Abstract This research is aimed to prove whe of positive and significant influence from the teachers competence, job motivation teachers, job environment teachers, and principals leadership on the teachers performance of state vocational high school in Yogyakarta Special Region both partially and simultaneously. The population of this research were 169 teachers of state vocational high school productive program of turism group in Yogyakarta Special Region. The sample of this research were 118 teachers who represent each school proportionally. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. The instrument used in this research was questionnaire, which was used to measure teachers performance variable, teachers competence, job motivation teachers, job environment teachers, and principals leadership. The result of hypothesis test shows that: (1) the influence of the teacher’s competence on the teacher’s performance is positive and significant, (2) the influence of the job motivation on the teacher’s performance is positive and significant, (3) the influence the job environment on the teacher’s performance is positive and significant, (4) the influence of the principal’s leadership on the teacher’s performance is positive and significant, and (5) the teacher’s competence, job motivation, job environment, and principal’s leadership in aggregate have positive and significant influence on the teacher’s performance of vocational high school productive program of turism group in Yogyakarta Special Region. Integrasi Nilai –Nilai Karakter Pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) Studi di Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Swasta Kabupaten Kulon Progo Yogyakarta Ahmad Salim

Abstract The great consciousness to the character internalization of students through education begins from the government’s concern to the students who have been doing the decency value for example dishonest, no discipline, no respect for teachers, truancy, late which is often done by school students. This research was conducted to reveal the character of students trough the integration character value on PAI learning that held in MTs Maarif Jangkaran, MTs Maarif Wates, MTs Muhammadiyah Wates and MTs Muhammadiyah Sentolo. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, with data collection done by observation complemented by interviews and documentation. The results showed that all private MTs at Kulon Progo district integrate the character (religious, honest, independent, communicative, responsible and democratic) in the PAI study done by a particular emphasis on offensive material value problem. In general, the integration of /characters in PAI learning to be effective, because it is supported by the enough facilities at the four private MTs, although there are obstacles integrating character values such as the perception of teachers PAI equalize the character with morals. Studi Komparatif Tentang Metode Menghafal Al Qur’an Antara PP. Putri Al Munawir Komplek “Q” dengan PP. Putri Ali Maksum Krapyak Bantul Yogyakarta Sukati .

Abstract This study aims to determine: Qur’an memorization method used in PP. Daughter Al Munawwir Complex “Q” and the PP. Daughter Ali Maksum Krapyak Bantul, Yogyakarta, differences and similarities, factors that support and hinder the results achieved in memorizing the Koran in both the PP. Daughter Al Munawwir Complex “Q” or PP. Daughter Ali Maksum Krapyak Bantul, Yogyakarta. This research includes a comparative descriptive research with 59 students in PP Putri Al Munawwir Krapyak Komplek Q and 61 students PP Putri Ali Maksum. Collecting data using observation method, method Interview (Interview), Methods Questionnaire, and Documentation. And data analysis using qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed that: The method of teaching to memorize the Qur’an used in PP. Daughter Al Munawwir Complex “Q” is Tahfidz method with Qiro’ati method, method in memorize of juz amma binnadzor method juz 1, musyafadah method with one by one. Takrir method with musyafahah method in pairs, group method, estafet method, seaman method. Methods of proof with musyafahah with pairwise method, the method group, a relay method, the method Semaan. Teaching method in memorize of Qur’an used in PP Putri Ali Maksum are Method Tahfidz with binnadzri method, Method musyafahah with five-five. Methods of proof with musyafahah method with one by one, Methods jam’u al, Methods istima’i (Semaan) Friday legi, pray method. The diffeences of those located in the implementation and the similarities located using two methos, tahfidz method and takrir method. Factors that support in memorize of Quran in PP Putri Al Munawwir komplek Q : workship Allah, and preserve purity of Quran, 67.80% ; memorize when there is free time 49,15% memorize because of support by situation and condition 47,46%. While factor that support in memorize of Quran 65,57%; memorize when the mind is quiet 59,02% and situation that support 44,26%. Factors that block in PP Putri Al Munawwir komplek Q, sometimes the student has difficulties to memorize of Quran and can not consentrate (59,02%) and they must to repeat the memoriez of Quran 37,70%. the result achieved in memorize of Quran in PP Putri Al Munawwir complex Q in daily routine, not more than 64,61% and they don’t have a brave listened by the master of Quran yet. While in PP Putri Ali Maksum in daily routine, not more than 65,57% and they a brave listened by the master of Quran. Keyword: comparative, memorization method

Abstract Massifikation impact of globalization and the phenomenon has changed the global trend of higher education around the world over the past decades. The global trend include: globalization and internaionalisasi, access and equity, private higher education and privatization, quality assurance framework, accountability and qualifications, financing higher education, centralization and crisis of academic profession, experience of students, teaching, learning and assessment, information technology communication and distance education, research, university-industry linkages. The global trend is also creating a number of opportunities and challenges for institutions of higher education. Abstract Curriculum is a term that is very important for a good education lembaga Islamic educational institutions and public educational institutions. The curriculum covers all aspects related to the learning process. But studies curriculum more focus on four components, namely subject, goals, methods, and learning outcomes. Classical Islamic education curriculum can be regarded an Islamic education system beginning still very simple but of simplicity that is capable of scoring leaders, scholars, scientists lauar very unusual. Education applied Rosulullah in his time, he is the forerunner of Islamic education process that is capable of inspiration friends, Tabin, tabi’in tabi’in at this time. Education Rosulullah then forwarded by the first four Rasyidbani government period, then passed back to the Umayyads and the ‘Abbasids Bani period. Where in each of the reign of Muslims is generally the same that emphasizes learning ketauhidan or divinity in order to establish the people Islam earlier. However curriculum that has not been well documented it can be inferred consists of learning materials, teaching methods, the subject of learning, learning outcomes and competence. Abstract Islam is religion of peace, mercy religion, religious bearer of glad tidings that provide shade and compassion in the universe. His people should practice as exemplified by the teachings of the apostles, especially the prophet Muhammad. The people who claim Islam, but in life and movement resulted in misery, doom, and destruction for humans and other creatures, certainly it is not the Muslims. He only utilizes Islam and destroys Islam. Islam has a fairly simple doctrine that includes faith, Islam and charity, but capable of coloring the entire activity and life of the people. Islam can determine the human character, both lauwwama, amarah, and mutmai’nnah not necessarily Islamic deliver and pick, but with Allah’s approval man himself working on an ongoing basis, gradual and consistent. Abstract The central issue faced by the Muslim world, especially Islamic education today is the inception of secular science. Science is presented in the form of dichotomy. To pave the issue of Islamic education, the required reconstruction of the educational philosophy of Islam. In order to answer this question the author tries to present the ideas of Ibn Sina were rational religious scented. Ibn Sina is a figure of Islamic education which produces a lot of work in various fields of science, especially medicine and education, Ibn Sina emphasizes education was held by non-dichotomous. Educational purposes thinks should be directed towards preparing a person to be able to live in the community together with the conduct of expertise chosen according to their talents and potentials.
