipline. The objective of this research is to understand how much the influence of discipline, responsibility, and motivation to the study achievement. The research uses the quantitative correlational method. The object of this research is all of the student grade X at science and social studies in Public Senior High School 1 Grobogan who have not through the criteria score; they are 132 students. It has 36 man students and 96 woman students. The result is it has influence between discipline to study achievement, the responsibility to study achievement, motivation to study achievement, discipline, and responsibility to study achievement, discipline, and motivation to study achievement, responsibility, and motivation to study achievement, and discipline, responsibility, and motivation to study achievement. The great invention is if students have an advanced discipline, responsibility, and motivation, they will have a good study achievement and the opposite. It will be better if parents always give motivation, discipline, and responsibility orally or action, so the achievement of students is better.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Antecedent (coaching program, availability of facilities and infrastructure, athletes and trainers resources, funding sources, and support from the government). Furthermore, transactions (implementation of training programs, trainer performance, selection of trainers and athletes acceptance, use of facilities and infrastructure, and coordination. The outcome of the success/achievement of training in gymnastics in Pati Regency. This research is qualitative. The approach used the countenance evaluation model, research data sources, namely administrators, trainers, athletes, athletes' parents, and supporting staff. The results of this study are antecedent which includes an excellent gymnastic training program, because the coaching program can be implemented, facilities and infrastructure are moderate because the facilities used are adequate, but the infrastructure is lacking, support from the government is good because support is available every year, athletes trainers and administrators good because it is competent, funding is moderate because the source of funds is only from the local government. Transactions that include the implementation of a good coaching program, a good coach acceptance system, because the trainer is appointed from a former certified athlete, the athlete's acceptance system is good, because it is based on championship results each year, good coordination between administrators, government, coaches, athletes, and parents. The outcome, the success of a good achievement coaching program is because the achievements are ongoing every year; the welfare of athletes and coaches is moderate because pocket money is still a little.

Abstract

Large waist circumference and excessive body fat, more than that normal size, is a red flag that has contributed negatively for the human body. This study aims at recognizing and analyzing: the difference between the impacts of Zumba toning and piloxing SSP exercise on body fat, the difference between the impacts of Zumba toning and piloxing SSP exercise on waist circumference, the difference between the impacts of early and late adulthood on body fat, the difference between the impacts of early and late adulthood on waist circumference, the interaction between the types of body sculpting workout and age on body fat, the interaction between the types of body sculpting workout and age on waist circumference. Experiment method with 2x2 factorial design was used as the method of this study. The data were analyzed using the Analysis of Varian (ANOVA) on the significance level α = 0.05. The independent variable is Zumba toning and piloxing SSP. An early and late adulthood become the attribute variable, while body fat and waist circumference become the dependent variable. The result of this study is there is no difference in impact between Zumba toning and piloxing SSP exercise on body fat with the significance value is 0.977 > 0.05, there is a difference in impact between Zumba toning and piloxing SSP exercise on waist circumference with the significance value is 0.028 < 0.05, there is a difference in impact between early and late adulthood on body fat, with the significance value 0.034 < 0.05, there is no difference in impact between early and late adulthood on waist circumference, with the significance value, is 0.360 > 0.05, there is an interaction between the types of body sculpting workout and age on body fat, with the significance value is 0.561 > 0.05, (6) there is an interaction between the types of body sculpting workout and age on waist circumference, with the significance value is 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze: Analyzing the influence between the passing practice of the fixed target and passing target the targeted shifted to the accuracy of passing the football. Analyzing the effect of high and low spy coordination on soccer passing accuracy. Analyzing the interaction of training methods and eye-foot coordination on football passing accuracy. This study uses an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design, data analysis techniques using Analysis of Variants (ANOVA) at the significance level (α = 0.05). The populations in this study were the Garuda Perkasa U-15 players in Pemalang Regency in 2019 totaling 36 players. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 24 players. The results of this study: There is a difference in influence between the passing practice of the fixed target and the passing target of the moving target towards football passing accuracy with the value of sig = 0.039 < α = 0.05 and Fvalue = 4.800 > Ftable = 0.504. There is a difference in influence between high and low spy coordination on football passing accuracy where sig = 0.001 < α = 0.05 and Fvalue = 3.554 > Ftable =0.504. There is an interaction between the training method and eye-foot coordination on football passing accuracy with sig = 0.014 > α = 0.05 and Fvalue = 7.289 > Ftable = 0.504. The conclusions of this study are: There is a difference in influence between the passing practice of the fixed target and the passing target to move towards the accuracy of passing the football. There is a difference in influence between the accuracy of passing football of players who have coordination between high and low ankles. There is an interaction between the training method and eye-foot coordination on football passing accuracy.
