Abstract

The purpose of this research was to increase productivity Peranakan etawah (PE) goat with fermented hay corn and gamalleaves supplementation and tofu solid waste.Methods used Complete Random Design (RAL) through the test of fermented hay corn (JF) , gamal (G) , and tofu solid waste (AT). Feed Treatment consist of: (P0 = 60% JF + 40% G + 0% AT; P1 = 50% JF + 40% G + 10% AT; P2 = 40% JF + 40% G + 20% AT; P3 = 30% JF + 40% G + 30% AT).Each treatment repeated as much as 3 times.Parameters examined was feed consumption and weight gain and feed conversion of PE goat.When treatment give significant effect then followed by the Least Significant Different (LSD) Based on results of research showed that the utilization of agricultural and industrial wastegive significant different (P<0.01 ) against consumption, weight gain, feed conversion of PE goat.P2 treatment with composition 40 % fermented hay corn + 40 % gamal + 20 % tofu solid waste provide optimal results compared another feed treatment with feed consumption of 978,95 gram, body weight gain 102,15 gram and lowest feed conversion was 9,59. The Conclusions of this research wasfermented hay corn and gamalleaves supplementation and tofu solid waste can increase productivity of PE goat in terms of feed consumption, body weight gain and feed conversion.Suggested agricultural and industrial wasteutilization with 40% fermented hay corn + 40% gamal + 20% tofu solid waste to increase productivity and goats.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai “Pengaruh pemberian sari buah mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia linn) dalam air minum dan frekuensi pemberiannya terhadap performa ayam broiler” telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 Januari 2016 sampai 4 Februari 2016 di Desa ngasem, Kecamatan Gurah, Kabupaten Kediri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian sari buah mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia linn) dalam air minum dan frekuensi pemberiannya terhadap performa ayam broiler. Metode yang digunakan dalm penelitian ini adalah Faktorial Rancangan Acak Lengkap (Faktorial RAL) yang terdiri dari 8 kombinasi perlakuan, dimana masing – masing kombinasi perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Sari buah mengkudu yang ditambahkan ke dalam air minum sebagai berikut : 0 ml dalam liter air minum (M0), 1,5 ml dalam liter air minum (M1), 3 ml dalam liter air minum (M2) dan 4,5 ml dalam liter air minum (M3) dengan 2 macam frekuensi pemberian yaitu frekuensi pemberian 1 kali (F1) dan frekuensi pemberian 2 (F2). Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini konsumsi pakan, bobot badan akhir dan konversi pakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dosis dan frekuensi pemberian sari buah mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia linn) dalam air minum memperbaiki performa ayam broiler, akan tetapi perlakuan yang berpengaruh hanyalah dosis pemberian sari buah mengkudu saja, yang meliputi bobot badan akhir dan konversi pakan, namun tidak meningkatkan konsumsi pakan. Disarankan untuk menggunakan dosis pemberian sari buah mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia linn) yaitu 4,5 ml setiap 1 liter air minum untuk memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap performa ayam broiler

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis tepung dan level pemberian terhadap organoleptik nugget daging kelinci. Variabel dalam penelitian meliputi : Uji Organoleptik warna, rasa, aroma, tekstur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan percobaan faktorial Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial. Apabila terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan maka diteruskan dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil 5 %.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata perlakuan mutu dan hidonik berpengaruh nyata. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa pada penelitian ini pemberian jenis tepung dan level pemberian terhadap kualitas organoleptik. Penelitian ini pada pemberian antara tepung tapioka dan tepung maizena menunjukan berpengaruh nyata pada parameter mutu nugget daging kelinci. Perlakuan pada level antara 10% 15% dan 20% jumlah tepung dalam nugget daging kelinci berpengaruh nyata. pengaruh yang sangat nyata terdapat pada pemberian tepung tapioka dengan level pemberian 10% pada parameter mutu dan hidonik rasa.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang pengaruh frekuensi dan dosis pemberian dedak fermentasi ayam broiler dilaksanakan di SMK N 1 Gondang Nganjuk. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh frekuensi dan dosis pemberian dedak fermentasi terhadap performa ayam broiler serta interaksi antara frekuensi dan dosis pemberian dedak fermentasi Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ayam broiler strain MB 202 sebanyak 90 ekor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode percobaan Raktorial Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 3 x 2 dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor A terdiri dari frekuensi 2 kali dan 3 kali pemberian. Faktor B terdiri dari dosis 5 %, 10 % dan 15 %. Peubah yang diamati yaitu pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi pakan dan konversi pakan. Hasil penelitian untuk frekuensi menunjukan perbedaan yang tidak nyata ( P > 0,05 ) terhadap pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi pakan dan konversi pakan. Perlakuan dosis terdapat perbedaan yang nyata ( P < 0,05 ) terhadap pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi pakan dan konversi pakan. Interaksi frekuensi dan dosis pemberian dedak fermentasi menunjukan perbedaan yang tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi pakan dan konversi pakan. Pemberian dedak fermentasi dengan dosis 10 % menunjukan pertambahan bobot badan yang tertinggi dan konversi yang terendah dibandingkan dengan perlakuan dosis yang lain

Abstract

Research about "The Effect of turmeric (Curcuma longa L) and temulawak (Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb)juice supplemented in drinking water on quailmale performance" was conducted on May 24 until 27 April 2017 in Duwet Vilage, Wates District, Kediri Regency.The purpose of this research was to know the effect of turmeric (Curcuma longa L) and temulawak (Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb)juice in drinking water to the performance of quail male The experiment method assigned to Factorial Randomized Design Complete consisting of 6 treatment combinations and 3 replications. Turmeric and temulawak juice into drinking water as a supplement: Turmeric juice (S1) and temulawak juice (S2) with 3 kinds of dosage of dose 2.5 ml (D1), dose 3,5 ml (D2) and dose 4, 5 ml (D3). The Parameters observed in this study drinking water consumption, feed consumption, body weight gain and feed conversion. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the application of saffron juice (Curcuma longa L) and temulawak (Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb) to drinking water to the performance of quailmale, showed good effect on temulawak juice alone, which includes drinking water consumption and feed conversion, Feed intake and body weight gain, whereas at the dose of good effect on dose of 2.5ml, although the statistical analysis has no effect and on the treatment combination there is no significant difference to the performance of the male quail. The provision of saffron juice (Curcuma longa L) and temulawak (Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb) is recommended to provide temulawak juice supplement with dose of 2.5ml every 1 liter to give the best result to quail performance as it can improve (FCR) Feed Converation Ratio, and should be done research Go about giving turmeric juice and temulawak with level> 4.5ml every 1 liter water

Abstract

Duck farming in Madiun Regency is not without problems. The common problems faced by duck breeders are the increasingly expensive cost of feed. The feed cost has a composition of more than 70 percent of the total production cost or maintenance cost. The research was conducted at "Harum Selalu Farm", Slambur Village, Geger District, Madiun Regency with survey method. The analysis method to find out the influence of the increase of feed price is used t-test (SPSS), to know the nonfinancial aspect is used descriptive method, while to explain the profit and feasibility of laying duck business used net income calculation (π), R / C, BEP, and Profitability. The conclusion is: (1) There is influence of feed raw material price to egg production; (2) Business feasibility analysis from non financial aspect is considered feasible. (3) The feasibility analysis of business from the financial aspect is considered feasible. This is proven by B / C Ratios of Harum Selalu Farm (1.011> 1), which means that the livestock business is feasible, the break even point of egg production to 43.930.5 kg (Rp 528.396.054, -), the value of R / C that is (1.22)> 1 business is said to be profitable so it is feasible to be gained with a profit of 21.51% (relatively low).

Abstract

The microbiologi (Salmonella-Shigella) test on the egg chiken salt is one type with two treatment this is production egg salt chiken method and extract tea boiled that different level. Sample was collected from the factorial RAL analysis. Microbe identification to Center of Biotechnology Development Laboratory, Muhammadiyah University of Malang. Result showed from factorial RAL Analysis there is no effect (non significant) (P>0,05) this abouth coloni microorganisme Salmonella-Shigella total.

Abstract

The majority of Pagung villagers are livestock farmers, especially cows. However, the lack of livestock breeding causes the community to rearrange simply and result in a lack of environmental concern from livestock waste in the form of feces. Pemuda Pagung village majority of junior high school so difficult to find decent work and many are unemployed. The PKM-M team provides innovation to establish an entrepreneurial youth group with mix farming system with the aim of solving the economic, social and environmental problems of the community. Using the training assistance as much as 11 times for 3 months able to form a village youth group "Tunas Harapan". Through this program, the PKM-M team is able to provide an entrepreneurial venue for village youth and at the same time to reduce environmental problems from feces by processing faeces into compost, catfish maintenance, and vegetable planting.

Abstract

The purpose of this to know the influence of the old store and the duration of disinfectant to get the best and highest hatchability. The material used in the research were hatching machine, ojosari duck eggs. The method use is RAL 3x3 faktorial with the pattern that produced 9 combination treatment with 5 replicates and produces us experimental units, where each experimental unit consist of eggs, so the total eggs used are 225 research mojosari duck eggsThe result showed the long old store andthe duration of each can be very significant (P<0,01) on the hatcbility, but for long interaction disinfectant store and the duration of effect was not significant (P>0,05) on the hatcbility. Long shelf includes how many days the eggs are stored average is (S1=73%), (S3=81,66%), (S6=75,33%) long immersion include which means that the eggs will be hatched dyed first with disinfectant solution, the average results of research is (C1=73%), (C2=75%), (C3=83%)

Abstract

Forty two cattles were kept for 21 days, to evaluated effects of different fermented rations using research operation. Nineteen were held in A pen while twenty three in B pen, and fed using A formula and B formula, respectively. Data were analizing using t test, and the parameters are included: feed quality, feedlot performance, and farmer perception. The result show that A formula consist of 64,64% DM; 9,13% CP; and 26,66% CF; while the other is 55,61% DM; 6,06% CP; and 41,02% CF. There are significant effect of ration (P<0,05) on ADG (1,28 kg/h/d vs 0,81 kg/h/d); DM consumption (14,62 kg/h/d vs 14,65 kg/h/d); FCR (12,53 kg/h/d vs 18,29 kg/h/d); and FER (8,76% vs 5,51%). There also difference perception among the farmers, especially on materials and the price. It’s conclude that A formula is betters than that B formula, but the both are need to be improved.
